I am pleased with the service done on my Odyssey; however, I have been receiving calls every day while I am at work from the shop because they accidentally forgot to change me $130. This is very annoying considering the over $4,000 work. From the number of calls I received, I had a feeling that something bad happen and I have to take the call. I hope IDE Honda to find a better way for communicating with clients. This is a bad handling for something that you forgot.
