A wonderful afternoon tea and a fantastic equestrian centre. Kat, Ben and Kirsty are so helpful.

Had a Sunday Brunch at the Birnam Brasserie which is very popular and had to book two months in advance, so planning ahead is a must for this and places get booked quickly.
Our visit had a running buffet as a starter, this includes cold meats, various shell fish, hot smoked salmon, cheeses and side salads. Lovely cured meats, green lip mussels and fresh oysters from Loch Fyne.
Then you have a main we had Sea Bream with potato and tomatoes and Venison ragu with pasta.
Dessert consisted of an old market style trolley ladened with a amazing mini puddings including Opera Cake, Raspberry Macaron, Choux Pastry.

Just returned from a weekend at Gleneagles. Phenomenal. Staff were top draw, beautiful grounds, great F&B and the blend between traditional and modern has been carried off so well and with charm.

This is a wonderful hotel and charges accordingly. Great for a special occasion and we had a lovely room with a great view of the entrance, perfect for people spotting! We dined in the Andrew Fairlie restaurant which was an experience we won t forget. Surrounded by beautiful scenery this place has it all.

Very nice afternoon tea. Toilets had no hand towels on 2 occasions.

Lovely place, had lunch and deserts..and a nice walk round this beautiful hotel

Travelled for business. Good service but hotel did not pass on dietary requirements to all restaurants.
AV services in the meeting room lacked also

We had a very good afternoon tea in the Glendevon room which has a marvelous view down the glen.

The gleneagles Hotel is an excellent location for business events or for leisure. The rooms are spacious and of a very high standard. My only gripe would be that it took the shower a very long time to heat up (circa 15 mins). The staff are excellent and very well presented and the food is outstanding. There is a large number of activies that you can take part in and the location is stunning with excellent views.

Just what can I say but wow what a place.
High quality service, top rated staff with high quality of customer service, and the sites in the area are mind blowing.
Totally recommended for a tourist to visit and stay any time of the year.

Spectacular luxury as expected, was very busy but that was fine.

Unbelievable. A mecca for families - the most family friendly environment I have ever seen in a first class destination hotel. Nestled in the mountains - romantic, authentic, stirs the heart and feeds the soul.

Great atmosphere - under new management, staff need a bit more training but would still give it the benefit of the doubt!

Spent an evening in the Dormy bar. Food was tapas, great selection and all excellent. We had 9 dishes and all tasted fantastic. Table service great and choice of drinks was also good. Would recommend

Attended the Brodies Tennis Tournament in the Arena - ideal venue with court, seating & hospitality areas.

Hotel and grounds in excellent condition, all staff always friendly and helpful. A real treat!

Luxurious hotel, lovely cafe that you can visit inside with designer boutiques along the arcade.

Great hotel a must visit at sometime even if just for lunch or a coffee

Excellent place to visit. Staff really pleasant and helpful. We did not stay but explored the hotel and had tea and cake in the cafe.
The falconery school and gun dog training school are a must to visit.
The staff are happy to give you advice free!!

Omg quite simply ffffabbbbulous we were kindly treated for Christmas to sumptuous afternoon tea and I have to say that the experience from the initial phone call making our reservation to the sumptuous drive up to the helpful friendly caring staff it was a once in a lifetime experience it was quite simply sublime and ffffabbbbulous

Dinner in Birnam Bistro. Setting was pleasant. Service was unremarkable and pretty slow. Food, when it came, was less than hot. Offered and accepted compensation. Wouldn't rush back.

Amazing. That's the best word to describe the enjoyment and warm felt stay I experienced here. Food was fantastic, staff was professional, polite and great to talk to. The Gentleman that served me my espresso martini was brilliant. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic stay at The Gleneagles Hotel, beautiful venue, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The spa is outstanding as are the staff that work there. My only complaint is when I phoned up to ask about the roads (during the heavy snow fall) the woman was rude and disinterested. Might be worth training your staff to a higher level in customer service when answering phone calls.

My son recently had a Junior Off Road Lesson at Gleneagles. From the first contact in booking the session to attending and completing the activity - all of the staff I dealt with and encountered were courteous and attentive and Lisa, his driving instructor was very patient and friendly which helped with his enjoyment of the activity.

The mini Land Rovers are fantastic and the course they've created is interesting and challenging with a good blend of different obstacles.

After my son completed the lesson we also had lunch in the cafe - the food was excellent and was the perfect ending to an action packed day.

Would highly recommend and already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding scenery and service. Lots of activities for all ages. Staff friendly especially Mr Balloon Man.


Most environmentally unfriendly hotel I have stayed in. Huge food waste, no recycling, no towel re-use, huge amount of plastic packing....

It's a fantastic place to visit just to see how the other half live. Had a drink in the bar and a walk about. It is stunning

Although Gleneagles is very nice, it is ridiculously expensive and doesn't really represent value for money

Fantastic!!!!! Went there for an overnight stay for a Company Awards ceremony and absolutely loved every minute of it. Staff are so polite and helpful, rooms are to die for and the facilities are endless. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very elegant hotel and golf course.
Spend my university Resort management student work placement here just after the hosted G8 conference .
I still have good memories of the place restaurant, golf course ,the club house,staff bar,the aquarium centre, shops and all friends I meet here.
It's my mission to go visit one day with family.

Beautiful historical for the connoisseur! Excellent food, service and accommodation, no to mention the golf courses, views and location.

i go here every year as i have a house in glenmore. When i go it s like heaven to me!!! The golf courses are amazing and so are the staff and food!nkthing bad to say. For the kids they do sports and there is also a games room with xbox s and ps4 with the latest new games. Highly recommend it!
