My 2011 Grand Cherokee was recently recalled for a brake booster potential problem. On the day of my appointment they provided me with a loaner vehicle so I would not be without wheels. They finished my Jeep on the same day I brought it in. My Jeep was waiting for me when I arrived. It had been washed and had no mess for me to clean. Friendly attitudes from all. I could not ask for more.

Thankyou to Larry and Jason Scott for great service and taking care of us the last 20 years or so. They both treat us like family. I can not begin to explain the great feeling we have knowing Jason Scott is always there taking care of us with his super crew

Jacin Lohman was Great! I was in a bind and needed a vehicle right away. He learned about what I was looking for and made several great suggestions. Jacin was patient and willing to work with me without pressuring me for a decision. I would recommend him and Dick Scott to anyone.

We recently purchased a new Jeep Renegade as a surprise for our daughter's 1st car. Our salesman, Jacin Lohman, was so very patient with all of the "changes" I made during the ordering process, as well as, being a key player in pulling off the surprise at the dealership and playing along with my "story". Thank you, again, for going above and beyond...my daughter was COMPLETELY surprised...it was "the BEST DAY EVER!"
(I also bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for myself that day and couldn't be happier!! Thank you, Jacin, for taking the time to answer all my questions!)

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Dan was my salesperson and he was just amazing. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, he was so patient and thorough with answering all of my questions. He worked with me to get the financing that I wanted and even stayed late on a Friday to help me out. I picked it up on Saturday and he himself did the cleaning of the vehicle because I came in earlier than their crew.

The vehicle is great, the staff is great and I will continue going back to Dick Scott for years to come.

Great service!!!

Great service!!!
Jerry Walter was my salesperson and he was so friendly. He not only answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way to assure I got what I wanted and got me on the road. He was also very patient He even went and pumped some diesel in the car to make sure I had enough to make it home since I was going on a 30 minute drive.
I honestly have never had such a friendly and kind salesperson like Jerry. I highly recommend him for he really does make sure you get what you want and need . If I could give him more stars i totally would.

I've been getting my Dodge serviced here for almos...

I've been getting my Dodge serviced here for almost 5 years now. The fact that I can get services done on a Saturday is why I initially chose them but since experiencing the high level of customer service they provide I won't go anywhere else. They have a great rewards program and just having scheduled maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations have earned me free service and accessories. If you can wait for your service to be done, they have great coffee and a comfortable waiting area with a play area for your kids. If you live local they have a great shuttle service that will take you home and pick you back up when your vehicle is ready. Great dealership!
Update in Sep 2018: I've been coming to Dick Scott for service since I first moved here in early 2012. My initial visit was due to their proximity and being open for some services on Saturday - since I have moved across to Macomb but still make the drive for everything to include oil changes and tire rotations. My most recent visit began with a vehicle breakdown linked to a recall (I added additional services that were coming due to save myself time). The level of customer service I received when this emergency repair occurred was legendary! I worked with Noel to ensure my vehicle could be worked on for the recall issue and then she and Sarah made sure I had a rental vehicle for the time period it would be in repairs. At that moment I urgently needed a large vehicle and they made sure that Enterprise (just down the street from them - awesome folks as well) provided me with a minivan that met my needs perfectly. Jason wrote up my ticket and gave me expert advice on a few other services that I could get done while the recall work was completed which saved me a lot of time and money as well. I will continue to come to Dick Scott in Plymouth for as long as I have my Dodge and will always recommend others do the same!

I got to make my first serious vehicle purchase at this dealer. Ray was awesome and patient with me as I made the decision. He related with me as a first time parent and let me test drive a couple of SUVs. I got my 2015 Jeep Patriot with 93k miles to safely transport my little one. Only downside was the hours I spent finalizing the deal away from my son, but it was meant to be. Since i was 18, I've spent every year searching for the cheapest hoopty I could find off of Craigslist for an A to B car from a 1995 Mercury Sable to a 2012 Ford Fusion. As long as it ran i didn't care about anything else, that is until it stopped running and it was onto the next one. This is the most I've spent on the newest vehicle I've owned, but it was time. I couldn't have done it without Ray. Thanks man you rock!

