I purchased my phone at the Willowbrook Mall Wayne NJ. They sold me an Insurance Package that if anything was to go wrong with my phone, they would replace it. Only after a week in purchasing the phone, the up volume button became stuck. So I brought it to their store to get it fixed or replaced. They give me an address to another store, which I come to find is a repair shop in which I have to pay to have the phone fixed. Upon calling their customer service, I find out that my other option would be to pay a restocking fee of $35 to have the phone replaced. The customer service representative also was providing me with incorrect information, suggesting that I damaged my phone and overall was not servicing a high paying customer. Not only has this been a huge waste of time, completely frustrating experience but now I just don't trust Diamond Wireless and I will never use or recommend them again.
