Just perfect hotel .Hotel close to everything, very clean and beautiful

What an amazing place to stay!! Romantic suit with sea view is siperb!! No words to explain!!

Very good hotel but problem is that it is far from market. If you are going for relaxing then you can choose it if you want to do parties then choose something else.

Our favourite place to stay in Phuket, stayed here a few times, lovely views and walking distance to beach and to the strip

We have been here for more than 15 years. Great place and the welcome! Super quiet place despite the proximity of the vibrant nightlife. We love this place. Certe to advise.

My wife and I just checked out from the hotel. I want to share the experience we had in this hotel and city (Phuket).
We came here with a lot of thought about the city and people, nice and bad ones.
We had an awsome week with a very lovely and kind people. They were very helpful and served us very well.
The hotel was wonderful I could give him 6++ stars. Clean, beautiful, everything was neat, many arts of food and very delicious, a lot of security and there was no leeches or mosquitoes.
We had the ocean view Villa with a jacuzzi and it was very beautiful and clean.
The hotel had a lot of activity s and his own computer room and gym.
The swimming pool and the pool-bar was awsome and we had a lot of fun.
So, in short I recommend the hotel for everyone who looking for quality.

We stayed in Romantic suite and Jacuzzi suite, amazing!!! Beautifully decorated and the bed , room, so comfortable and great view. Staff very friendly, special thanks to Mr Mo( not sure about the spell), super friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot.

The environment is very beautifully laid out. There are creeks, waterfalls, ornamental ponds and seating everywhere. Lots of stairs. Pool areas comfortable.
Breakfast is good and varied. Big rooms
and functional, good beds and air conditioning, as well as the bathroom.The balcony has stunning views of Patong Bay.

The downside to the furnishings of the room except the bed is cramped.
Expensive in restaurants and spa.

Great resort to stay at in Phuket. Great views, great service and great food. Quiet location but close enough to shops and restaurants to walk.

This place is amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean and a 2 min walk across the street to the white sandy beach. Customer service is the best we have had since in Thailand. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel ! The most important question is Breakfast? It was amazing, I had pancakes and bacon to start which took me back to breakfasts in USA. Then I had croissants, bread and hams just like Europe ! There was so much choice ! Great area around the smaller pool with no fight for a lounger and umbrella. The hotel is built on a hill so a little up hill walk to pools and restaurants, but they are worth the walk. The room, was cool when we entered and spotlessly clean, we had everything we needed and more, including a beach bag to use and a complementary basket to take to the fruit shop and fill with fruit !

Don't drink the mineral water in the minibar (green label) they charge you 100thb per bottle even though it is not listed on the minibar menu.

Anyway, there are many Japanese. It is up to the person to take this as an advantage.
If you want to taste the unusual nature of a beach resort, others are better and it is recommended for those who are relieved if there are many Japanese.
If you can speak English, there should be another good hotel even if it is not here. It may not be overstated to say that a hotel dedicated to Japanese people ...
By the way, I did not see the Japanese staff, but the Thai staff kindly responds to me.
I left the tip for a day, but nothing was done.

As movement in the hotel is a little hard and there are many stairs, it may be when it is a stroller.

The name of the 5 star hotel, atmosphere and sea view Rewriting is located on the mountain. It is considered ok. But the need to blame is that the check-in area does not know whether it is a temporary use or not, but the way is quite dangerous and the service of some employees is still quite like being reluctant to provide service. Causing the overall picture of the hotel to look bad

The territory is really big, beautiful and well-groomed, as many say, but I don t agree with breakfast as much as the best in Asia ... Breakfast corresponds to a maximum of 4 * ... And the staff is gloomy ((Close to the beach, and on the territory of the hotel itself there are several swimming pools.The hotel buildings are cascaded, but there is a transfer around the territory.In general, I put 4 because of breakfast and gloomy staff.

I have just returned from my holiday and could not wait to write this review.

The hotel appears to have abit of age. Facilities such as pool and spa were above average.

The main issue are the staff reluctant to assist as they seem to try and make every excuse under the sun, to try not too help.

As the hotel guest. Assuming you paid for your room you and only you are allowed no guest you meet in phuket can come in for a drink. So being single this is not ideal.