They had a vehicle listed both on their own website and the Dodge site. I drove nearly an hour to see about this vehicle, only to be informed that the vehicle had been dealer traded for, for a specific customer, and was already sold.

Obviously listing this vehicle online, when they knew it was not available for purchase was some kind of bait and switch tactic.

Then the "salesman" who was "helping" me started to look for other vehicles, but while doing so he received a phone call that he obviously thought was more important than my time or business.

The lack of professionalism of the "salesman", and the fact that management allows these practices, kind of makes me glad they didn't have the vehicle I wanted.

I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was just browsing on autotrader when I came across the EXACT car I wanted that was at the Plymouth location. I debated a few days and then decided to submit an inquiry to see if it was even available.

Nikki immediately was super fast in responding and in setting me up an appointment and provided information on the vehicle. I work a lot so I wasn t able to make it in until Saturday. I had accidentally went to the new vehicle location just a short distance up from the used vehicle location. I was greeted immediately and offered water or coffee while they made some calls and sent me where I needed to be.

Domenic was amazing. I told him my situation and he went into it immediately seeing what he could do to help. I was so under water in my current vehicle and was super worried it wasn t going to work out. He didn t try to sell me a different car which has happened almost EVERY OTHER TIME I ve tried to buy a vehicle. He worked with me tremendously with price, trade in and money down to make it work. Even offered to look at my previous sale from my old vehicle to see if he could get me any money back from unused warranties or gap coverage. Unfortunately the company who wrote up the previous deal did a very poor job. I really felt like he cared and wanted to make it work out best for me and wasn t just trying to make a sale. Took into consideration what I wanted and did everything he could to make it happen.

I LOVE my new Jeep! I would easily purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I've gone here probably 6 - 8 times since I bought my Challenger in 2015 for various things and every time the employees were very nice and helpful. This last time I had to bring my 7 year old daughter and was worried she would be bored out of her mind but we sat in the kids room and played with the toys and she was having a blast. Actually didn't want to leave when my car was done!

A great place to take your car. I can't speak for the dealership part (I bought my car in Ohio) but the service staff is awesome. Every single person I dealt with was professional, nice and accommodating.

Inexperienced technicians, overpriced, poor customer service. Have an '09 Jeep Wrangler, took it in the first time to only rotate the 5 stock tires, they only rotated the 4 when the owners manual says with a full size spare to rotate all 5. I have done this since day one when I bought it brand new & the original tires are now on 73,000 miles. Second time I took my Jeep in was in 2012 at 56,000 miles for a check engine light. Cylinder misfire, all new spark plugs with fuel injection tuning. Also asked to have the parking brake tightened but when I got it back they said they couldn't tighten it completely, that would take a lot of hours and would cost more money. Two years later today I just got it back from a "Mom & Pop" shop, they did it free of charge & it's as good as when it was brand new. Not rocket science, but the dealership wanted more money for it. Took it in a third time to actually have them fix the parking brake, replace the rearview mirror (reflective plastic was peeling off behind the glass), fix the center console lock that wouldn't lock, & look at getting new Rubicon stickers for the hood that was peeling off. This was 4.5 years after purchase at 68,000 miles. Still had extended bumper to bumper warranty for 70,000 miles or 7 years but the service salesman wouldn't even talk to me about replacing or doing anything about these simple poor quality issues. So I left & will never go back to Dick Scott Jeep again. The Plymouth shop is about 25% pricier than their sister shop in Fowlerville & the quality of work is quite poor. I definitly won't be going back to Dick Scott again. They have much to improve.

