Bed was comfy and shower was lovely.
Staff was SUPER nice and helpful. On the way in with our bags an employee saw us and stopped to greet us, then went out of his way to push the elevator button for us!
Shuttles start at 5 I believe

The proximity to the airport makes this an ideal spot for conventional events... The facilities and the customer service is great & the staff is always helpful.

Nice clean rooms, but heater in pool was not working

I was told that our rooms were recently renovated. Beautiful and comfortable. On a school trip from out of town this time. Bringing the family next time. Thank you!

Overall the site was nice but the AC didn't dehumidify very well. It's a decent property but it really doesn't stand out compared to the Hyatt down the street I've stayed at previously.

At around 7:00am an insanely loud noise was going through my restroom and lasted a couple of minutes. It sounded like it was from the water pipes. I don't know what was going on but I was pretty frustrated to be awake much earlier than I was preparing to.

I have stayed here 3 times, the first time was my wedding night, as we had a flight out the next morning, wonderful. The next time was when another marriott was not acceptable in cleanliness, they took us with no problems, and were clean as always. The most memorable was the last on our 11th anniversary we stayed the night, it was also a babymoon, as my due date was the next day. This was the best visit, becuse I gave birth to my son in the bath tub! Total surprise. The staff was great sent up beautiful roses and a baby balloon. Always wonderful and great memories.

I didn't look around that much. Only visited a conference room.

I had a great welcoming from the staff very comfortable rooms and bed excellent location but I got my hair straightener stollen, I actually notice my bag was in a different position and I didn't pay attention the bag wasn't in a place that had the necessity to be moved or on the way! It wasn't an incident at the airport since it's an item that has to be on the carry on otherwise will be broken I called several times to try to find it but no luck be careful people with the stuff you leave and there's no safe at the room so keep you valuable stuff safe!

Stayed there when I attended a seminar, very helpful and friendly staff!

Always have a great experience with marriott company

The rooms don't come with microwave refrigerator or free WiFi, all things i would expect from a hotel chain like Marriott.

Stayed for extended period of time at Marriott.Can't say any bad thing about the hotel.We came with a baby and I was concerned in very beginning how that would work for us, but the professionalism of stuff and their care of you as a guest was invaluable!Outstanding service,room was cleaned up every day,but what really made a huge difference for me personally was in-room service personnel.Marie* was such an amazing and caring,well organized lady!!!Can't say enough about her!Thank you so much for your excellent service!
Overall,great experience with Marriott,will stay with you once back to Dallas for sure and would recommend to anyone.

Great Hotel. Worthy of Forbes 4 star without a doubt if they are not already. Used to work for a 4 star hotel and service and facilities are up to the standard we had to abide by. It's my pleasure to write this review.

Newly renovated hotel and rooms. Nice modern decor and clean! Rooms are spacious with great beds and shower. Close to the airport with complimentary shuttle which is very convenient. Very nice staff!

This is a great hotel. They have a fantastic breakfast.

Nice place to stay. If your flight departs early and you need a shuttle, do not stay here. Arrange other transportation because the hotel airport shuttle doesn't start running until 5 am from the hotel to the airport. And if your flight is late and arrives after 1 am arrange other transportation to the hotel because the last shuttle departs from the airport to the hotel at 1 am. Other than that nice place to stay.

Very convenient location next to DFW. Comfortable, clean, everything you need. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is amazing, it was very modern, had a workout facility, swimming pool, served food and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend

Stayed at the Marriott South over the weekend due to a bussiness trip. Hotel was close to the airport which made it convenient. Lobby was beautiful. Staff was great! On my last evening there, I spend dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although she introduced herself as a Trainee Server. Pon first impression was perfect, she was one of the sweetest person I ve meet during my stay. She made me feel comfortable and attended to my request. Pon did an excellent job!!

