I purchased my phone at the Willowbrook Mall Wayne NJ. They sold me an Insurance Package that if anything was to go wrong with my phone, they would replace it. Only after a week in purchasing the phone, the up volume button became stuck. So I brought it to their store to get it fixed or replaced. They give me an address to another store, which I come to find is a repair shop in which I have to pay to have the phone fixed. Upon calling their customer service, I find out that my other option would be to pay a restocking fee of $35 to have the phone replaced. The customer service representative also was providing me with incorrect information, suggesting that I damaged my phone and overall was not servicing a high paying customer. Not only has this been a huge waste of time, completely frustrating experience but now I just don't trust Diamond Wireless and I will never use or recommend them again.

Sold phone that was later found to be stolen due to activation lock. Refused to compensate buyer for phone they can no longer use due to original owner putting a lock on it. Do not buy from this seller they sell stolen phones that you will later get locked out of.

I bought a Google Pixel from this company on eBay and it has a battery problem where I will fully charge it but within an hour of use it has drained it's battery. It also has an issue that causes the sound on videos and music to quit for no reason.

Purchased a phone via eBay (it was listed as BEST DEAL, not Diamond Wireless). Was supposed to be an unlocked SS Note 4, but it was locked. T-mobile said it was useless. Have tried emailing, calling. Only get an answering machine. Looked up this place on google and it shows an automotive garage. Seriously? What a giant scam this company is. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Hi, I bought a note 3 and I only used it one day. Suddenly, the screen turned green. Paypal told me to return the cell phone and I need the shipping label sent to me in order to return it, I have tried to contact me, I could not. Please help me to avoid losing my health.

I ordered a refurbished iphone 8 from their ebay account "best_deal_today" . Apart from some very minor scratches on the back, the phone was in almost perfect condition and functioned perfectly. According to ios 12 the battery was at 98% health. They also shipped my order the next day, very happy with my purchase I'll definitely buy from them again.

i order a samsung galaxy s3 on the paper work it stated att they sent me a verizon one and the charger is the wrong one for the phone im working on getting a refund or another phone as i read i see i might want to get my money back

I purchased a phone at a Verizon Wireless Kiosk at BJs in Garden City, NY. After a lengthy checkout process, the computer froze and would not print out the receipt. So, the salesperson put it through again, only to have my bank charge me twice. I put in an inquiry with the charge on my bank card as well as contacted the Kiosk twice and visited them a week later. I was then told it would take up to 2 weeks to have the money put back in my bank account. Next time you want a Verizon phone, go to a VERIZON STORE.

I wish I had looked at these reviews instead of the ones on eBay. I bought an unlocked phone, but not only was the phone not unlocked, it had a bad IMEI (stolen or bought on installments and sold without being paid off). If you order from them, check that you actually got what you purchased right away.

Inflated the price of an item by lying about the condition, refused to refund the amount scammed.

Got scammed, bought a refurbished I-phone 6 with a128 GB and was sent a I-phone 6 with only 16 GB
Also paid $34. For a 2 year protection plan and never got anything showing I have it. No one will answer

Am I Getting Scammed Cause I Ordered A Google Pixel 1 "Really Blue" 32 GB On March 14, 2019 , I Just Want To Make Sure.

Ordered 2 i phones received empty box. Can't get my money back. Won't answer phone!

This company sent me a phone that literally burnt when I put it on the charger so much so that it burnt my daughter's hand and when I send it back to fix or exchange they assured me that they couldn't take it back for damage that was already done to the phone I received it. They are a joke and and they have the worst customer service ever don't waste your time.

AWFUL SCAM! Sent a phone that couldn t be activated and ATT said it was definitely a scam and the phones model number was originally a Verizon phone but was listed as an ATT phone on eBay and in the settings showed the carrier as ATT but no one in the store could get it to register and go on their network, it was a stolen phone! I told the seller they sent me a non working phone that ATT refused to activate and they THREATENED me on EBay saying they will send a return label BUT if I leave my apple account signed in they will take 50% of the refund for themselves. DO NOT BUY

The phone I bought, advertised as unlocked had a lock rendering it unusable, have been unable to contact them, maybe they will respond through this review

Bought an iPhone XS off eBay under seller bestdealtoday and the phone s speaker didn t work properly although communication was top notch and the return was easy and fast.