Not real happy with Dick Scott service currently. Have a month old Grand Caravan and it is in for the 3rd time for the same problem, leaking pink fluid (antifreeze). Leaving on trip in the morning and have to wait to get van back until later today. Just wished they would have fixed it right the first time. Had to have new carpet installed because of a hole and the they didn't even bother to vacuum it. It is littered with a bunch of colored threads, etc.

Extremely un satisfied with a service that was done on my car. I had brought it in for a bumper repair and the paint codes didn't match, the bumper alignment was awful, and the hood (for whatever reason) was not aligned either. Upon performing more work to the vehicle i discovered that several brackets had been bent and Dick Scott put absolutely no effort into fixing them or even notifying me. Mind you, this is a performance vehicle that is brought to shows and events regularly. I am beyond angry that they would take my vehicle, one that is not only clearly modified, but a sponsored show car and put such a high level of neglect and carelessness in their work. I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

Took my Jeep in because the gas cap inexplicably fell off. Said it was covered by warranty Awesome! What s not is it s been 3 months and haven t heard a peep from them. Made a couple calls but no one cares to respond

**updated** I received a email stating my part was sent for paint and would hear back by Wednesday at the latest. It is now Thursday night and haven t heard a thing, not surprised. I called another dealer and they will have me in next week to do a full replacement of my fuel door and assembly. Achieving in 1 week what Dick Scott couldn t in 3 months. Amazing what caring about customer service can do

OH boy a generic response from the dealer asking me to take more time to call them. That sounds like a good customer service policy

Visited Dick Scott service today to take care of a check engine light on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was greeted by John in service department, he listened to my concerns, I told him what supposedly was done to the Jeep at previous dealership. He performed a rest while I waited and gave me a rental car, stating that issue will take a few hrs to fix. He was very courteous and professional as well as friendly and easy to talk to. He called as soon as Jeep was fixed and advised me that work that was done by previous dealer (Fox Hills Jeep-across the street) was not done last time, nothing seemed to be done. I would recommend Dick Scott service for future vehicle maintenance. Thank you John and the Dick Scott crew.

Jason Bone in the service department is a class act. I drop off my vehicle to him every time I go in. He took the time to remember a conversation I had with him months ago about wanting a Jeep Wrangler. Jason took the time to call me several weeks ago to let me know that the pre-owned department had a Jeep Wrangler for sale in the color that I had wanted. My wife and I went in and met with the pre-owned Sales Manager Brian Bush & pre-owed salesman Bob Borkowski. Never meeting either of them before we were not sure what to expect. We were blown away with how friendly and kind they both were. From the minute we met them my wife and I felt like we were part of the family. They definitely have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend bringing your business to Jason Bone, Brian Bush & Bob Borkowski.

I m not sure I ve ever dealt with a company less interested in customer service. The transmission went in my brand new (2019) Durango with only 7,000 miles on it. The guys in the service department were very nice and got me into a rental (although not remotely comparable to my vehicle). That was the end of my good experience. They have had my car for two months and I still have not received word about when I will get it back. They have had the part (after telling me it would need a whole new transmission) since November 1st and still nothing. We have leased many different makes and models and I ve never had this negative of an experience.

Sales and availability

I was not convinced that a Jeep was for me. I looked for a couple weeks at several SUV's. I met with Dan Hamblin at Dick Scott and he had me drive several models of the Jeep. I loved the Cherokee Trailhawk, but wanted a BMW X3. After several days of decision making, overall Dan gave me the better price for a more equiped, and the perfect fun color Jeep !

I LOVE my Cherokee and I am so glad I went to Dick Scott to meet Dan Hamblin :)..... Thank you, R. Miller

Just wanted to tell you what a great experience I had working with Chris Marhofer and Colleen. What a great experience finally buying a Jeep. Everything went so smoothly from the financing to driving away in my Jeep. Never felt pressured or talked down to. That is the most important, thinking the purchase through so I don't feel like I'm making a hasty decision. Thanks again.