Given the circumstances the hotel did not offer a refund or was willing to make exceptions as they have alternative security mesures they could have implemented such as recieving new guests identification but zero care was given.

All on all i would not stay here again just given the ignornce of the staff as a paying guest i felt there was more they couldve done and chose the easy route of saying 'sorry hotel policy' recorderd about 15 replies of this sentemce in one comversation. This doesnt seem like the right way to handle customer service especially from a hotel managers position.

Nice place - really nice and well maintained. Good food, but at the expensive end. The hotel is not suitable for the elderly as it has spooky stairs. In addition, the location makes great differences in the terrain. And with the traffic on the road just below (missing / poor sidewalks), it is almost life to go to and from the hotel and into the city.

Good service, convenient location, several Japanese staffs are available. Good for Japanese customer who need support to travel around. But it is not recommended for foreigners and those Japanese customer who is getting used to travel.

Atmosphere is not sophisticated, bit old and difficult to feel sence of Phuket. Restaurant quality is very poor. Breakfast is somehow acceptable, bad Japanese restaurant (Kiko) is not recommended. Bad service, ordinal taste with extremely expensive price. Away lower quality than in Japan as well as in Bangkok. Variation of liquors such as Sake and wines are very limited and definitely need to be improved.

Again, this hotel is only good for typical Japanese customer who cannot speak English and not regularly travel around.

Super Resort - close to Patong and the hustle and bustle, yet secluded and quiet. You can rent scooters opposite the hotel. The breakfast buffet is 1A. From now on nothing is missing.

Diamond Cliff is a great resort with very clean and spacious rooms. The staffs are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is hearty and the food delicious.

There is no direct connection to the beach, you have to go through a busy street, the nearest beach is not too beautiful, medium food.

It is a hotel with many Japanese people, but the service is very good. It is a hotel with high cost performance. It is a difficult point that it takes about 30 minutes on foot to downtown. However, there is no inconvenience because there are delicious dining places within walking distance.

High class! Top of the top and not far from the nightlife of Patong.

This is a nice resort. I was a little disappointed when there was only one restaurant but with so many food options right outside the hotel this really doesn't matter. The pools were nice the staff is very friendly and the food at breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to be having a lot of excursions and just sitting by the pool or going to the beach.

I had a good trip for three days! The staff of the Japanese women were also clean and polite!

One of the best Phuket hotels, with great breakfast and beautiful views

This hotel is located on Patong Beach in Phuket. The hotel is on the mountainside. Affected by the epidemic, the hotel discounts are quite large, less than 300 RMB per night, which is very cost-effective.
What impressed me most about this hotel is the hotel s gym. The gym is large and equipped with complete equipment, including rowing machines, Smith frames, etc. The gym also provides free yoga classes, which need to be booked in advance at the front desk.
The hotel s breakfast is also pretty good, with rich dishes and one kilogram of fresh fruit every day.

It's convenient and it's great to relax at the resort... but it's a bit far from the beach or other surrounding commercial areas.

Spent Christmas 2018 here....really beautiful resort... amazing pools, good gym, really good breakfast and good service and security overall. Would stay again although I don't like Patong area... close enough to get to Surin Beach for a nicer beach.

Beautiful resort situated near the Patong beach. Staff are very friendly and pools are great fun for kids. Famous restaurants are also walking distance if you prefer to eat out. Breakfast is high quality. Our stay was very pleasant.

Great hotel - just far enough from the city noise of central Patong. Well maintained facilities. Well serviced by taxis and tuk-tuks. Breakfast buffet is superb!!

I had an amazing honeymoon there. When they knew, they upgraded ua to the honeymoon sweet & sent us a cake. The service is amazing. Their food is delicious and tasty both in the restaurant & room services. Although I dont like fruits, but I REALLY enjoyed eating plentyy of pinapples, watermelon & dragon fruit. In addition to the restaurant & the room service. We got a voucher for 1 kilo of fruits from the fruit shop which we got to enjoy in our room. My husband & I organized all the trips from the hotel which were safe & had good prices. There was one trip that the pick up time changed, they informed us when they saw us in the lobby, then we received a letter in our room, & the reception called to check that we know the pick up is an hour later they also provide a free daily bus visits to down town & they are so organized that u call in advance to confirm the room number & the number of people going down time & the time u want to go. The bus stop gets u to a lovely mall. Bangla street (which is a MUST visit) is a 2 minute walk from that mall.

