I came to visit to conduct a meeting and only visited the lobby. Visually, the area was very clean and had multiple areas to sit, talk, and relax. There are a couple restaurants and coffee area serving Starbucks coffee. Overall what you'd expect from a Marriott hotel
The hotel is in an odd location - but it's safe and clean - near apartments and distribution centers. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated. They are clean. The fitness center leaves a little to be desired. The bar and M lounge are nice.
Very nice accommodations. Lots of amenities. I wouldn't expect less from a Marriott. Staff was courteous amd pleasant except for the night shuttle driver who was a bit of a jerk. Restaurant food is great.
Front desk girl stated that I was going to a newly renovated room, though I made no request or even mentioned the room. Room, especially the bathroom was not.
Missing light next to the bed and alarm clock not even plugged in.
Bathroomm floor was sticky from spill. Restaurant was good.
The room was very comfortable and room service was great!!!
Rooms were fresh and clean, thought it just opened. The breakfast isn't the best tasting but the bar and workers were nice.

There is a machine that pumps public bathroom chemical fragrance in the lobby making the lobby unbearable, headache from the stagnant, chemical laden air was almost immediate. Wonder if they have a septic leak in the lobby that they need to cover up. Same stagnant chemical air problem in room if you get one they just sprayed. No way to open window and get the chemical out of room. Plus the music style they attack public spaces with is grating on the nerves. Would be great hotel if the didn t attack the senses with chemicals and noise.
The hotel was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
Went for a wedding. Everything was really nice. It wasn't open bar but they had a cash bar. I didn't have cash so I used the bar near the lobby. Bartender wasn't very friendly.
My work Christmas Party was held here, very nice....the guy at the bar there made me the best Washington Apple ive ever tasted

Had a blast. April and Marina had the best hospitality.
Although we had a reservation but almost didnt get rooms because they were overbooked, the staff and amenities were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfy.
Pillows were extremely odorous...housekeeping department should pay more attention to this type of details.

I was in DFW for a conference at the company selected this hotel. I thought my room was clean. However after a restless night. I didn't know why I was unable to sleep. I thought my pillows were just old and it felt like something was sticking me in my neck. I kept adjusting to my pillows to no avail. Finally I fell asleep but was quickly awakened feeling something on my skin! Not knowing exactly what I was seeing! I was so alarmed it was a BEDBUG! I immediately jumped up and there were more very small black looking bugs crawling! I called down to the front desk and someone came up and she grabbed a plastic bag saying she had to capture the bugs for her manager! I was furious and felt disappointed and and disgusted!

Beautiful hotel and the staff made it over-the-top. Our "remodeled king" king was lovely and I didn't see any lapses in housekeeping. At breakfast, the gentleman responsible for replenishing the buffet and restocking supplies, carefully saw to every detail -- we observed the same with other staff in other areas -- professionals taking pride in their work and providing a terrific hospitality in the process. We will try to make this our go-to for DFW.

Life Saver! Was stuck at DFW til almost 0330. Called over 10 hotels nearby...no rooms. Called DFW Marriott South and "Betty" at the front desk was able to confirm a room with a good rate. She seemed to sense my stress and exhaustion. Betty deserves a raise!
Great hotel near DFW airport. Recently remodeled, clean rooms, friendly staff. Annette at the bar is fantastic! She's friendly and quick even when the bar and restaurant is busy.
This hotel is quite beautiful. Because it is relatively new, they have some new and improved bed rooms with added features. The gift shop is stocked with items one may need after rushing to a hotel or heading to the Airport.
Fancy hotel. Loved the water fountain the middle of the common area.

The place is just great. The staff is really helpful and always smilling, making your stay a pleasant one. Rooms are recently renovated and the looks and feel is good too.

