The salesman, Tyler, was incredibly helpful in getting me exactly what I needed! He took extra time to pull multiple vehicles for me and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I ve had some bad experiences with salesmen in the past, but Tyler really eased my mind. Thanks Tyler, I love my new car! :)

Dropped off my car for repair on a Wednesday per appointment set by the service shop repair was not done till Friday only when I called did I learn the car would not be worked on till Friday and then they would not honor their rental car agreement of if the repair took more than 24 hrs this is available was told that this applies to when the physical repair begins regardless of when car is dropped of per the shop set appointment WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN Note the car in question was purchased along with another car at the same time at this dealer. I had an amazing experience with the Body Shop. The people running it and the manager were very kind. I went in and figured I would be sitting for a while. I had no appointment. I went in and they gave me a rental car and sent me on my way. Was very convenient with having 2 small children. They kept me up to date with my car and got the work done within a couple days. I have no had that good of customer service in a very long time. I will continue to come and will always recommend. Thank you Guys

Very accommodating. Gave them the specs on what I was looking for..the price, color, features, etc. They found me a couple options to choose from. Made financing part easy with only one credit inquiry. Accepted my trade and paid it in full. Thank you Sam, Brandon and Erick! I now have the car of my dreams!! So happy!

It not a good one that s for sure.

My wife and I went in on 11/07 to get a value on our SUV to begin looking at a smaller car for her. The salesman that greeted us started off with an attitude because I would not tell him what type of car we were looking for. He went into a long drawn out arrogant tale about how he had been selling cars along time and knew what was needed to give us a value.

After about 15 minutes or so they finally came back with a value that was a range of value and not just one set value telling me it depended on what car we wanted to trade it on, I questioned that asking why would it matter. He got really snippy at this point and never did tell me. I asked for our keys back and oh man he just went over the top and actually got angry with us.

I had to go to the sales managers desk to get my keys and I told him about my experience and said we had bought multiple cars from this place over the years (at least 4) and that due to the salemans rudeness they just lost a sale. I am pretty sure the sales manager is the same person we worked with when we bought our SUV from this dealership.

I made it known that I more than likely would not return as a customer. Even for my $5 oil changes for life on our SUV. After Brandon left the service area that went downhill as well.

Very sad as we preferred this dealer over the much larger one at the other end of Hamilton, but today we felt like we were at the much larger one and they just did not care about the customer.

Every time I have taken my car here there has been an issue! First time I went and purchased 2 brand new tires well upon leaving I realized they put the wrong tires on...a cheaper one at that. I took my car back and they put the correct tires on but refused to compensate for any inconvience. Then I took my car in for a recall today that was supposed to take a few hours ended up taking over 6 hours wasted my whole day. They are just very unorganized and the service wasn't great!!!!! Ive tired twice, I'm not taking my car here anymore

Would not recommend buying a car from here I got a 2016 Ford Focus Unable to drive the car it Has almost 15000 miles on it took it to have transmission fixed once due to a Due to a recall and still having issues with the Transmission I see why they traded it in going to seek counsel on the matter hope it can get resolved

I wish I could give no stars. The absolute worst dealership experience I have ever had in my 38 years of life. I took my Edge in for 2 recalls in June. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I went to the dealership and they lost my vehicle. Then they had excuse after excuse after that about problems with the air bag and fuel tank recalls, blaming it on Ford headquarters. They finally fixed the recalls in August. When they called to tell me it was finished I asked them to fix the power steering leak, which they had for another month and they forgot to fix the power steering leak. Stay away from this dealership

Everybody was great didn't have an appointment and it took a while but Jess kept me updated. Also weren't sure that they had everything to repair my car and might have to come back. However it all got done on that day even without an appointment.

I bought a new car here in 2015 and my salesperson was excellent. I've talked to several more salespeople over the years, they were all very helpful, and had some recalls fixed in the service department. Yesterday was the first time I've had to repair anything else and due to some miscommunications about the warranty, the sales manager Todd Purcell (sp?) and the service advisor Brandon Hood worked out something that I could manage to pay. I can't thank them enough. Dick Masheter actually cares about their customers in my almost 5 years of experience with them.

