I contacted the complaints office.

I contacted the complaints office.
I am answered by a certain LP who, instead of giving me a solution, tells me to contact my dealer, who no longer responds (for this reason I contacted Dierre directly)
Wasn't it easier to answer my question? Now who solves my problem?
At this point, I advise you not to buy these doors because there is no support and they also break easily in less than 1 year!
AFTER REPLY OF THE "OWNER"
I contacted them again but after several reminders they never answered. The "owner" responds only to show that they are willing to solve the problem but in fact they do nothing!