Had to attend to a few minor things on my Grand Cherokee thru the Service Department. Service was great and the reps were extremely helpful. Had to order a part for the interior which was in the next day. When I went back the part was the wrong color. The parts department was very apologetic and the service rep knocked off a few dollars for the inconvenience. I still gave Dick Scott a 5 star rating as I realize everyone makes mistakes and it's how you handle those mistakes that count. If you can believe it I actually have fun in the Service Department!!!!

I feel bad for this dealership's service departmen...

I feel bad for this dealership's service department in that the problem is entirely the car manufacturers fault. However, things could be handled differently. They had my car for nearly two months. Things started out by my car stalling on the road. Indications were that the battery was dead... but there had to be a cause for a new 2017 car battery dieing. They recharged the battery, the test said all systems were fine, and insisted I pick the car up! Frankly, they were rude about it. When I kept telling them they only had fixed the symptom and not the problem, they didn't care - they just wanted me to get the car off their lot. Fortunately (?!?!), a week later, my VIN got associated with a recall on the day I was being forced to pick the car up. With the recall though, they were able to keep the car until a fix was available. Six weeks later, a fix was found and implemented. BUT , they could not tell me how often the car was started and driven to maintain the battery charge... and, they don't even keep records of that type of thing. Sure enough, the very day I picked up my car, the vehicle notification system sent me an email saying the battery would have to be replaced shortly!!! Ugh!

Had a brake issue with a certified used car I had just purchased at a different dealership and didn t feel safe driving it back to the original dealer so I brought it here due to convenience. I have to be honest in the past I haven t had the best service experiences with bigger high-volume city dealerships (I come from a very small town with a very small Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership) and my service advisor Michael Cook made me feel like that small town service again. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly and I felt my vehicle really was in good hands. As a dealership, brand and company, I was impressed. It was business done right and honest. Thanks again to Michael and the service team!

I have been buying new cars for the last 40 years ...

I have been buying new cars for the last 40 years both for myself and my business. My experience with Dick Scott was the absolute worst I have ever had.

I was promised a Town and Country would be warmed up and ready for my arrival. I was promised this was a no nonsense dealership and we will be straight with you. The only way I have ever bought a car.

What a surprise it was upon my arrival that the sales person I was assigned to made me wait at his desk while he was on the phone for 20 minutes (I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time). Then there was no Town and Country waiting for me. I never was offered an opportunity to look at one let alone drive one ! I was told the one I wanted was gone and no others at that internet price available. The salesman took the keys to my trade and left me waiting another 30 minutes assuring me there would be no games. You would think this time would be opportune to allow a customer to look at the vehicle they want to purchase, no chance here. The salesman came back with a low ball offer of half the value of my trade. At that point I had enough and told him so. I told him I would be going to Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Farmington Hills. Another salesman perked up over the divider and told me he had worked there and they were crooks. More reason for me to run from Dick Scott. I let the customer service person at Dick Scott know about my experience, She assured me she would turn this over to Jason Scott who would call me. Never happened.

What did happen ? I went to Suburban and worked with Scott Showbitz. I got the fair value for my trade not a low ball offer and was driving my new Town and Country in one hour! YES, ONE HOUR! Ten minutes more than the wait time and 20 minutes less than the nonsense at Dick Scott.

Stay away from here. Their service department wrecked one of our cars when it was in for service once. These are not honest people. Do what you say and say what you do. Buying a car should be painless not painful.

After several months of debate with myself I walked in to Dick Scott to get some information and prices on a car, a few hours later I walked out with a 2013 Chrysler 300.

The salesperson Holly Marks was very helpful and did everything she could the make this process go very smoothly. The trade in price that the dealership gave me and the monthly payment sealed the deal.

If your looking for a car you should stop in and give them a try.

