I got good experience.
1)l can see good view by sea.
2) good facilities
3) We got kindly support by Japanese stuff.
If you will go.you can get good experience.

If you want to spend time in the room, it is recommended to have a room with a swimming pool (^-^) It is possible to make simple meals and baby food for small children because it is only sauna, Jacuzzi and kitchen. However, it is far from the entrance ... I think that the room near the entrance is good because the elderly person is a little tight because there are stairs. Since only 1.2 Japanese staff can speak Japanese, English is essential, such as minimum time commitments with local staff. The staff was a hotel where everyone at home was kind and relaxing.

Nice resort u can relax here.. excellent breakfast u can get in this hotel..the view from my room was wonderful.. situated near Patong beach

I'm still here, and this place is nothing short of amazing! It's way nicer than the website portrays - the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious!

One of best place near Patong! Very clean and funtional. The furniture is at great, real wood and beautifully decorated. Staff is very nice.

would highly recommend it with pleasure for any couple or even family ... Especially the romantic suite and the jacuzzi suite
Note: The romantic suite is literally the right choice for Egyptians, Arabs and Muslims because of the toilet-bidet combination, it has "shattaf" in it (the japanese toto washlet) .. 've tried many suite and villas in many different hotels and resorts in phuket, that was the only suite i found with a bidet-toilet combo.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. Not directly in Patong and unfortunately a loud coastal road in front of the hotel. Depending on the location of your room, it can bother you. Very nice staff. Within the hotel there is a shuttle bus.

Good location, clean, seashore 50 m, downtown 20 min walk, but do not recommend this beach for a swim. Kind staff, a rich breakfast, I was very pleased. The downside is the position on the hillside .... stairs and there are not many.

Best hotel at Puket .Beautiful resort nice buffet. But if someone has issues prefer stay at ocean front side. Cus so many steps to go to get to your building. They do had ferry but still will have a difficult for someone cannot walk to far or cannot go up and down to many steps. But for me its workout made me exercising going up and down on steps.Swimming Pool is so beautiful in Assembly building also had infinity pool with bars and restaurants. We stay at building 6 ocean view the view is spectacular and enjoy the sunset every afternoon.

Hotel is priced decently with the facilities and look and feel of the place!! Two pools and bar in each - 5 mins walk to the beach,... what else can u ask in a beach vacation :)

Location: Hotel is located in the north of Patong beach and a 10 min walk from the Bangla street with nightlife - hotel offers shuttle to that free of cost (But the catch is book one day advance for the select timings - how would you know the plan next day, right !!:)

The hotel is big and on an incline (we hoped to get a room on the base as i am quite lazy), there are buggies for select stops but please be ready to walk and climb the stairs as the buggy drivers do not oblige at times to stop!

Room: The rooms are big and airy - interconnected as well if you are travelling with family. Have most of the basic amenities and clean - balconies however have no respite from rain and sun.

Food: The breakfast spread is huge but not tasty. room service is overpriced - tried pizza, sandwiches and noodles. Pizza was paper thin with spinach in the name of vegetable, sandwiches without cheese butter and sauce and finally noodles are gory - big fat and fried lumps!!
tip: head to bangla street and try restaurant no. 9 for good and cheap food.

Behavior and Attitude: The reason for average rating and should be poor solely based on this, The staff is quite unfriendly and behaves in a particularly rude manner to Indians (will prefer other guests when you are waiting for buggy, housekeeping and room service wont come for hours and if you call they would stay "no understand" - how come when we also spoke in english? or standing in lobby to talk to receptionists, even the fruit shop owner was quite rude to us)!
This concern was also shared by a fellow Indian family so we got some respite in the fact that we particularly did nothing to harm them or get this kind of behavior.

We tip well - please change your attitudes to us :D

It's a great place it's on a mountain if you have trouble walking up star's do not go there

Was here for 7 nights with my sister. A little distant from the main bars (roughly a 20-25 minute walk) but a short walk to the beach, convenience store and some nice restaurants (but a little pricey). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort provided a one way shuttle service to the main area 4 times a day, which saved us from a lot of walking. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was really nice. Would recommend for people who want to get away from the night life noise, but still want to be close to the beach!

