Hotel is priced decently with the facilities and look and feel of the place!! Two pools and bar in each - 5 mins walk to the beach,... what else can u ask in a beach vacation :)

Location: Hotel is located in the north of Patong beach and a 10 min walk from the Bangla street with nightlife - hotel offers shuttle to that free of cost (But the catch is book one day advance for the select timings - how would you know the plan next day, right !!:)

The hotel is big and on an incline (we hoped to get a room on the base as i am quite lazy), there are buggies for select stops but please be ready to walk and climb the stairs as the buggy drivers do not oblige at times to stop!

Room: The rooms are big and airy - interconnected as well if you are travelling with family. Have most of the basic amenities and clean - balconies however have no respite from rain and sun.

Food: The breakfast spread is huge but not tasty. room service is overpriced - tried pizza, sandwiches and noodles. Pizza was paper thin with spinach in the name of vegetable, sandwiches without cheese butter and sauce and finally noodles are gory - big fat and fried lumps!!
tip: head to bangla street and try restaurant no. 9 for good and cheap food.

Behavior and Attitude: The reason for average rating and should be poor solely based on this, The staff is quite unfriendly and behaves in a particularly rude manner to Indians (will prefer other guests when you are waiting for buggy, housekeeping and room service wont come for hours and if you call they would stay "no understand" - how come when we also spoke in english? or standing in lobby to talk to receptionists, even the fruit shop owner was quite rude to us)!
This concern was also shared by a fellow Indian family so we got some respite in the fact that we particularly did nothing to harm them or get this kind of behavior.
