Courier was meant to collect package on a Friday. They claimed to have been at apartment however they never called or buzzed and I was unaware they arrived. I called customer service on the Monday to see what happened and they were very rude on the phone and blamed me when I explained what happened. They should be taking the customers side and not assuming it was my fault, they automatically assume I was at fault, not impressed with attitude on phone.

Service in service point is verugood, but DHL deliverys don't reach you if you work normally. They need to come out with real solution as currently it is a joke to try to deliver when people are working.

We received a parcel from India. Every time we receive the parcel from DHL we paid customs although the items were not in their packed or original cartons. We changed the service provider and customs never charged for us.

Paid 105 euro for a 0.7kg package from Milan to Ireland. 5 days later still has not arrived. Can t rely on these guys. DHL are wasting lots of my time. Not using this service again

Most helpful and friendly staff makes DHL Dublin an excellent and easy choice.

Good experience but not very clear on how to get in here. Ring the intercom at the main business park and tell them you want to ship a package.

So we alll need to send something oversras some time. Right. Well i choose DHL to send something to South Africa. Service desk was professional. The person assisted me thru the process. Loaded details on the system . took my money and printed me a waybill. All good all sorted. Thanks Dhl. They even guarentee if the parcel gets lost 400 euro compensation. Grand... Go team DHL

open office for shippment collection, instead of waiting for driver

I paid for express delivery for an important package that I needed yesterday, instead I was told yesterday that my parcel was placed in the wrong shoot by a staff member and I could collect it at the Finglas depot otherwise it would be here on Monday. I was told it would be placed at reception ready for collection. I drove across the city to collect it and when I got there I was told that they could not find it. I had to argue with the manager for half an hour before leaving empty handed. I understand people make mistakes but there was no effort by the management to correct their mistake. Wasted my time and money. Very poor customer service.

Their system sucks.Parcel to be delivered by the end of the day. That is from 9.00 am until.. End of the day. Can t go anywhere when I have to receive a parcel. Dpd, ups and even parcel motel work so much better. Also it happened paid customs trough their online system with the card and I did not receive any invoice. Courier came to door checked if I paid but no receipt. None on email, none from the courier. They do not use the mobile phone written on the parcel. They Don t call. I don't know why I am always asked to give my pH number if nobody rings.

Waiting to pick up a packet absolutely snails pace service. Paid express delivery and driver wouldn't leave in porch. Had to come up here to collect.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING, I RANG THEM TWICE IN THE SPACE OF 10 MINUTES GOT TWO DIFFERENT PRICES THEY COULDN'T FIND MY PREVIOUS QUOTE DESPITE GIVING ME A REF NUMBER THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE OF 54 EURO IN THE PRICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

Rang buzzer to get in 3 times and no answer. Employee driving behind me eventually let me in. Then had to wait 30 minutes for parcels. Staff in reception lacking any urgency.

Excellent customer service. . Very quick at getting my parcel

Useless and pathetic. The front desk and the customer care, misled me twice. Made me travel twice to their warehouse despite charging me the express service fee.
Absolutely appalling. Never using it again. Wouldn't suggest either.

Brilliant courier service!

Was looking to ship a labtop from Dublin to States and online gave me absolutelly no information about how to do it apart from DHL website as I was worried heard how much hassle it is to ship something with battery in it as America is super paranoid about that sort of stuff. I contacted dozens of courier companies that popped on google search and these guys were the only ones who were prompt and willing to help out.

Really lovely to deal with, willing to answer your questions so top notch customer support even helped with checking my paperwork as I was worried of delays if I didnt fill out something right way and had few stupid questions they didnt mind answering for me to put me at ease.

You do need to show the package content to the courier when he comes over to pick up the parcel. It's a bit of a hassle sure, but honestly I can understand why they had to do it and I shiped Parcel on a Friday afternoon it was in states on Monday before 12.

Tracking service very good keeps you updated on every move of the parcel and for such fast service price was very reasonable as I expected it to be MUCH MORE.

Highly recommended and if I ever need courier services again I will definitelly come back to you guys and will recommend you to my friends.

It's the worst company of Delivery.
Poor customer service, poor organization, they don't how they have to work.
It's better for all the customers that they close the Company or they change work.

Apsolutly day and night to compare to other company. Fast shipping times, tracking spot on, friendly, honest personal. From my experience this is company I would choice

I just had a nice conversation with an agent who explained to me that I have to pay custom duty of 37.12 on a delivery worth 39. This was due to absence of shipment cost (5 GBP) not entered by a sender. In this scenario DHL entered a shipment cost of 65 which, as I was told, their are entitle to use. Sum of shipment cost and value of the item have been then used to calculate the the custom fees. Fair Play guys...

Worst courier service I have ever used. The tracking is never accurate. Even today I had a package tracked saying it'll be delivered by 4pm and it's 11pm now, no package and no update. The two tracking options they sent me doesn't match. One says it's in transit, the other says it's being delivered. I had people waiting at home to sign for it all day. Never shopping with any compliant that used DHL express as my packages are worth too much to take that risk.

Bit far from city. If someone coming by bus, its bit complicated

I had a personal and used package and documents from Phils. The tax was 12 and because they paid first in customs they charge me additional 14 didnt even notify me to pay it first they will pay it. They even calc the VAT of documents and the nintendo charger. Please don t use this compny for personal package this compny is total rip off.

Generally a great service, mostly use this to send work stuff, but there's v efficient staff.

Missed a call for delivery. Called back 2 minutes later but no answer. After making several cals I had to colect from St Margaret's. Very poor comunication. You can't schedule delivery for specific hour either. You receive no text saying exactly when the delivery will be made. I would rather deal with other courier companies. I'm being generous giving 3 stars.

Worst service in the galaxy. A couple of dead cows would do a better job. Absolute disgrace.

Great staff at desk but up to 2 hours to collect a consignment . Joke manager of the warehouse

Their scanning system leaves a lot to be desired.
I arranged to pick up my item from this depot, they could not tell me using their system if it was on the truck or in the warehouse.
They found it in the warehouse after 45 minutes.
The girl and the warehouse staff were very helpful though.

I going to claim against DHL.I have got pathetic experience from DHL.I can t believe that type of cheating services DHL has?

It only took a moment to go in show information they need and boom you get your parcel mo waiting for it to be delivered

Would not recommend these guys parcel was suppesed to be delivered on Friday sent me a text message stating my address is incorrect which was a lie updated my address again provided with my eircode later was to be delivered on Tuesday More

Good service easy to find. You have to go through 2 barriers, second one the button is a little stuck so push very hard on it to get security