A great place would go back. Just the drinks are expensive.
Don't use a cab or tuk tuk from the resort they will over charge you.
Take the 5minute walk down the hill to Patong and get one from there half the price.

This hotel deserves 5 *. Everything is there, it is all delicious and everything looks perfect.

Room condition is good. Quiet atmosphere with many people staying mainly to enjoy the quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is decent and has kimchi. Free voucher to exchange 1 kilo of fruit for free I changed mango and it was delicious. The slope is very steep and a free shuttle is available within the resort. To get to Patong Beach or a convenience store, walk for about 5 to 10 minutes. There is no sidewalk, so you have to be careful about the motorcycles you pass by. There is a free one-way shuttle to Jungceylon Shopping Center. When you come back to the resort, you will need to take a taxi. The cost is 300 baht. There are additional mosquitoes, so be prepared.

Super beautiful place to stay. Trying to compete with neighbors to be in high ranks. But best left to the satisfaction of customers.

Great location fantastic staff older resort but still has everything you need short stroll to patong centre

We stayed 7 nights.

When we first entered our room we noticed a musty smell straight away. This smell remained in the room all throughout our stay. The aircon was very noisy. We are not sure why they don't have fans as well. Would be much better in the evenings. The room was nice but outdated.

The breakfast staff were not very attentive. They looked very unhappy. The chefs could not give one smile to anyone. It feels like it is not a nice workplace for them and it is showing on their faces and performance. However, on our last day a young man by the name of Im was so lovely and very happy to serve me my tea. It was lovely to meet him.
The butter also needs to be stored in some ice! By the time you get to spread it on the bread it is so runny. I ended up using way more because of this, issue. It makes it not very cost effective really and could be fixed so easily.
The jams provided were not to everyone's taste. On the first two days there was strawberry and blueberry jam. All the other days it was peanut butter, nutella, peach jam and some other disgusting looking stuff.

The front reception staff, the gardeners, the shuttle bus drivers and the security staff were all very nice and pleasant.

The rooms cleanliness - when we first arrived there was a hair in the bathtub and a cotton bud on the floor. We decided to leave it there to see how long it stayed with us. It remained the whole time. I cleaned the bathtub before using it. Looking back, we should have complained but we just wanted to get settled and not have to change rooms or use energy on complaining. We were tired.

The fridge door seal was mouldy and should be replaced. I have got photos to show this. The toilet was not cleaned daily, nor was the floor.
Shuttle into Patong - only fits 10 people and only runs 4 times a day. For the size of the resort and the distance to Patong, there needs to be more runs made. It is difficuly to get on as the bookings fill up pretty quickly.

Many, many steps to climb throughout the resort. Yes, it is definitely a cliff resort and I felt it was not very friendly for the disabled, which is a shame.
The gardens are amazing! Absolutely beautiful and very well kept.

Not very nice shampoo and conditioner. It dried out my hair pretty bad.

Overall this resort looks lovely from the outside. Everything looks pretty. It is when you delve in a bit deeper you see some flaws that could be easily changed with good management. It needs an overhaul on the staff training and the servicing of rooms. It is such a shame because it really could be a very awesome place to stay.
The pools are beautiful but they close to early. Other resorts we have stayed at, the pools closed at 10pm. Diamond cliff was closed at 7 or 8pm. It is way to early for the Phuket hot weather.
Would we stay here again? Hmmmm..... no I dont think so. All my complaints could be easily fixed but for us the stairs to get anywhere were to much. We can do long walks but the stairs were killing us. Again, it is Diamond Cliff so of course there are stairs though! They are just not for us.