This was my third time buying from Dick Scott Dealers and they surpass my expectations every time! The service I received was amazing, no one is ever pushy, everyone is so respectful and I never have to dread the car-buying experience as a woman! Although we appreciate you continually sending promotional letters regarding your sales, we have no intention of buying a vehicle from your dealership. My Husband and I were in the market for a new Jeep Cherokee in March, since we were purchasing it on the employee family plan, the only negotiation needed was the trade in value of our 2005 Pacifica, with 50,000 miles. The problem was that your appraiser came up with a $5000 trade in value. He appeared to be so arrogant, he wouldn't even come down to talk with us, nor did the sales manager get into negotiations. As a result we went to Snethcamp Chrysler, where Mark Snethcamp agreed to a $7,000 dollar trade in. Yes, $2000 difference.
Consequently, the Pacifica was sold prior to delivery of our new vehicle. I guess it all comes down to a Customer Relations issue which was significantly lacking at your dealership.

Today, every facet of our society relies on great customer service and if you get Harley Wood as a service writer, you'll miss out on any semblance of it. Went in on Thursday with my wife to browse for a Jeep and had the most amazing experience with the sales person Marcus L. His questions helped keep us on point with the vehicles we had researched. I was impressed with his positive attitude and sharp answers to all my wife's questions on financing and leasing. When we found the Jeep she wanted Marcus and his manager efficiently got our paperwork done and us into the new vehicle.I took note of the staff we met and saw all were friendly in their customer interactions. I'm comfortable with my wife coming back to Dick Scott (Plymouth) in the future for regular maintenance and will give them first opportunity when I go looking for a new vehicle for myself.

I purchased a new Dodge Durango from Prick Scott D...

I purchased a new Dodge Durango from Prick Scott Dodge. This vehicle was nothing but problems. When it went into service it was there for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. For the first year and a half the truck was in service for at least 3 months time. The wheels and tires were even stolen off the truck IN THEIR SERVICE LOT, that is completely unsecured.

One day after the transmission was serviced at their dealership I had fluid pouring from the vehicle. I drove it to their service department and they refused to offer me a rental car. I had to take the truck to another dodge dealer where they had to replace the transmission due to the poor workmanship done at Prick Scott Dodge. The other dealership, which had no relationship with me at all gave me a full size rental no questions asked.

When the vehicle was stolen months later my adjuster spoke to Jason due to the lengthy service history and the face it was just out of warranty. Jason was so kind as to tell him that he thought I probably something to do with the theft of the vehicle. I was then investigated for the theft. I was cleared but this would have never been an issue had Jason not said that to them.

I would NEVER recommend my worst enemy to Prick Scott Dodge. Nobody deserves to get treated this way. This is also the last Chrysler product I ever bought. I switched to GM trucks. All due to the experience at THIS dealer.

Have a '14 SRT Grand Cherokee purchased from Dick ...

Have a '14 SRT Grand Cherokee purchased from Dick Scott. I have left multiple voicemails for my service advisor and other service advisors (since mine doesn't return calls - Warren Scott) and I am typically polite. Have had multiple incidents and required intervention from the sales staff (Dan Hamblin - usually very helpful) to even get someone to call me back, in this case the service manager leaving a message at my house even though in EVERY message I have left and EVERY time I speak with someone I ask them to contact me on my cell. After honoring his request to please call and getting yet another voicemail, I am near giving up.

First experience required three visits, they ATTEMPTED to fix a fit issue on the steering wheel. During the first visit, they could not tell me they would have the vehicle even looked at for a few hours for a scheduled appointment and a simple viewing. After a full day without my car, they need to order a part. Weeks later the part (steering wheel control pod) arrives, should be a very quick appt, 1 hour, 3hrs max. WRONG, the entire day only to find out they couldn't install it and needed to order an entire steering wheel. Weeks later it arrives, appointment on Friday morning FIRST thing, 7am, very few if any customers there. By 3pm haven't heard from anyone, so I call and get no info on the status. At 4pm I call and find out they want to keep it over the weekend because "after hours on the phone with Chrysler" I was told so they couldn't make it work and had to put the old one back on. I politely informed them, I was on my way and I wasn't leaving without my car. MAGICALLY, in an hour mind you, the brand new steering wheel was on and the car was ready.

