Great with the room. Excellent with 5 star service and modern amenities. To touch the scenery The entire Patong bay is curved like a picture. Going to stay with family or with someone you know would be perfect.
The rooms are very good with a jacuzzi inside. Great location near Patong Beach.

Lovely place to stay
This hotel is amazing. Lovely restaurant with an awesome breakfast spread and an infinity pool. The rooms are huge in size. The accessibility to the main market and the Bangla street is also very easy and convenient. But when renting a scooter, bike or car on Phuket only Orange Car Phuket. This is I believe the only company that offers full insurance.
It is by the sea, but because it is a hill, the view was good in a very quiet place. There are many stairs
The climb was a bit hard. Everyone in the staff was kind and friendly. As room was on the top floor and had Jacuzzi, we were able to relax.
I'm doing very well. I really liked the room and the staff. I give you fruit, but the mango I ate here was life mango. The resort itself is so pretty and I'm happy even if I've been hogging all day long. The pool is so nice. It's great to have a meal at the ocean view restaurant in the morning.
The downside is poor access. 2,30 minutes on foot If you don't feel comfortable, you can walk, but if not, you will need to make a reservation for the Jungceylon Shuttle Bus. When you come back, you have to tuk-tuk for 200 baht.
Without words. Better to try it yourself, because each has its own standard or scale of comfort. Only one but - dinner is not worth taking in the price of the tour, because each time you will choose one of six sets, boring.
A lovely 5 star treat- so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. Amazingly high security and service standards. I was very impressed by the two security staff with flashing batons to stop the traffic for us to cross the pedestrian crossing. Wonderful large buffet breakfast- and every 5 minutes a shuttle bus to take us us the hillside location to save our legs.... Definitely the place to go if you travel to Phuket

Very nice. The only thing that could have been better is if the AC worked better... The coolest it could get was 22C, which isn't horrible, but I like 70F. Then one day we came back and the AC was off and the room was at 30C/86F!
Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly and the food is good. Pools are a decent size and rooms are lovely and clean. Our room was huge but we got upgraded for being on our honeymoon. Reception also lets you take towels away for the day to the beach or whatever and will make you up a breakfast if you're going on a trip. The breakfast was lovely and there was so much to choose from. Was surprised they even had porridge. Freshly made pancakes and waffles too.

We stayed in a Diamond suite, which was huge. The picture was taken from our balcony as the sun went down over the ocean. All the staff at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is on a hill and there are quite a few steps so would be difficult for people with mobility problems. Saying this there is a bus that will take you up and down the hill.
Unfortunately I booked the hotel for 3 weeks ...
The hotel is in need of renovation
- and some areas are already cordoned off for renovations! This causes a lot of noise pollution.
The facility must have been beautiful once ...
By the way, you have to be able to walk well;) -

frequent changes therefore very loud even at night!
But there are very strict rules for visitors! ;)
Nobody is allowed to visit the resort - if they are not a registered guest!
Breakfast is OK - so it's not a luxury resort or resort
5 star hotel as you can often read here! I also understand
the many very positive reviews here not really ...
And for the price it's way too expensive - there is better!

Rested for 10 days, everything is super. Auto, tasty, the staff is excellent, the location is perfect.
New building. Wide space room.. many options of swimming pools. Kids friendly resort. Nice ocean view with strategic location in patong
This hotel has a nice view on the north end of the beach. As it is built on the slope according to the name, it is troublesome to go up and down the stairs depending on the room (^ _ ^;) I want the floor guide map in the building. I felt lost like a dungeon. The staff who can speak Japanese was polite and very pleasant.
Beautiful location and all amenities one needs in a spa resort
we stayed there recently in February, I have given 3 star for the location only. location is very hand and close to the Patong beach. Resort itself is very nice too, breakfast is excellent. room service is okay. management is not good at all and they don't value their customers. we have been asked to pay someone else's bill who have stayed in the same room number as my son did and even the time of service used was before even we checked in but they still they forced us to pay that bill and their manager's behaviour was quite humiliating as if we are a criminal of some sort. finally, they have asked their relevant staff and confirmed it wasn't my son who used the service but still there is no apologies or any sort of compensation for the drama we had to go thru. Guys, I would suggest some other resort. actually, we have heard quite a few nice things for Phuket Graceland, one of our friends have stayed there and absolutely enjoyed. very disappointed with diamond cliff with the value of money you pay, it's not worth it.

This place was amazing. Great breakfast, amazing staff and two big pools. Only flaw is the room i got put in bit old but other then that it was amazing place.
Heaven on earth. Full international breakfasts and friendly staff ready to solve any request. Spotless rooms, shuttle inside the resort, about 2 km from the center. Nearby beautiful beach.