Staff are very friendly and always accommodating. I was very sick whilst on my holiday and the resort organised two visits of a nurse and a doctor to my room, they called many times to check on me and sent roses! The location is perfect, opposite the beach for gorgeous views, directly opposite 4 highly recommended restaurants and 3min beach walk to market strip. Bangla road is a 10min walk away and a free shuttle is available to shopping centre. Pools and swim-up bar were a favourite (daily) spot of ours and the restaurant was great. Ameties in the room was "slightly" dated but simply gorgeous. Enjoyed our stay very much thank you

Overall a very beautiful place. Just a few problems with wifi, the shower water getting very hot randomly, the balcony door is hard to close and will open on its own if it isn't locked. Also when it rained i slipped and hurt my wrist a bit due the marble like floors. They did have signs warning it was slippery and i was cautious, when i gor back there were towels laid out. But that should have been done in the first plaxe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room service is fast but often times it sounds like construction is going on. But besides the small things it is a beautiful location and amazing flowers around the property. Oh and the unwelcoming drink is amazing!!!

Great hotel. The location is very convenient, across the road from a small but good Kalim beach. By the way, the hotel guards pass across the road, stopping traffic, and taking into account local traffic it is very important) the hotel is clean, very well maintained, breakfasts are varied and delicious. The pool offers gorgeous sunset views. To jungceylon and another dvizhuha 30 minutes to go. A shuttle goes to the center several times a day by appointment, but the time is not the most convenient. Of the minuses, I note only not very good housekeeping.

no one around the pool offers you drinks or food, it was hard to find staff for service, which you don t want in a 5 star resort
The taxis outside the resort do not use!!
They are overpriced and so rude!
If you walk down the hill 1 min walk you can flag down a taxi and get it 1/3 cheeper.

The location of the resort isnt great unless you want to go clubbing or go to the beach
We went for morning walks and it was dirty and everything was closed

So if you want to stay inside the resort and not do anything else it s ok

I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about my stay here. One little problem with the air con was fixed the day I reported it. Rooms very clean, breakfast to cater for every appetite, polite and helpful staff, even a little vehicle to take you up to the higher levels of the hotel with an always-smilling driver. This place is pure luxury.

I don t know why ppl say it s old rooms, we stay there 3 years ago and they make renovations lobby and rooms. I like this place. Everything near beach, mall disco ... all about 10 minutes.

Just recently back, we stayed 9 nights and it was absolutely fantastic the staff, the rooms and food were all excellent and we found the location just right literally a short walk to a fantastic beach but far enough away to allow an escape if you wanted, the pools were inviting and the other facilities like an expansive gym and spa if required. We have travelled the world but will definitely return

Very bad experience. I won't suggest any Indian to stay there . They don't have vegetarian or Indian food . Only rice available in the name of veg food .staff don't know even English to communicate.so for every Indian I would like to suggest don't waist ur money . All though property is big but it's too hectic to go from one place to another . One more bad experiences i feel was after check out and when we are on the way to karabi. They call our driver to come back to hotel as they want 480 bath remaining to pay .

Our wife and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and loved this hotel. The rooms are huge and well decorated with everything you need. The breakfast is really impressive and we were about to burst after breakfast. The hotel is also only a short walk from Patong beach which is very nice. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it here.

Restoration to throw up! Petit dej not worthy of a 5 stars, with non fresh fruit, chemical juice! The rooms are not worth the price ... however, the staff is very professional and courteous

But the first thing that is alarming, they took a $ 300 deposit for the suite ...
the rest of the hotel is wonderful, 2 swimming pools, good territory, clean spacious rooms, the territory is decorated with trees, flowers, vases, paths, friendly staff

The service and food are all better than the price. Access to the center of Patong beach is good within 10 minutes by taxi.

A little away from the downtown area, it was quiet and easy to spend. The Japanese staff were also enriched, and the family who can not speak English was able to spend leisurely
As there were two pools, it was not too crowded and I was able to go in front of the sea
We recommend a room with a pool view from the ocean view ...

The hotel is clean, all facilities are well maintained. The atmosphere is great. The breakfasts are vary and fresh.

Wonderful stay without any problems. The Checkout Lounge very convenient with shower facilities, TV, Laptop and Wi-Fi before leaving.

Lovely facilities, good location, 2 swimming pools, near the beach and 10min walk to main strip though loads of mosquitos in room with no net which would've made it 5 stars as everything else was perfect