I bought a new phone that was supposed to work in Mexico as I was assured by the seller, the phone didn't have signal not even with roaming service. They did not accept a prompt return and still charged me the price of the phone.

Scammers, sold me burned screen phone. no response in ebay

They send broken phones and down playing it with a 30 day warrenty. Sad

This place is a front for a Chinese company to sell on eBay and avoid import charges and tariffs. That's why the physical location is a sham. They also buy pallets of returned goods to resell them online as used or refurbished. They don't even check the condition of most before they sell them. I recommend avoid dealing with them. They aren't the worst but there are honest business that they are taking customers away from.

I recently purchased 2 iPhone 5s from best_deal_today aka Diamond Wireless that were advertised as unlocked for any network. They were not unlocked would not stay charged for more than a 2 hours. After lots stalling runaround messages trying to get a refund. I opened a eBay case and eBay refunded my money. An absolutely terrible company. How can they be allowed to stay in business? They deserve nothing I had to give one star to post this. BEWARE

I just Recently bought an Apple Watch from this place which was supposed to be brand new! But I wasn t, it was used don t buy from this place they lie, plus they sell their stuff like new!

Ordered a 64gb iPhone 6. They sent a 16gb instead. Turns out they were out of stock on the 64gb phones so they sent the 16gb instead hoping I wouldn't notice.

Ordered from these guys on eBay (best_deal_today). The phones arrived just as described. The cables were new butwoukd not stay in the phone port. Contacted them, the sent out replacement cables ASAP.

This store also sells via eBay using the tag (best_deal_today). Be very careful as I bought a defective item that was also not the same model! After I returned the item, the seller ignored me and refused to pay the shipping fee that they said they would refund. eBay really needs to clamp down on these scam artists.

I purchased a phone from this retailer through WISH (Fantasydeals) and received a refurbished iphone7. The reason I returned it was because battery was at 82%. I was expecting a brand new battery. However, it's been 2 months and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND.

Ordered through them through eBay a "like new" phone. The phone they sent us was broken, speaker broken and a charger for a completely different phone. After going back and forth they said they refund us our money if we paid to return the item. We refused to pay. They then tried to tell eBay they sent us a new phone a few weeks later, when in fact they didn't as we refused a new phone and only wanted a refund, and made eBay believe they sent us a new phone. Had to file a complaint and threatened to get the police involved for fraud and we finally got a refund, from eBay not this seller. Never buy from them. They're con artists who steal and send you broken items.

Best_Deal_Today on eBay this guy is a theif and a fraud he sells "refurbished phones" bought one no sim holder. Broken speaker he likes to f people. Diamond Wireless this guy is a sham as I find more info business license and more I will update you all. This company has been shamming people for sometime lots of complaints filed

Bought a *refurbished* Galaxy s8 from them that looked great & worked fine at first, then I was told it could have been a stolen phone, because it locked up & stopped working all of a sudden. What a disappointment!

Mistakenly bought a phone from them. Had a faulty battery, charging port, screen Asked to return and they only replied once with "sorry no returns". None of my emails have been returned, or calls for that matter. I reported them to my credit card company. They refuse to acknowledge their customers. I'm done.

This company is scam and selling defective devices. I had a very bad experience. They sent me a DOA smart wireless Hub. I gave 1 star not that diserve even it but to make same comment. ordered a pair of motorola s -11 bluetooth headphones and they did not come with the " inner band" . I contacted Wireless Cloud and ---- MO ---- sent Me an Inner band . Thank You SO much for Your excellent customer service ... I LOVE the s-11 s ( MY 6th pair in 10 yrs....) Big B
