It took them imports team TWO WEEKS (14 DAYS) to forward an email to the Customs so I can have my shipment cleared by any duties. And that s after same imports team wrongly charged me for VAT&customs duties for an item that was only being returned to me. I don t think I ve ever seen anywhere else this level of laziness and indifference towards the customers

The worst company ever...your drivers are just a shame to society, they always just go for the easy way for them...say you are not home and continue they're day....I've waited all day for my package and then I just got a message that they tried to contact me but there was no response....nobody tried to contact me...he just lied!!! shame on you

I have only ever had bad experiences with this com...

I have only ever had bad experiences with this company when using them for sellers outside the EU. I always ask sellers to avoid if possible. They overestimate shipping costs and charge a 15 euro fee on top of import vat. if this amount is questioned they will ask for proof(fair) but then after confirming thee is an issue request a 50 euro fee for resubmitting the customs declaration form. I honestly dont understand how they are still in business

they suck when things go wrong had to pay for a package they claimed was 1lb when it was just over an ounce then gave me the runaround blamed every one else but was informed by customs their fault entirely as they submit estimates electronically and customs go by what is submitted

Warm welcome and nice service attendance. But I was told that the item will be at destination in 48hours. But later learned by tracking that will after 7 days. It was a birthday gift that will reach destination 3 days late.

I ordered a parcel from Amazon and paid and extra 40 to have it here in time for Santa. Was to be delivered Monday the 17th...never arrived. No one called me. I had already given the eircode. I contacted them to give the address details again. Each call I was assured my delivery would arrive the following day. I could see online that the item was sent back to the depot each evening and placed on hold. I had to ring twice a day to give the address, again no one contacted me. On Thursday the girl on the phone told me I would have my purchase 100% on the Friday but yet again, item placed on hold. I rang on the Friday and told it would be sent on the Saturday. When I told the staff member it wasn't good enough that it had to be looked into they then referred it to a supervisor. The supervisor was so nice very apologetic and told me he would look after it and make sure I received it on the Saturday. I gave my brother's address which would be easier as it's a housing estate. Then this morning, the item was not put out for delivery and I was told it would be Monday. There was no record of me speaking with anyone or the issue being escalated.I was so upset and asked to speak with the supervisor, when I eventually spoke to him (same person) he had no recollection of speaking with me. He did get it sorted, it arrived today. But the whole entire week was taken up with chasing a package that cost alot of money to arrive. With no call backs or customer service. Needless to say, I will avoid the company and couldn't recommend it.

I had to have my passport delivered to me here in ...

I had to have my passport delivered to me here in Spain as my passport card was expiring. I rang DHL in Dublin, got through with no holding, spoke to a REAL person who explained the process to me. I then booked via DHL online, my passport was picked up and tracked through the whole process, and delivered safely 24 hours later to a drop-off point in Spain. I have to say DHL were a delight to deal with. Real people, efficient, quality service. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service even in such difficult times, fair play to you guys! Received all my deliveries on time in perfect condition and always the day before and on the day of the delivery I received alert texts about when I can expect it.

Worst delivery service ever same problem as everyone else no phone call, no estimated time and missed my package and also there is no depot in Waterford so I have to wait another day for a package that I needed that day.

When I visited the DHL at St. Margaret's Road I was not greeted by a staff member upon arrival nor I was asked about the purpose of my visit, although, I had been in the waiting area for a good while. It was not busy, one more person was being served apart of me. I approached the person who was being engaged in processing another assignment and asked if somone else could be sent downstairs to attend me as all I needed was just to collect my parcel which I had never been able to arrange for to have it delivered in the appropriate time. I am usually absent during the office hours as many other employees. When I re-arranged for the parcel to be delivered to the pick up point in one of the Spars, which would have been very handy, it turned out that the boxes there were overcrowded so that the driver had nothing but to hold the parcel in the van for many days. There is no information on the webpage that the pick up points have only small number of storage boxes available, I could not understand thus why my parcel was daily out for delivery when I tracked it online, but it never had reached the pick up point and the next day was repeating the same. I would rate the level of Delivery services as very low in general, there are always the same problems occur which could be avoided if the whole system would offer more options to the customer. What I had paid for when placing my order online, if I had to finally go to the warehouse to collect the parcel myself one week later than I was supposed to receive it.

A terrible experience! The website wrongly states that the office is opened until 9pm! We discovered that after arriving , security stated that office closes at 8pm but would not let us in at 8.01 even though I told him we had driven a long way and i have work tomorrow! I rang the office and the recorded message states totally different times again. Would never choose to use your service!!

Today, I had a terrible experience, as I booked it online yesterday and called the company and said that I wasn't able to print the documents to include on the envelope, as every place is closed because of the lockdown. The attended said I shouldn't worry, as the driver would have the paper with him. I arranged the time for collecting between 10 am-12:15 am today (10/02). On the day of the pick up (today), I called the company and asked for the reasons that the driver was late and they told me that the driver would collect it between 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, so my friend was waiting all day to give the envelope to the driver. When the driver arrived, he didn't want to collect the envelope because I haven't printed the paper. I had to rearrange the pickup for tomorrow (11/02). I hope everything will be better than has been.

They overestimate shipping costs, charge a 15 euro fee on top of import vat and will not adjust this amount unless additional fees are paid. after confirming thee is an overestimation of shipping costs(amounting to a doubling of the actual vat i should have paid), they said they could resubmit the customs form but would only do so after a 50 euro fee for doing this.

Second time to use this service in 10-years.

Second time to use this service in 10-years.
Each time I'm I ended up having to go there directly to pick up the parcel.
Serious cases as the last time
Excuses too
They said they couldn't find the address but this time my address is even different

Worst delivery experience ever.
Went there to collect my item but there's nobody in the building. Considering the price it's disgraceful. I've been wasting the entire evening and money for taxi for nothing. God knows if I'll manage to receive my item! They don't even work on weekends and rearranging the delivery is so hard, they deliver until 6pm, no more information, they expect that you'll stay home 12h waiting at the door for them, otherwise the item gets lost. Unbelievable.
I will avoid DHL

This will probably be the cruelest opinion I have ever given: TRAGEDIA! whoever has been waiting for delivery by this company will know what he is writing about. Losing a parcel, handing over to someone else from a different address and forging the recipient's signature, not delivering and writing a status that no one was at home, etc ... etc ... is a normal everyday life for employees of this company.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
The delivery guy came 3 times. The first time I missed him as I was changing my daughter. The second time he banged down the door and used aggressive manner when he spoke to me. He was demanding money off me. I was even afraid to say my name I just said Wendy isn't here she will be here Friday can you call back then he said he would. Then he called back today even though it's not Friday and my mother answered the door to him and said not to be banging down the door that she has a safety order against her ex and then deny he done that saying he hasn't done that and that theirs other couriers than him. Then I came to the door to say it was him then he said I was the one that answered the door the last time to him he then said I was lying so then my sister said came out and said she heard him the last time too because she was sitting upstairs the time he called.
Anyways I had the money at the door and goes do you want this and then just walked off swearing and got into his van. I said to the company I'm not happy about this and the way I've been treated. I would like a different courier please or I will collect it myself. They said there's no other couriers that go the way I live. When the company wrote back they said he felt his safety was at risk. He said Out there for a good 20 minutes after so if you felt your safety was at risk you would have left straight away. They won't tell me his name to go further about this for security reasons but I just can't understand how people in them companies can lie like that to save their own skin & get let away by treating us like that.

Long story short now I have to go out to the company collect it myself & also pay 46.17 it's rediclious!
