Today, I had a terrible experience, as I booked it online yesterday and called the company and said that I wasn't able to print the documents to include on the envelope, as every place is closed because of the lockdown. The attended said I shouldn't worry, as the driver would have the paper with him. I arranged the time for collecting between 10 am-12:15 am today (10/02). On the day of the pick up (today), I called the company and asked for the reasons that the driver was late and they told me that the driver would collect it between 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, so my friend was waiting all day to give the envelope to the driver. When the driver arrived, he didn't want to collect the envelope because I haven't printed the paper. I had to rearrange the pickup for tomorrow (11/02). I hope everything will be better than has been.
