I bought 7 doors of this Italian company about a year ago. White lacquered door ... well the lacquering is crumbling all over. It pains pity and disgust. The retailer is not interested in it in any way even though they are still under warranty. - 700 euros per door the simple 1200 one with glass.

Embarassing! I am waiting for the replacement of the cylinder of an armored vehicle (under warranty) from February (pre covid-19). Over and over again solicited but in the end still no intervention. The armored car is new (just over a year) already repaired once. The technical defect is not a problem, it happens. Every time I close the door I may not be able to enter the house anymore. Obviously it is not a priority for the company since the product has already been sold and paid for.

I purchased two DR Double series security doors. The installation took place in mid-December 2017. In January 2018 I reported a defect in one of the doors to the Orsolini dealer in Rome. After a few weeks an employee came and confirmed the defect. Now, after at least 100 telephone reminders made to Orsolini, no one has yet been seen. It's June 12th 2018. It's been 6 months !!! Service and assistance nonexistent to say the least. Absolutely not to be bought. Not recommended. E.Q.

I was victim by master wood company in Egypt that the dierre door is original but it is fake

On 19/3/2018 I purchased the door of an armored apartment from Master Wood Company located at 46 Abbas El Akkad Street Naser city -cairo -Egypt .
After the beginning of the use, I noticed that the door key in this section does not work properly and by asking the agent of the company Dierre in Egypt sent the technicians to inspect the door and decided that this door is not produced by Dierre Italy but it is a Portuguese industry and then I was a victim of a monument.
I would like to take the necessary measures from the Italian company Dierre , and I will take legal action against Master Wood, which sold this door to me as a manufacture of Italy, while it is a door that contains raw materials and manufactured by Portugal.
And the master wood company told me that the door is originally and made in Italy and written on the door dierre and made in Italy.

I bought the famous hibry door from dierre in July 2016, of course, those who sold it to me guaranteed it for me. after a few months while I was upstairs the door opened by itself, it could happen even if I wasn't at home, but the serious thing is that you could no longer even close manually again, so a technician proceeded to isolate the electrical contacts, that is to say with the tape from the body repairer, I was pissed off the closure so as to use it only with key, to note that this technology alone costs almost 1000 euros and I am not taking advantage of it, but it is not over here, I have also remained locked out with the manual key and their technician said that there was a piece inside the door mounted badly but instead you risk being shut out almost every day because you have always had problems. the expected DIERRE are already 2 months that we have to replace the electric card but still nothing of nothing. icing on the cake we also put all the security gratings made by DIERRE that should be galvanized under the paint and instead not even 1 year has passed and there is rust .... can I say a real crap? but did I buy from the Italian number 1 or from the Chinese next door?

I renovated three apartments and purchased 6 external Dierre detector doors. An external Detector door from the beginning of its location opens by itself and I had to close it with the keys., I was out of town and the neighbors found the door of my apartment open and knowing that there was nobody there they worried, thinking there were thieves. I immediately complained to the company that sold me the doors and after a while they sent Dierre's specialized technician to Palermo, who found that the door was not actually working and reported to the Palermo Fortress firm for repair. They have been waiting for more than one to be repaired and I cannot use the door. How long must I wait? Is it appropriate to buy such elaborate doors if you can't use them?

I didn't want to give even one star. Unfortunately it cannot.
We purchased a security door with a mirror effect panel in July 2019. Dierre news 2019. It was delivered to us in October. During the installation phase we realize that although the panel actually had the mirror effect we wanted (even if we actually discovered it was a simple reflective plastic sheet and not a mirror) it had imperfections (bubbles under the film). We asked for a replacement. We had to wait another month. When the moment of replacement arrived, we found ourselves in front of an orange peel mirror effect panel worse than the previous one. We also contested this and the area representative, who came on purpose to check, confirmed that this second panel was also not compliant. Another month spent waiting. Today comes the third panel. Same as the previous one: orange peel effect on the entire surface. We didn't even have it installed as even the technicians who had come admitted that it was not compliant. Result. We paid more than 1800 .
They discounted us 150 and I end up with a door that is HORRIBLE. It was supposed to be a design element and instead it's a SUCK. At the same price and armor class there are manufacturers that insert a REAL MIRROR and not a poor quality product. We trusted in the name and novelty of the product. Never made a bigger mistake. Obviously Dierre did not offer to take the door back. Never again. I do not recommend anyone buying this product and this brand. The clear example that made in Italy is not always synonymous with quality. Hats off to the Celletti company, their distributor, who tried and tried to solve a problem that did not depend on them.