There was absolutely no haggling, the sales people were polite and knowledgeable, they got you out in a reasonable amount of time along with courtesy follow-up calls to see that you're happy and if there was anything else that they could do. I would most definitely recommend Dick masheter Ford to anyone looking to buy new or used.

i visitied the quick lube part of dick masheter and delt with a very nice lady name starr she was very prompt into getting my car into the garage to get a oil change the inspected my work vehicle and let me know what my van will need in the upcoming winter months i highly recomend the quick lube at dick masheter

I went in looking for a good priced, used, newer F150. I found one as soon as I got there. Everyone was great and we negotiated a great price. I was in a hurry and had a limited schedule. I had to come back the next day to finalize everything.

Fortunately for me, that allowed me more time to research the truck. I was looking to tow about 6,000 lbs. After looking into it, this truck could not do this.

This is the only reason I took a star off. I wish the team had a better knowledge of the variety of features and combinations they were selling.

However, I went in the next day and let them know there was a problem. After sharing with them what I found, they had a replacement ready to go that actually had everything I wanted and needed. They made me a great deal on a better truck!!

Overall, this was a great experience. I would highly recommend Tom Isaac as a sales person as well. Great guy and will do what he can to get you what you want!!

Horrible service, they "fix" things that I now have to get fixed again. Smh...put wiper fluid in & did not even make sure it worked. Now I gotta get a new pump probably. I'll never go back. Just had a tune up & my sticker says next visit August, b.u.t. my engine oil light is on now. After they fixed it.

After shopping for a Chevy, Ford or Dodge truck throughout 2016, I finally purchased a loaded 2016 XLT after dealing with Mike Carr. The process was simple, the price was fair and Mike went out of his way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend shopping at Dick Masheter Ford for a fair price and a simplified auto purchasing experience.

WOW! Great customer service. I went in for an oil...

WOW! Great customer service. I went in for an oil change and was informed it would be about a hour and a half wait. So I asked if they could check out noise in my wheel. I was later told that it was a wheel bearing problem which needed to be to be fixed, but they had to order the part, which I agreed to. So I was driven home by a staff member and waited. I called Austin, who was the Service Rep that took my order. He stated that the part did'nt arrive and my car would be available Monday morning. Now this was a Saturday. I explain that this wouldn't work, so he offered a to give me a loaner to drive. So they sent someone to pick me up. When I arrived Austin told me the part came in right after we hung up on the phone. He introduced me to Shaun, the Service Technician that had been working on my car. Shaun stated that he would stay there to finish my car no matter how late. Now this is near closing time. He also came to the waiting room and explain exactly what was going on with the wheel bearing. I was very impressed for recieving such great service and drove my car away that day. As we all know customer service can Make or Break any business. Now this may be standard procedures however it certainly made me feel special. Keep it up!

I had service done on my 2012 Ford Focus. It was a Clutch and a transmission control module maybe a week a go paid $1,600 dollars because my warranty was out by two weeks. now having to go to my trusted mechanic to get it fix. Stop putting faulty parts in cars and don t try to lie to get more money. Was told that I had a radiator leak and never was there and wanted $2,000 to fix it. Never going to a dealership to get work done again.

Update talk to customer service rep thank you so much for doing your job it really does go a long way

Masheter Ford Sales staff were great to deal with our purchase of a new 2016 Edge. We originally took our 2014 Escape in for a warranty recall and received excellent treatment by everyone in the Service Dept. Drove both vehicles home feeling very satisfied that they took great care of us. We highly recomend Central Ohio's Best Ford Dealer.

Body shop (Both Mgr. John and Tech Steve) took great care of the paint issue with my 2017 Ford Explorer. Recd a loaner at no cost and the work was completed within the time frame given. Body shop coordinated w Quik Lane and at my request my Explorer was serviced, killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Wonderful service!

I went in for an oil change a few days ago and i pull in to the quick lube area and waited in my car for someone to check me in. I saw a man get up from the left side of the desks and walk away a short time after and he came back that s when i decided to get out of my car. I walked up to his desk and stood there for maybe 2 minutes waiting for him to acknowledge me and he never did. Im not a rude person, so I waited and finally a young man walked up to desk behind him and asked me if i had been helped and i said i hadn t but by that time, I felt as if my time had been wasted so i kindly told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. Please ensure your employees are paying attention to customers. I can t believe how long I waited for assistance only to have a man that seemed to be doing nothing but looking at a restaurant menu on his computer, ignore me.

