Although we appreciate you continually sending promotional letters regarding your sales, we have no intention of buying a vehicle from your dealership. My Husband and I were in the market for a new Jeep Cherokee in March, since we were purchasing it on the employee family plan, the only negotiation needed was the trade in value of our 2005 Pacifica, with 50,000 miles. The problem was that your appraiser came up with a $5000 trade in value. He appeared to be so arrogant, he wouldn't even come down to talk with us, nor did the sales manager get into negotiations. As a result we went to Snethcamp Chrysler, where Mark Snethcamp agreed to a $7,000 dollar trade in. Yes, $2000 difference.
Consequently, the Pacifica was sold prior to delivery of our new vehicle. I guess it all comes down to a Customer Relations issue which was significantly lacking at your dealership.
