I was always insured with another party that was slightly more expensive than other insurance, but I gladly paid for it because service was provided. unfortunately that company was taken over by this party and unfortunately when I called I initially did not receive the service that I expect from an expensive insurer. A callback request was made that I was initially disappointed with, but I received a callback within 30 minutes. I was helped very kindly by this, but unfortunately they were about 30% more expensive than what I could get through another. I have therefore also canceled.