I purchased a "sectional" garage door (in Rome) but it was badly assembled .. today after a week we still have no certainty on the timing for the correct installation.
It seems that in Central Italy there is only one technician able to assemble this type of doors: he is indispensable and we have not been able to use the garage for a week ... it does not seem to me a good service.
I strongly advise against purchases of this brand: the product is important (I cannot judge it yet) but assembly and assistance are equally important.

I am buying technical doors of this brand through Leroy Merlin, they have to deliver them for 4 months and they don't send them to the shop, I tried to call and I was told to hear the local agent, the local agent has me replied that the orders for Leroy Merlin are handled by the head office which tries to download the problems to the local agents.
Unprofessional company, I got to see the latest reviews from other users and they are all bad, I can only confirm !!!

At this point, I advise you not to buy these doors because there is no support and they also break easily in less than 1 year!

I contacted them again but after several reminders they never answered. The "owner" responds only to show that they are willing to solve the problem but in fact they do nothing!

Negative experience from all points of view. I purchased a rough house to which a frame for the Dierre armored proton had already been walled. A month after the inspection, the date on which the door was expected to be delivered, they inform me, after having perjured that the door was in production, that they wanted the balance and that the door would arrive a month late. At this point I turned to serious companies. Stay away, especially from the Cesena dealer !!!

Good evening I also have a CLAIM concerning the DIERRE company! I purchased an armored door with electric lock in December 2015, from the TECNOIMPIANTI company in Roverella (VR) !!! An absolute disappointment! After a year of condensation the entire internal panel swelled !!! I solicited them for 4 months that they came to see the door and they never came, this morning I made the last call and they answered me with a VERY VERY VERY LANGUAGE and that I have to get by! Tell me if this is quality! Bad!

For the experience with a security door, highly negative evaluation of Dierre!
For a year I have been waiting for the assembly to be completed, despite the payment.
Dierre and Supplier have never responded to my formal reminders and complaints via email and PEC.
Artifact delivered and assembled with defects and incorrectly and incompletely.
Lack of: seriousness, professionalism and competence on the part of the Supplier (Rossetti Infissi di Monticello Amiata -GR) and complete absence of post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction by Dierre (but what is the Complaints Office doing there?).

One of their official dealers (still present on their website) sold us a Dierre armored door. Unfortunately, when we encountered various problems with the retailer including a lack of willingness of the latter to resolve the problems that emerged, we turned to the manufacturer but he immediately called himself out, not providing any after-sales support. This was our third and certainly last Dierre product.

Excellent assistance in Genoa G.A. Windows, Mr. Giamello. He found an immediate solution to our problem. Kind without wasting time. We have a Dierre Bielettra door since 2008. A few days ago I forgot my card to enter and I had to resort to the manual key. Unfortunately I was no longer able to restore the automatic method and there seemed to be a malfunction. Another technician had even made us a very high estimate for the replacement of the complete lock. Luckily we also called the G.A. Seramenti. Thanks Mr. Giamello!

Do not open that door!
In 2009 I purchased two Elettra armored doors for my home in Rome, together with a sectional door for the garage, the latter arriving with incorrect measurements. The two armored doors leading to the house immediately showed various noises of dragging the locks, which over time have become real problems in opening and closing the doors. Moral of the story: upon request for intervention, I was informed that the door was now out of warranty! The replacement of the lock requires approximately 700 euros each. The defect lies in the defective mechanism, of which the DIERRE company knows the problem perfectly. Another small construction site in Rome, year 2014, where we install n. 4 armored doors, with identical lock and mechanism: same problem immediately after the second year, on one of the four doors. No guarantee: we replaced the electronic lock with a traditional one at the expense of the customer. Two other friends with the same door: identical problem, same ritual. I wrote to the company requesting to intervene even with partial cost to my charge always getting the same answer: all costs are borne by the buyer. I would like to give DIERRE advice: advertise less and behave more seriously. To those who are thinking of purchasing this ELETTRA product, I would recommend the purchase of doors with traditional locks from other companies.
