Receiving hours 400 to 1300. Everyone shows up at 400. So, trucks backup into the street. Its first come first serve. I arrived at 430 left at 930. Expect 5 to 6 hrs for unload times.

Fast in and out but small lot to maneuver in otherwise 5 star

Had 9 trucks show up here at 4am for delivery and didn't start unloading till 6am. Then got the run around, had to move 3 times to different doors.

For us our DET rep comes by or calls every week without fail to get my order. My Ajax rep never calls and doesn't return calls and has on three occasions just failed to deliver. DET for sure!

Trucker friendly, broker gave me wrong po# and appointment time, receiving clerk called broker and changed appointment and got me in & out within 30 minutes.

You can sleep there, almost 4 am they a open the gate and touch your truck to proceed to give door to be unloaded , 1 hours unloading only

they will take you in before appointment time but no respect for drivers no restrooms for us. I always wonder what kind of management does that.

Ever heard the saying; don't get high on your own supply?
Don't expect anything special here, these are some real LOSERS here.
I wouldn't deliver anything here anymore.
Here's a tip, they'll ignore you trying to get a driver mad, then if you react to their incompetence and their ignorance, gives them the excuse not to unload you; means less work for them, typical lazy south workers.

They all know each other, they could care less about their product and they really could give 2 ss about a driver, take lots of chill pills and deep breaths before arriving especially if you've been running hard.
PS, don't arrive to early, there's no parking, the area is not trucker friendly.

Great guys, pulled up to the gate got assigned a door, backed in at in little time they unloaded 45K lbs. of beer lickiddy split.

Don't take a load here took 31/2 hours to ulonad me very nice people but slow

Quick unloading,but the guy at the checking office between door 23 and 24 was very rude definitely needs to go through training again...

I have delivered here multiple times and it's always quick in and out. Friendly staff and very easy to find.

Appointment was set for 730 am got there day before they took me in unloaded as soon as they got there at 6am and only took like an hour to unload they do let you park overnite along the curb by the fence at entrance no restroom though friendly ppl

I arrived early and they unloaded me in 20 minutes I arrived over night and there's no parking however they will allow you to park along the receiving gate if your a early morning delivery.

very good place to deliver to. my appointment was at 630 AM got there at 6 AM got a door right away and was empty in 45 minutes. address is 245 great circle road NOT 301.

A**holes at this facility... Don't show up early they'll talk to you like your 12 and treat you with total disrespect... I'll never do business with this facility again, get someone else to haul your freight.

Not bad. I arrived at 7:20am for a 8:15 appointment and was given a door and unloaded pretty fast.

Very fast unload. Went to 245 Great Circle (South Gate) Got here on a Monday morning - a day early for my appointment - got a dock assignment immediately and unloaded in about 30-45 min.

Great beer plus they pay the best to work for them!

They have overnight parking for 4 trucks behind the entrance gate ! They woke up you 4:00 or 4:30 am ! They will give you door if you have early appointment! My appointment was 7:30 am ! Very quick unloading about 45 minutes!

I would give negative stars if possible.
We have a bar in Murfreesboro and have the worst service from DET.
We run out of Miller products because our rep doesn't come in to make an order.
He promises to come in and doesn't show up.
We are a small business and he is only concerned about his big accounts.
We have contacted his supervisor and gotten the same lip service.
Wish there were another place to purchase miller products.

No nonsense employees, quick to dock, quick to unload. Plenty of room to maneuver. No problems with any of the staff, i dunno what those other reviews are about.

The guy at receiving office is a total pos. Very disrespectful, an annoying loudmouth.

Overnight parking allowed outside the receiving gate, on their property. Just park along the fence. Note: only enough space for a truck or two.

Good experience here,
I wasn t sure if there was overnight or not since all this comments it s bout year ago.
But there is just for 2 trucks by the fence before entrance.
Nice guy came in at 5 wakes you up lead you to dock.

And I hope I get a los today since it s been so slow with this pandemic going on.