First stay at this location. The hotel is nice and clean and beautiful. However the breakfast buffet was horrible. Food was cold and plates were dirty. I feel sorry for the employees because they were running back and forth. Wait time to be seated and then not enough food ready. Only ate one plate for $21 dollars a person. Will probably not return for breakfast l.
This place is super nice . The help was awesome . Indoor pool was sweet. Room was awesome too . They make you feel like you get your money's worth here. The breakfast buffet not to bad either.. help in there was spot on..
This is an exquisite hotel with a great restaurant that serves up large portion sizes. Friendly staff, immaculate rooms and Concierge service. Overall terrific place to stay!!
I stay there three times a year for four days at a time. There is really no better staff dining experience or banquet facilities. Kevin the banquet manager is tops in his field. Many of his team members have 10 years + with him. A true leader a good guy and lives and breathes customer service .
First trip as a Marriott rewards guest and love the 24/7 private lounge to relax after a long day of training. Delicious Hors d'oeuvres with big screens for news and sports. Quite, comfortable with attentive staff. Clearly understands the needs of business traveler. Recently remodeled lobby and it s hard to beat Marriott guest service. Top notch!
This hotel has been completely renovated. The new"M lounge" is fantastic! Marriott has finally got it right for business travelers. The lounge is open 24/7. They have a nice breakfast every morning and the attendant will get you anything you want from the restaurant buffet as well. They also have a self serve wine dispenser that allows you to get a very high glad of wine anytime you like. Very good option in the DFW area.

Recently renovated, spacious hotel just south of DFW. The airport shuttle is a lifesaver, but remember to call and request it when you land. Rooms are comfortable, and feature a schoolhouse style desk, which is great for eating or working. On-site restaurant is decent, and does the Marriott standards well. Mini Starbucks in the lobby, along with an M Club lounge
Clean, comfy, very safe. Ironed all the clothing I needed - thanks to the staff who brought up the iron for me when it wasn't in the room. Only had a 1-night stay here when I had a speaking gig at AT&T....I wish I could've stayed longer! Thank you Marriott Hotels!
Location is accessible and quiet. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is delicious. The lobby is beautiful as well.
Clean & updated room, remodeled restaurant, attentive staff.
Only four stars, but only because they are under renovation right now. The staff is great, even with the difficulties they have maneuvering around the renovations. Once everything is back up I highly recommend this Marriott.
This hotel was fantastic for all the rooms for our son's wedding. Reasonably priced, great transportation service, friendly and customer service oriented staff. Extremely pleasant experience from everyone whether at the front desk, room service, transportation, the restaurant or the sales and catering department that put this room block together for us. Highly recommended!

Really nice ballroom, really nice rooms. The bathroom has a weird door, but that would be my only complaint.
In fortunately they renovating here . Like many other renovated Marriott they are not geared to the business travelers. No receptacles, some desk. I now ask if they have rooms not renovated yet.
Recently remodeled hotel. The staff is most attentive as well. One of my best Marriott experiences.
They changed the bar area where it used to be more relaxed and intimate it's very loud with the way it's constructed like the sound bounces off the walls. However the new lobby is beautiful

The hotel staff was very helpful. The helped us find some very good restaurants to try while we were there. The shuttle service was also a pleasant experience when we used it.
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The view I had was facing the airport. I could see the planes taking off and landing. And the good news was that I could not hear them at all...
I'll definitely use this place again when I travel back to

I LOVED the hotel I was in. Breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. Tisha in particular went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, including after we had checked out. Kudos to each staff member I interacted with.
Check in at the Marriott dfw airport really nice a good place to stay
I requested a room on the first floor that was "handicap friendly." Room 106 is probably the furtherest point from the lobby and did not have the ADA accoutrements. Additionally, the A/C did not work and the room was impossibly hot. I have attained Ambassador Titanium Elite status and this by far the worst stay I have experienced.
The Hotel staff were very helpful. The beds were nice and clean but didn't have mini fridge and microwave setup. The office brought a fridge up on request but everything like that was considered extra charge.
