I would like to give you big Al's zero stars for the way you talk to you're customers very rude & your pizza is dry so is your subs what a waste of time & money.

I ordered a steak sub that did not have a lot of steak on the bun. It was okay.

First and last time. i normally don't leave bad reviews but If i can help the next person then good. Cardboard pizza is what it is. Little caesars is 10 times better! Waste of $42 . Tastless, burnt super hard crust. Worse pizza I've had in a long time. Save your money, not worth it! Very disappointed. Don't let their pictures fool you.

Finally a real pizzaria in the Dearborn heights area! The food is great and so is the service! Everything on the menu is flavorful and delicious. The BBQ chicken wings and steak sub are a must!!

Best Pizza in town, i love their BBQ Chicken Pizza. We've catered with them for many events in the past and they've never disappointed. The owner and his team are the nicest guys and they're very approachable.

This was our first time, we got two large pizzas with to topping for 18$ , turkey & chicken , pepperoni & halal bacon , they tasted amazing the dough was crunchy and soft it felt very fresh. Customer service was very good also, we will be back

Really bad pizza! They only give you crispy disgusting chicken on the pizza when I asked for grilled chicken. A sub with crispy chicken really ?!! Worst pizza I had in my entire life..

We were surprised by how humble and simple this place was ..but the delicious pizza was just done to perfection...very recommended

Best halal pizza in town. Not too greasy and full of flavor

Prices are high, service is bad but you can do that when your food is that good. I have had subs, pizza, and bbq wings from here plenty of times and never once has the food let me down.

I gave two stars because the pizza could be alright but the service is too unprofessional and it happened one too many times. 9-10 times you order a cheese pizza, they ll load it with XXXX cheese for no apparent reason probably costing the owner most of his profits. Ingredients are good because the pizza can be tasty but need better pizza makers working the kitchen. That s what makes it unprofessional. It shows in the food. And I m not hating, I m just being honest.

Great servers, large pizza looked good but was extremely oily!

Bi Al's Pizzeria has awesome pizza, but nothing and I mean nothing TOPS the BBQ wings on their menu; I have lost friends and family members in fist fights over wing. Last Thursday I Hogan Booted my diabetic first cousin square in his right nostril for eating the last wing.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for amazing food.

P.S. Don't invite family or friends over when you order from here if you value your friends and family relationship.

Delicious subs, pizza, wings and fries. I really like the coleslaw and choice of drinks too. As a matter of fact, excuse me while I place an order now

Seriously really terrible food, time and service, do yourselves a favor and order elsewhere, this was seriously the worst pizza experience i've ever had, first i was told the food would take 30-35 mins, it took just over 1 hour, then when i got the food they messed the food up, didn't give any sauce and gave ranch instead, and the food was cold. I called up let them know my order was wrong and the guy goes "whoa that's a serious issue" being a funny guy, told me they'll give me 1 large pizza next time, then i said dude i just want some pizza sauce nobody here eats ranch, literally repeated the same thing i said are you open? he's like ya we're still taking orders i'm like can you just have one of your guys bring some out here on their way out? he repeated his line. First and last time. Cold soggy bread sticks, cold flavorless pizza worst experience ever. I'm a restaurant owner, not in the pizza business. But i've never had the food be cold, get the order wrong AND horrible service all at the same time. I've never been brushed off so badly as if my order wasn't important like that EVER. They were taking orders but since my order was wrong and i paid already it didn't matter to them. I barely do reviews but they need a strong wake up call if they even try to compare to some of the other places. Waved a free pizza "next time" doesn't cut it.

This place is great. Their pizza is always fresh and the wings are absolutely amazing. The honey barbecue sauce is incrediballs.

Trashhhhhh all my toppings fell off, wrong food and let alone waiting over a hour and a half for delivery

Couple days ago, I tried this place. I got a pizza, and a order of wing dings. Unbelievable. The owner big Al was there, which he is often, I got to meet him and he told me a little about his history. I personally love when a owner of a business works, it shows me they really care about their business and don't have riffrafs running it to the ground. I have been having it everyday since, it is addicting. My girlfriend likes the fish, A LOT. Good work, and good luck, keep it up Big Al, see you soon!