Clean, comfy accommodation that is within walkable distance to paying beach and night life.

The furniture is old but neat and clean. The food is nice, quiet and good resort.

Old rooms are stuffy. New rooms are nice. Lots of steep walking around the property from the restaurants and lobby to the rooms and pool, etc.

I liked the nature-friendly interior and the swimming pool and the rooms are close to everything. The feeling of the two swimming pools is totally different.

We are 23 & 21 yrs old couple. Beautiful and amazing for the price we paid. We had the jacuzzi and ocean view room. The resort provides free shuttle services at certain times, helpful - saved us around 400-500 baht per day. Definitely worth it. Breakfast buffet was included for us, the range of food to choose from was pleasant.

Once I got there, I was pretty convinced this resort was the best we got for value. We have been to other hotels in Pa Tong Bay area.

Incredible place. Wonderful friendly staff who are always keen to help and advise. I stayed in a suite and it was amazing. The entire place has a feeling of relaxation floating in the air and it really is a wonderful place to stay while on vacation in Phuket. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and is a highlight. My favourite part of Diamond Cliff is the hotel pool which is second to none in the whole of Phuket. 10/10 would strongly recommend.

Great ocean view rooms very very relaxing ..super clean facility ..great service staff and incredible breakfast with huge selection of veg and non veg food items , fantastic selection of bakery items and not to forget everyday they have different fresh juices with fresh fruits yummy ... This place has amazing 2 different pools one with waterfall,slide for kids ,pool with inbuilt jacuzzi and swim up bar not pricey at all and drinks are super strong and good ..!! This place also offers 3 great resturents to choose from ..everything is fairly close to the hotel you can get Tuk tuk rite outside the hotels for dirt cheap price ..take a stroll to Patong beach which is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel and ofcourse enjoy the street food ..Bangle walking street is about 10 mins from the hotel great for bars and clubbing . Shipping district is fairly close as well ..!! Thank you Diamond Cliff for the wonderful honeymoon stay ..I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return back ..!!

Service very bad at night. The site is difficult and no body help you. The terrain is rugged and there is no vehicle to help you at night

Nice hotel welcoming the sea but too steep for me who has fybromialgia c is hard but a driver picks you up and take you to your room 1kg of fruit offered daily breakfast buffet well stocked. I recommend

Me and my wife we have a great time here at the hotel, clean room , the view from the balcony was awesome, room big. Very happy customers and really recommend it.

A beautiful employee named Nutt is the wife of a hotel owner (R) in Phuket Town. Close to the Lotus Samkong Was raised well, bought a Vios to drive, got this job because of the deposit From friend's line

This resort is amazing. The staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. Management please take care of these lovely people. The breakfast is a must (buffet all you can eat style) . Theres 2 pools in the resort both clean with bars btw. The public bathrooms are always clean and it's a 5 minute walk to pantong beach.

Shower leaked everywhere, rooms are way overpriced, location was subpar, shuttle service was infrequent at best. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wi fi is not working properly..i stayed three days but not able to connect internet...rest other services are very good...please work on net facilty ..it is the only medium to connect abroad

The Diamond Suite was really spacious with a great view and was quiet when we needed to sleep. Staff were super friendly and buffet breakfast always hit the spot. Although it can be steep to walk up, there is a shuttle always waiting to take you close to your room.

Crossing the road from the resort to the beach side is never a problem with security always stationed there to stop traffic and let you cross. In fact, some of the best snorkelling is just across the road from this resort! It's a bit of a walk but a pleasant one to get into the main part of town. Definitely would stay again!

The absolute most beautiful place in the world! I was stunned, from the greeting with cold towels to refresh ourselves upon arrival to the absolute care of every need we had. This resort goes above and beyond everything we dreamed. Absolutely beautiful resort, every staff member was so polite. They even walked us to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. This was out honeymoon and they went above and beyond with a beautifully decorated suite including a happy honeymoon cake! Im still in awe about this gorgeous resort! Wish i could live here! Great breakfast, great everything!

Best hotel for both family and business trips on Patong and probably in the whole Phuket. Helpful staff and nice food. Highly recommended!
