Nursing reasonably well., The doctors are very unaware by giving wrong medications several times what ez hospital should not have. So that merger and cooperation among themselves is worthless. Especially 2 cities can certainly count this. Ez is just another excellent hospital.

I got stuck with my wrist and with that I went to the doctor who referred me to the hospital in Waalwijk to take pictures. They were not broken but I asked for a support and pain quieter wall I still had some pain but they could give me Nie that my own doctor had to solve but that was an hour away before I was there
23-08-2016 Just came back from orthopedist Langius. Is it not good in their skin with regard to themselves or stress! No personal contact at all. On the machine? At least I don't want to. Also gets a very low review.
The 2 cities ETZ hospital is great. But why all the staff bring food to the food & drinks / restaurant section for patients and visitors. A separate canteen / restaurant for the staff would be better. You sometimes wait (for a very long time) at the cash register behind doctors, nurses in white coats, who will have an extensive lunch.
Crappy mess unregulated. Years ago I would have surgery on one ear, when I woke up both ears were done. Complaints Committee refuses to take my complaint seriously. The ear they would operate on was successful, but the other ear they completely messed up. Suffer from it daily but don't go back here.
Appointments also last an hour to an hour and a half on average. Agreements have no meaning or value at this hospital. Worthless!
For the second time within 3 months, urgently taken in and operated on. Both times the nursing and care staff were super friendly and they even made me laugh several times. The overall care was excellent!
I have now been in the lung department for 4 weeks after being brought in with a severe shortage of breath. First aid treatment is GOOD; The treatment by the specialists is GOOD; The treatment by the nursing staff is GOOD; The handling by the ministry is GOOD; The treatment by the volunteers is GOOD; The food is good; Everyone's motivation and commitment is GOOD.
I have been in several hospitals, both in the Netherlands and abroad, but nowhere is it as good as in the TweeSteedenziekenhuis Tilburg.
First time friendly staff unfortunately long wait time. This can be explained by the doctor taking the time to explain fine doctor Caron Just helped by Dr Caron and the ok team super thanks for the good care Now rehabilitate in the orthopedics department Fine caring nursing department nothing wrong with this hospital (recommended) Waalwijk !! !!
3 days in a row at the hospital with pain in my stomach. Yesterday, the doctor of surgery wanted me to be admitted to have my appendix removed. I refused, I did not feel sick. But this morning I started to doubt what wisdom was and I went back to TSZ. Nothing but praise for Dr. Matthijsen! What a nice man, by the way! He didn't want to put the knife in right away. After various examinations (ultrasound and CT scan) it turned out that the problem is not with my appendix, I did not need surgery.
So 5! stars for Dr. Matthijsen, but not for the doctor who didn't know and could come up with 'the knife in' as the only solution. If it had been her fault, I would have already lost my healthy appendix last night. I hope other doctors realize that there are other ways to find out if it was the appendix.
A crappy hospital where doctors make mistakes. The nursing is super and we have had a lot of benefits. So a big compliment to the nurse but the doctors a big zero
We are with my wife sent to the hospital by our doctor arrived there turned out my wife much sicker as thought, we are very well cared for nursing super still is not good but the doctors can do nothing about it there are short lines set up to be able to respond quickly lung department is getting better attuned to each other we still think it is very good
Operated due to kidney cancer in the Second Town Hospital. Stayed at the urology department. Doctors skillfully and especially concerned with my destiny. Anesthesiologists professional and very patient friendly. Nursing very caring and really good. The only downside was the coffee in the urology department. It is really so dirty that even the nurses went to buy coffee in the restaurant. Isn't that scandalous? Has often been complained about but nothing is done with those complaints. Furthermore, deservedly 5 stars.
recorded a few years ago via first aid, my gallbladder should be removed urgently, with extreme pain after 2 days of waiting I should have threatened to go home. because there was always no time for surgery, of course! operated on after an intense discussion in the evening, this is a dangerous situation and deadly if the severely inflamed gallbladder blows. so ridiculous
The TweeSteden scores far below standard when it comes to good care! If you are a deviant patient, stay away. They follow standard procedures even if they do not work. Medical records are not properly mapped and they send you from the box to the wall. They work with a new patient system which ensured that I and my girlfriend walked from desk to desk all day long. During the operation we were dealing with an assistant who did not know what she was doing. The following was said in front of us; 'Use this catheter but it is much cheaper, despite the fact that it hurts a bit more'. You do not want to come here if you do not have to!
5 stars for the staff, that needs no discussion. Only that the high-quality food comes in far too small portions for me. (Had to bring your own food by visitors)
Am amazed again and again about the sweet and expert care of the customer teams, nurses, doctors and everything else ... I am very happy with Dr. Klomp and dietician G. Van Rooijen .. approachable and supportive, even if the message is not what you are waiting for. Now an experience on the ccu and very impressed by everyone, regardless of function ... warm hospital!
unfortunately I have to write n negative review. I will also submit this to the complaints committee.
3 years ago I had clogged meibomian glands which caused bumps on my eyelid. Helped well in the Elizabeth hospital in Tilburg.
This year I got the same complaints, 2 bumps on my eyelid. My doctor gave me a referral to the 2Steden ZH in Waalwijk, because the waiting time would not be that long there. The reference clearly stated: remove 2 bumps (in Latin names).
On May 11th it was my turn. What is my surprise: I was dripped in both eyes, had to read letters and I was measured eye pressure (minimum after 1 hour waiting time). I also said: that has nothing to do with my bumps, there is nothing wrong with my eyes, I have my own ophthalmologist for that. No, was the answer, we go for the total picture. We don't do anything about those bumps yet ... after that, in my opinion nonsensical and unnecessary, research I could go again.
On June 1, I was helped by Dr. Croonen. The anesthetic injections were quite roughly sprayed in, I almost hit the ceiling. The only thing that was said was: yes, sensitive right? Ms managed to remove 1 bump, I had to be able to get rid of the 2nd with massaging. But I had tried that for months (I replied, I am not here for nothing).
Called GP with this story. They also found the way of doing things not really appropriate. He gave me a referral to the Elisabeth hospital, with the same doctor who had helped me for 3 years.
Totally different approach. 1 eye was dropped, the eye where the one bump was still there. The anesthetic injections were brought in with great caution with the words: deep breath, deep breath, well if ... yes, that's fine. Are you okay, ma'am?
Very good guidance. It hurt but was manageable because of his soft hand and guidance. He also said: I once had something like this myself and since then I have been doing it very carefully because I know how much it hurts.
I also received a prescription for eye ointment to prevent infections. I received nothing from the 2Steden.
I then also presented my complaint about the approach to my treatment to this doctor at the EZ: he said: yes, the total picture is done because they want to exclude all risks. But that should have been communicated to you so that you would have had the choice.
Sincerely, Syl Hoeve
Yesterday, July 18, I received a phone call from Dr. Croonen who treated me and my complaint was addressed to this doctor. Dr. Croonen took my complaint very seriously, we were able to discuss it well together, I felt heard and seen as a client. I could say everything that bothered me and she listened and then said that she could learn a lot from it and would certainly do something with it to the next patients. And that was also my goal with my complaint. My goal was reached, the doctor took my complaint seriously. It was very nice to be heard like that. I did not expect that. I had expected a letter from a complaints committee. No personal conversation. Top! Thank you!
