Staff are very friendly and always accommodating. I was very sick whilst on my holiday and the resort organised two visits of a nurse and a doctor to my room, they called many times to check on me and sent roses! The location is perfect, opposite the beach for gorgeous views, directly opposite 4 highly recommended restaurants and 3min beach walk to market strip. Bangla road is a 10min walk away and a free shuttle is available to shopping centre. Pools and swim-up bar were a favourite (daily) spot of ours and the restaurant was great. Ameties in the room was "slightly" dated but simply gorgeous. Enjoyed our stay very much thank you
