I went pre cinema with my wife and eldest son. We ordered three pizzas, one for each of us, the waitress read the order back as three pizzas from the tablet device the order was put onto.
Two pizzas arrived my wife's and sons, mine was late.....oh no it wasn't!! my one never appeared, the waitress when questioned said we only ordered two pizzas. She kept on tapping at her tablet as if to delete the third pizza, she then went to the manager where they seemed to conspier as to how to get out of this mess.
I asked to see the manager, she was flippant to say the least, I paid for one pizza and left. Terrible restaurant, we only gave it another chance over a year after a bad experience there, and they repeated there bad service.
Nandos next door is under refurbishment but when it's finished I'll be going there from now on.
