What a .. company. At the time I received a letter from them - with all kinds of test errors and substantive errors - about a change of insurance, even my name was not correct, I thought it was very careless. That was the first contact between them and me. I guessed it was a one-off. Now I ask - through their website - for information; there is no response so I call them after weeks of waiting. There I am automatically referred and my insurance appears to have been placed with another company. Very strange. Diks has not informed me about this. The carelessness is structural, it seems. I will never do business with this company again.