I have to admit, I love a new car, but I HATE the process; researching, price checking, salesman--you get the point. This all changed the moment I stepped into Dick Masheter Ford! Their friendly staff allowed my car buying experience to be very pleasant and easy. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff was knowledge, listened to what I needed in car and also what I wanted in the car. The GM even came out of the office to congratulate me on my purchase and to see how else he might be able to help. I will NOT buy another car from anywhere else. The employee I was in contact with was exceptional. Arron always kept me in the loop of what was going on with the vehicle, and called me to update me with a timeline of how long it might take to get it fixed and explained why. Then once the truck was in there they got the job knocked out in one morning beating the estimated time by a fairly large margin. If I remember correctly the estimated time was around 3-5 days. I was shocked since it was done so fast. I brought a truck in for the recall part and it was the first one that failed the inspection. I brought my brother s truck in since he was out of town, I wasn t expecting it to be done or ready until right before he got back or even a little later but these guys did not disappoint and surprised me by the communication and work ethic!

Went in to have a tire checked out because it had a screw in it. They removed the tire and the screw, checked it out, no damage to the tire. Was very glad since the tires are only a few months old. No problem no charge! Very fast and friendly. Thank you!

I took my truck in for a check engine light. They had my truck for 3 days. Every day I would call in wanting to know what the status of my vehicle was and how long they plan on keeping it so I could try to line up transportation. I received the same answer every day by the service desk that someone would call me by the end of the day...they never did. They did however call me to say that my car was ready only to find out it was another customers car not mine. Only after 6 phone calls of demanding to know something I am finally told that I will need over 5000.00 of work done on my truck, but would not let me talk to a mechanic to ask why or how they came to this conclusion. I did not feel valued as a customer and felt like I was being taken at advantage of. Needless to say I demanded to have my truck back and will not be returning to this service center and plan to take it elsewhere.

Joe Lee was exceptional - he very easy to contact, willing to answer my many questions, and did what he could to work with me on the price. At every step of the process he was polite, professional and concerned about my experience as a customer! Beyond Joe, the rest of the staff worked with me to get a killer deal on a new 2014 Ford Focus SE (my first new car). They helped to provide multiple financing scenarios and we picked the one which resulted in the lowest payments and lowest amount of interest for me over the life of the loan. Also, they worked hard to get me an excellent rate on my loan.

Possibly the worst car buying experience ever ! Extremely pushy salesmen ! Ran my credit through 6 different lenders on 2 different days, I have decent credit, 6 hits on my report seams unnecessary. Had to return a week later and fill out new financing papers because according to them "they" changed the bank. (I was never told who "they" were) this is after I had the car for a week ! I have had to make repeated phone calls to find out why my trade in is not paid off, at this time it has been over 3 weeks and it still has yet to be taken care of ! I could not recommended this dealership to anyone! I really hate to leave such a horrible review but I hope it will save someone else the headache.

My wife and I purchased a new vehicle from Dick Masheter Ford in 2014 and to this day (2 years) our customer service experience has been excellent. Whenever we have an issue or a part to be looked at or fixed, the team is very prompt to work with our schedule and service our vehicle as soon as possible. Not to mention, all the staff is very friendly and it's very comforting to know they have your best interest at heart, as opposed to other dealerships that are in it just to make the most money possible. I've personally dealt with Mike Harris and he is a pleasure to work with at the dealership. We would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Dick Masheter Ford!

Worst service shop in Columbus. Terrible customer service, employees have bad attitudes and are dishonest. I took my 2020 Explorer for 18K oil change and to have a broken plastic seat cover replaced. Service tech claimed it wont be covered by bumper to bumper. They removed protective shield on bottom of car to perform oil change and never reattached- left with it dragging on the ground. When i asked to speak to manager- the service tech said i am the manager, we are not covering this manufacturer defect and misrepresented the damage in order to produce a charge. After researching, found out the employee was not the manager and the service department supports this kind profiteering. Beware! Spend your money where your business is valued.

I can t say a single negative thing about any of the people here. Jeremy Mcnutt manager was the most helpful person I have ever dealt!! They will have my business long term and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car!! Pretty hard to find an honest car dealer but I think you d be hard pressed to find fault with the group of people that work there!! There good people!!

Recently was involved in an accident and someone had hit the rear passenger side of my vehicle. First time I've had to deal with any claims or bodyshop work in over 10 years. Dick Masheter's team was amazing! The two guys i worked with in the collision center (Andy and Stephen) were extremely friendly and helpful, like talking to a friend. The work took about two weeks to complete and i received calls each week on the work and progress. Had no problem with a rental car either, everything was so much easier than what I was expecting. Everything looked great on the repairs, like brand new, car was even cleaned inside and out. Great work, great follow up and great service!