Upon previous visits I had identified overly squeaky brakes. Their solution, apply "no-squeel," which worked for about a day, probably not the best solution given the fact that they're brembo high performance brakes, but what do I know. So after that didn't work they were to order all new brakes. ONE MONTH LATER, multiple calls and voicemails and asking my sales guy for intervention (AGAIN), low and behold a call from the service manager to my house asking me to call and please schedule the appointment and that he apologizes and he doesn't know why I was informed that my brakes are in.

Left another voicemail for me esteemed service advisor. I can't wait to schedule the appt for them to take me out of my $65k+ jeep and put me into a base dart, minivan or something else that I specifically avoid driving, even better, pawn me off on Enterprise rent a car so I can lose another 1hour + of my day dealing with them only to be put into a heavily used chrysler product because they are doing me a favor performing warranty work. Brakes have been replaced and issue solved.

OIL LEAK, continues in my garage and the response I got from the service advisor is "we wiped it down and don't see a leak." This is the same leak I reported in November of 2013 but no one seems interested in fixing it. My suspicion is they don't want to deal with it because they don't want to give me a $90 oil change for free to solve a warranty issue and they likely cross-threaded the oil-filter mount thereby causing the leak.

How in the hell do these people treat Viper owners?!!?!?

As for the response to this from the service dept manager(s), try calling my cell. Its in your system.

I'm also going to post this on the SRT forum and FB and anywhere else I can think of.

Also, I haven't mentioned that a wheel was damaged prior to delivery but they promised to fix it. Until they found out it would take 3 days to accomplish now, no one is interested in honoring the repair.

UPDATE Sept 2, 2014
Warren called today and to discuss the situation and would like to know what they can do to remedy the situation. My response was that I do not know since I have since visited another dealer and they have fixed my oil leak.

I do appreciate the follow-up and look forward to hearing back from them again about correcting the remaining issues.

Terrible. Went in and spoke with Antwone, seemed very attentive at the time, because I was sitting in front of him. Was going to track down a new Jeep Cherokee via dealer trade with the features I wanted the next morning. Said will call me first thing. Never called.
I called him mid afternoon, said he had not heard back will return call shortly. When he did finally call 8:50pm, 10 minutes before closing that day, the Jeep, it was gone, no longer available. Said he found a different colored one at another dealer, and will call on it again first thing in the morning on it and let me know.
Again, Never called me back after. So I went 1/2 mile down the road, to Fox Hills Jeep. Paid cash on exactly what I wanted and drove out of there with the Jeep 1 day later. Been a week now, Antwone still has never called me back, clearly if I was throwing money at him, he couldn't be bothered to bend over and pick it up.

We purchased a Dodge Caliber. The first same day after driving it off the lot (within several hours) the check engine light went on. You did something without charging us (thanx) the next day. A few days ago the light came on again and now it is in repair shop again and we have not even made the first payment. You did provide us with a free rental (thanx) and are repairing it, but you are charging the extended warranty we purchased for it??? and told us that you are waiving the deductible (thanx). In my opinion, you should stand by your cars and sell cars in good repair. My guess is that this was not the first time the light had come on for this vehicle. Buyer Beware at Dick Scott... Who knows what other issues will arise. I am very glad that you are repairing it and ultimately without costing us any additional monies. We are so glad that we bought the extended warranty.

I just moved to the US and was looking for a Charger, which I've found at Dick Scott. Bob Borkowsky took care of me, he is a great guy, gave me lots of information and I'm glad I decided buying that awesome vehicle.

I am writing this review solely to get a return ca...

