Brilliant gym. Always made to feel welcome and it matters not if you are an absolute beginner or ripped and cut with a six pack to die for! It's the best gym I've ever been a member of and I would recommend it to anyone.

This YMCA offers many services from exercise, trampolining, school holiday care, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware that the car park gets very busy at peak times!