My kids love the 2 foot long pizzas they serve, along with everything else and great service

I think it could be better...just need to step it up on a few fronts. The dough changes texture quite a bit...can be almost like a cracker texture instead of crisp at times. When it's good it is really great. Also, they aren't super friendly and the waiting area is always really dirty which is really off putting.

The wings were ok but the pizza has really gone down hill. Very little sauce on the pizzas and not sliced all the way through. We literally had to slice each one ourselves. Very dissapointed considering the food here is usually really good. I hope to change this review to a 5 stars if something is done about this issue.

The food is usually fine, it s convenient when no one s open because they re open late at night however it is a little bit pricey I usualy don t plan on spending as much as I do here but the service is nice they could pick up The speed a bit . over all I think if they could work on timing and pricing they would be a lot better

I love pizza and i love good food, but come on. I gave this place so many chances. The pizza is probably one of my least favorite pizzas, I ordered the buffalo chicken fries. The chicken and fries were soggy and stale and the cheese just peeled right off. I ordered it to be delivered and i live 3 mins away from the place.

Ordered delivery at 8pm told me 50 min delivery called back at 11pm they were closed. Didn't get the food

What a Gem!
Went in there to give it a try and it ended up being my favorite go-to spot in Dearborn Heights. The wings are to die for, menu carries a variety of options from salads to subs. What an upgrade from the old pizza place that was in that building before. Workers are extremely generous, service is top-notch and prices are extremely fair for its portion sizes. Make sure to try the pepperoni there as well, you won't regret it!

Called 3 times back to back get put on hold 5 plus minutes and get hung up on worse customer service .

Ordered two fish dinners because the menu said it was fresh hand cut cod and hand battered. With homemade tartar sauce. What we got was frozen fish patties that were greasy, lacked flavor and a few packets of nasty tartar sauce. Would not recommend the fish if your looking for fresh.

The pizza is pretty good, the wings and tenders are ok but the broasted chicken is absolutely terrible. It always taste like it was cooked in old oil. always soggy never crispy. And they charge 11 dollars for a 4 piece when all you get with it is french fries. Also I tried their broasted potatoes and they might be even worse than the fried chicken. Take it off the menu and just do wings and tenders.

Their extra large pizza is really a medium pizza; and it s dry too.

BBQ chicken pizza is amazing a must if you are a first timer!

Went to my brothers house to watch the games last sunday,and he ordered pizza and wings,and as soon as i took a bite,i knew it wasnt the pizza places around here,and he told me it was a new owner big Al,Best pizza in michigan and the wings are good too.i was in malaysia the last 11 months,but i know where to get my pizza and wings from now.

I m very disappointed with the service. I called to order a pizza today and they said they cannot deliver to my area. I said you guys have delivered to the same address twice before and in recent times so since when did you decide not to deliver here? The guy on the phone said that it has always been like that and it is not possible because our system automatically discards any locations that doesn t come into a specified radius. I then said then how come you guys delivered twice before? He said maybe it was very slow that day or they made a mistake. Mistake. Twice? Okay, I am fine if you had simply said we re sorry it s very busy and we can t deliver today. Instead you made lame excuses, given that you had been delivering before without specifying you were making an exception. So how would I know you were making an exception? I paid $3 for delivery plus tip both times. As for today, I would have been happy if you said sorry we can t today instead of saying it s impossible to ever do that. So what you did? You lost trust. You lost a customer who lives under 10 mins from your location. So you think I will be calling again in hopes that is is a slow day. In addition, would I be recommending your service to many fellow colleagues, neighbors, and friends?

Great food and the service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. The fried chicken I ordered was amazing and cooked to perfection. I dined in and the owner checked in on me to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything. Great job Big Al's!!!!

Sold us a medium with, bare, cheese for the price of large with one topping, never bothered to say it's same price on sale. We saw the ad on screen afterwards.

Steak pizza was alright, their buffalo chicken fries looks unique, tastes like what you think fries mozarrella cheese chicken and buffalo sauce would taste like. Great flexibility in their menu, can create essentially anything that you think up

Great food . Philly sub is really good. And the brosted potatoes are my favorites.