I am writing this review solely to get a return call. Why am I writing a review just to get a phone call? Because I ve run out of options. We re approaching one month that my truck has been in their shop. I ve called at least two dozen times, and of those, I ve left at least 20 voicemails. One time they did answer the phone. I think the fellow might have answered it by accident or thought it was his doctor calling. He seemed surprised. I will say, one voicemail was returned, one time. But that was only because I immediately called back after leaving it and asked the operator to talk to a supervisor. Of course, she was unable to connect me to the supervisor but said he would call me back in 15 minutes. He called three and a half hours later. The amazing thing about customer service this poor is when he did call me back three hours after they said he would, I almost cried tears of joy. I m pretty sure, if he would have asked me to be his child s godfather I would have said yes, just because he called me back. Unfortunately, he didn t ask me to be his child s godfather. Instead, he told me it had been two weeks but they hadn t looked at my truck. When I told him it had been two weeks for an eight hour job, he laughed and said two weeks is nothing around here . Oddly that made me feel better until I realized, again, the magic of poor customer service. So how do I know they still even have my truck? Well, I ve learned the only way to talk to someone is to physically drive out of my way to the store and walk in. They are pretty nice when you go there in person and have coffee, mini water bottles, granola bars, and false promises. Anyways, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just call me.

Not a good experience . I was forced to make an appointment to see the car for a second time and upon arrival I was told the car was not available and it was in detail. Long story short the car was actually lent out to a customer. I was flat out lied to when all they could have said was it was a simple mistake and lent the car out .

Had my car for 8 hours before they even started looking at it. My appointment was for 9am, got a call at 5pm. The mechanic said he just looked at the car. Got charged a 90.00 fee for the check engine light scan. Auto Zone did it for free and I got the same results. Whole experience was unacceptable. Update 3/1/15: Got my car fixed by my mechanic. It took him 1 hour to replace the part that Chrysler wanted to charge me 2 1/2 hours labor ($350.00). He had NEVER done it before. What a rip off by Chrysler.

I asked if I could return my lease at their location due to convenience. I was told they don't have any room on their lot unless I had leased the vehicle from them and was leasing a new vehicle. Very poor customer service. I will never do any business with this dealership.

Salesman was awesome! However, their service department is horrible. They've tried to fix the problem twice now, and is still not fixed. Picked my Jeep up today, drove it about a half a mile, and all of the issues were still happening. They had it for 2 months. I don't know what they did for 2 months, but they didn't fix anything. I had to call constantly for updates, (which on the 2 occasions I got through to someone and not an answering machine, they said it would be ready "tomorrow" each time).

I received an email today saying they have been trying to reach me, but my phone was disconnected. Absolutely bs. I've gotten calls from them plenty of times but now that my car is actually ready, they suddenly can't reach me. This is a LEASE, haven't even had it for a year. There should not be these kinds of problems. I'm extremely upset and I don't know what to do...

Absolutely amazing experience!! I will never buy another car from any one else besides Ricky Perez! I felt like the only customer in the dealership. I put off buying a car for so long because the experience can be grueling but Ricky changed all that and I left with tears in my eyes because I was so happy!

Antwone did a fantastic job of listening to the features I was looking for in a new vehicle and worked with my budget to find the right one for me. The purchase process was really efficient. I'll return to Dick Scott Chrysler-Jeep next time I need a new car.

Excellent Salesman

Excellent Salesman

Caught Dan on a Saturday at 3:05pm (closed at 3pm) and he stayed patiently and assisted us in our vehicle selection... never rushing us. We returned the next business day and picked up our new Town and Country. Dan was very knowledgeable and thorough with the vehicle delivery. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

We have been coming to Dick Scott Dodge for about 15 years. I have worked with Larry Welsh for at least 12 of those years. I will never go anywhere else. Larry makes all of his customers feel as if they are his only customer, with attention to every detail. Jason Scott, the GM, also "goes the extra mile," even going as far as removing the car I was interested in from the display ramp just so I could take a test drive! Dick Scott Dodge is friendly, professional, efficient and customer savvy!
