Nice Shingles Roofing & Exteriors Review

I had shingle damage from a windstorm. Angel from Nice shingles came out with short notice, gave me a very fair price and completed the work within 48 hours. His communicaton was excellent, taking time to explain what he was doing and why. As a service, He also did a complete roof inspection to ensure no additional damage. Angel found a few items and completed them for a very reasonable price. Nice Shingles offers a great value for his service.

I had an exceptionally good experience working with Nice Shingles. I needed to have my roof replaced before the winter. I called several roofers in the area and half of them did not even return my call. I called Nice Shingles and the lady who answered my call was very pleasant and helpful. She made an appointment for me to get an estimate on the day I requested. Angel came out on the scheduled day and I received my written estimate that same day. His presentation was spot on and I was extremely impressed with how professional he was.

Angel called a few days later to say he could do the work the following week. I had not expected the work to be done for a couple of weeks. I was also surprised that we received the necessary permits so quickly. The roofers came and replaced the roof and skylight in one day. They were very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Angel also came out the next day to finish putting on the gutter guards and inspect the new roof. Angel responded to all my calls and emails promptly. I would highly recommend Nice Shingles Roofing.

Due to the windy winter we lost about a 1/4 of our roof. Went On-line and was fortunate enough to come across Nice Shingles Roofing a locally owned company. Angel was able to accommodate our schedule and provided a very competitive estimate. The crew was professional and completed the work timely and as promised. Angel was great! Very professional. He was busy but came out the same day and quickly accessed what was causing the leak issue that I was having with my house. Angel provided recommendations on what would need to be done to fix the issue at hand and provided an estimate. He said he could probably come out the next day which he did and fixed the issue for me. Great communications and timely repair. Great cleanup job also. Thank you so much! Angel is very knowledgeable of his work and does good quality work. He is a very nice guy and we had a good experience. I would recommend him to anyone. My one word of advice is maybe try and get some help managing/returning calls as I know you are very busy and it is sometimes hard to get back to everyone in a timely fashion.

Learning that your roof is in need of repair in the midst of a pandemic can be extremely stress producing. Fortunately, I learned of Nice Shingles. They came out and arrived on time to give me an estimate. They sent it via email in writing. They were extremely cordial and their customer service is top notch. Their workers are professional, on time and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I only wish I started the process with them - it would have prevented some of that stress! They've set the bar for home service in my mind.

He showed exactly what and where was the problem, and provided a typed estimate of what needed to be fixed, and means to prevent future problems. He gave a fair price. Out of the 4 contractors that evaluated the roof situation, Angel was the only one who actually went on the roof to look at the problem. Nice Shingles went above and beyond what we expected. They crew was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They trimmed trees hanging over the roof, inspected and found undetected damage and gave us a very fair price to replace a skylight in addition to the initial repair for a leak. I called Angel a few months ago after a tree hit my house during an ice storm. He came by and gave me a precise estimate to fix the damage to the back portion of my roof and the damaged siding. A few days later his crew began fixing everything. The temperature was freezing but the men continue working throughout the two days to get the damages repaired and replaced. They were pleasant and you can tell they enjoyed their work (they literally were whistling while working in below freezing temperatures). When the job was completed I was amazed how beautiful everything looked. They also cleaned all the debris that was left over from the job. I highly recommend Angel and his team for any of your roofing needs. They are a professional, detailed oriented team that will fulfill all their promises. You will not be disappointed.

Glad to have selected 'Nice Shingles' because they exceeded expectations. Angel Pineda - the owner - is meticulous, diligent and professional. He explained the proposal and answered questions promptly and patiently. He and his crew were never late, and notified us even if they were just a few minutes behind. I cannot extol enough the quality of workmanship, material used, and thorough clean-up after completion. They were super courteous, and worked relentlessly dawn to dusk to deliver a thoroughly gratifying finished product! Honesty and integrity such as this are rare to find in this trade. Angel and his crew therefore come highly recommended.

First I couldn't get in touch with Angel from Nice Shingles after I got my quote, but finally he did call me, and he came with his crew the next day. They finish my roof in one day.

I have a steep roof towards the front of the house which I thought would make the job complicated but nope!!!...not for Nice Shingles. I was also impressed with the clean up. It looks as if they were never here. I would highly recommend Nice Shingle for all your roofing needs!!!

Nice Shingles replaced my old roof shingles with GAF Timberline, and also replaced 3 old skylights on my porch as well as some damaged soffit/fascia board. Angel was very professional, gave me a fair price, and he and his crew did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to recommend Nice Shingles.

Terrible, call any other roofer before wasting your time with Nice Shingles. Angel came to my house to give us a quote to repair our roof versus replacing. We were told we would have our quote the next day. That was one week ago. I called and emailed several times throughout the week and was assured I would get my quote each time. We wasted a week waiting for this quote, all the while dealing with rain coming into our house through the hole in the roof. Now we have to scramble and find another roofing company. Angel, word of advice from a business standpoint: when you tell a customer you will do something, good idea to follow through with what you promised. If you didn't have the time to do the repair at our home, let alone the 5 minutes it would have taken to work up a quote, than don't accept the work.

3 weeks ago Angel measured my roof for gutter guards and also to replace corners of gutters. Never heard back even after follow up call. Then he went next door for a roof estimate and didn t have the courtesy or professionalism to stop by.

Angel and his crew worked very hard at fixing our roof. We knew we had a problem with the roof, but when Angel came, he went on the roof, took pictures, described and showed us the problems, and told us how he would remediation the problems. Angel proved his knowledge and capabilities. I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Nice Shingles to anyone. You'll be pleased.

Nice Shingles did a great Job on replacing my 20 year old Roof, Gutters, and Skylight. Excellent pricing, highly professional team, from tearoff to completed install using High Quality Owens Corning roofing systems, with 130 MPH wind resistant Duration shingles, in which they are a certified installer. Angel and his team are absolutely the best. You don t lose an arm and a leg with this outfit. Pricing was great. What s even better, their Totally Honest with full warranties. You d have to be nuts for not using them. BB bureau reports are excellent, as well as Angie s list. Already have received numerous compliments on my roof. Great company from start to finish.

Very happy with my roof replacement, once Angel and I were able to narrow down the schedule everything went smoothly. They are fast and efficient and pay attention to detail. They arrived at around 730 and were done by 315. My roof is one less thing I have to worry about now.

I requested a free estimate.. which I got. WOW, this was the most expensive quote I have gotten for my roof. I wish I could use them but way too much money for a small roof and not very complicated as it s a manufactured one.

The company came out and install an entirely new roof for me the workmanship is great. My husband also is a construction worker so with his inspection he found that their work was very professional. A few months later I had another issues and scheduled me in and they came right out and corrected the issue. I did not realize how busy this company was because the work is so good.