Got a large deepdish light sauce. What i didn't know was they use bbq sauce on their pizzas. I have to say it was a pleasant surprise!!!

Been here several times for the pizza. Decided to try something new and ordered Chicken Calzone and chicken sub which were very disappointing. Chicken sub not even 8 . Paid $19 for mostly lettuce. Barley any chicken. 1-2 pieces of fried chicken pieces were found not even right chicken for this type of food. Don t recommend anything else but the pizza.

Gave this place a try and I was disappointed. Very thin pizza, the sauce taste like Chef Boyardee sauce and it was very sloppy , the whole center was paper thin couldn't even pick the slice up without the cheese and toppings falling off.If you want good pizza this is not the place. And Very pricey on top of it.

I ordered the bbq loaded fries and no words. The chicken was old and dry I couldn t even stomach it.

Hands down the best Halal pizza, subs and wings in town. Everything is delicious. Staff is always friendly. Owner Al is great with staff and customers. Will definitely be going back soon.

Very disappointed at being charged $18 for 18 baby wing dings. We have ordered wings from this place several times before and these are NOT the ones we recieved previously. Wish I snapped a photo, but they were gone by the time I cooled down enough to go take one. Update your pricing and photo, and cut pricing to adjust to what you are selling your customers. Quality counts, and so does updating photos so your customers can decide to pay for whatever you decide to sell them because you are cutting costs for the business. I thought we found our go to for wings, but we will keep looking.

This is some of the best food I've ever tasted. Their pizza is THE BOMB!! Always hot & delicious. Me and my husband Hamza are regulars here. I definitely recommend this place. Ten thumbs up

Ordered 2 small boxes of pizza..didnt know they were starter size for a 5 yr old for 12 buck?? Cheese sticks..microwaved? I thought I said cheese bread and the cheese sticks bland for 33 bucks?? Wow I definitely want my momey bavk. First amd last time ordering from this place. I'm not 1 to write reviews unless I gotta warn others..oh amd my pregnant wife who is 8 months along is throwing up after eating

I am disappointed. It was not my first time ordering but for sure my last time. I ordered pizza from them and it arrived cold, Biting into it was like biting into sand paper. I called to complain and they questioned me, and my dad like we were being dishonest. they even asked me to bring the pizza to show that we didn't eat it. Whatever happen to the "customer is always right" anyway. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Pizza is alright. The staff is very rude and have no respect. I had ordered a large pizza for takeout and they refused to give me a cup of ranch with the pizza unless I paid for it. When I had asked for a cup of ranch, the employee stared at me and didn t give me any ranch. This place use to give out ranch with every pizza and now they don t even give one cup, even when some asks politely.

This is the best pizza I've had in years. The fact that it's halal is an added benefit. My wife, who eats pork told me that it's the best pizza that she's ever had period.

This place is simply hyped up... the food was not only dry but it was something you d find in a school cafeteria. We placed an order on the phone for two deep dish pizzas. However, when we went to pick up the food, not only did they forget one of our items but both pizzas were paper thin? The sauces they gave on the side (bbq and ranch) were pretty standard as well. We were very disappointed with our experience.

Great pizza, full of flavor!! The right combination of cheese, sauce and grease! The sauce is fantastic! Cheesy breakfast were great too! The staff is extremely friendly! Cant wait to try some pasta!!!

This place is hands down the best pizzeria in and around the Dearborn heights area! I ve lived in the area my entire life and have seen many different names and owners at this location open and close but I know this guy is gonna make it big here! He s always consistent his staff is always very friendly and when it comes to quality he really is number 1 over all! My favorite thing about this place is when they re busy they let u know that hey we are busy at the moment so your delivery or your pick up might take a little longer than usual but we guarantee it ll be hot and fresh when you get it and that is the biggest difference from the other guys I ve ordered from some places down the street and would be told 40 mins for delivery and get it an hour later, but with this place if he says 40 mins it ll be 40 mins or less and if he says 1 hour it ll be 1 hour or less! Good luck al to you and your staff!
