ordered a pair of motorola s -11 bluetooth headphones and they did not come with the " inner band" . I contacted Wireless Cloud and ---- MO ---- sent Me an Inner band . Thank You SO much for Your excellent customer service ... I LOVE the s-11 s ( MY 6th pair in 10 yrs....) Big B