The hotel was good but the service and staff were amazing! Best service I have EVER had at a hotel!!! Hotel needs a hot tub by the pool. But other than that no complaints. Again I am amazed by the great staff! From the front desk to the housekeeping... Super friendly and helpful.

Recently updated. It has a nice clean new feel. Employees are kind and helpful.

Stayed the night before a chess tournament, nice rooms, pretty comfortable and the lounge is quite nice.

Location was close to the airport. Rooms are good size and we'll appointed. Lobby restaurant/bar had good food and drink selection.

King bed room was fantastic. Very stylish and clean. Hotel was a nice stay after a long drive. Wish we could've stayed longer. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Good airport hotel, close to American Airlines training center, good fast wifi, a decent sized fitness room and pool.

When My daughter and I arrived, a woman greeted us. I asked for a cart for our luggage. She said, they are all being used but I will get a porter to help you. We waited and waited and no one came. So I held my one year old granddaughter, while my daughter made two trips to get luggage and bags and no one offered to help and there were three people behind the desk talking among themselves and not busy.
When we got to our room, it was very warm and stuffy. A/C was set on 68 but very little air was coming out of vents. The refrigerator was warm. We had to go out and as we passed the front desk I asked them to send maintenance to look at AC and refrigerator.. when we got back at 10 pm. The AC and refrigerator were still not working well.
During the night the room cooled some but not enough and it was set on 60, so I know maintenance came. The refrigerator never got cold and we had to throw out the baby's milk because we were afraid to use it.
The elevator closes so fast that we could not get the baby's stroller through the doors before it would start closing on us.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The ding room staff were great. The people at the front desk were nice and friendly.
I am giving it three stars, because there were more things good than bad, about our stay.
The problems we had, they can correct, and the hotel is beautiful and nicely priced.

Typical near airport hotel lackluster and over priced

Rating may change at the end of my stay but it has gotten of to a crummy start. Traveling with a 2 yr old and 7 month old I requested an early check in, only to arrive an hour early and my room is not ready with no estimate time it will be ready I am stuck with a bored toddler and baby

Service in the bar was slow. It was also not rude but not very friendly either.

Service was great, food was amazing and the drinks were generous. Would recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and the hotel restaurant's food is delicious!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They even allowed me to park my car there for a week while I flew to another state from DFW on a family trip!

Staff was nice. Other than that not much to rave about. The bathroom door is frosted glass slide door. Middle of the night you go in and turn light on it shines throughout the room and wakes everyone up. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

It was my first time staying at this Hotel and I was very impressed! It was clean the staff were friendly. The shuttle driver Mr. Roy was amazing! He went out of his way to accommodate us! I will definitely be returning! Thank you Mr. Roy you are phenomenal sir!!

Was there for a Breast Cancer Awareness Tea and fundraiser. Plenty of very clean restrooms, the staff serving us were great. The bar/restaurant had great service and the prices were surprisingly affordable. I would definitely recommend the mariott for any engagement.

Staff courteous. Oddly there was a power outage (10 minutes) during our stay and and elevator outage.but it was resolved quickly. Also, rent a car. Don't bother with taxis. Everything is too far.

The people treat you very good and are very very nice.

It s a great hotel but the soap that they provide smells like black pepper.

Very nice renovations. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice and had a modern touch to them. Only problem I had was that when we went to lay on the beds my husband noticed that there were blood stains on the sheets by his pillow when he reached over to turn on the lamp. Housekeeping came up with new sheets.

Rooms were recently remodeled and are super nice. Service is friendly and fast. Great choice

Stayed with my daughter and 2 grandkids. We chose this hotel because of indoor pool. No where did it say pool was closed but it was. Our ac did not cool room very well.

Great bar and great food. Easy access to major employers and highway.

Great location to DFW. The night staff Betty and Jeremy were so nice and accommodating. Shout to the shuttle driver from New York you are th best.

Front desk guy in the 24th night wasn't feiensly. The bad seems too old. It sinks you down. Van drivers are great.

Large rooms, streaming tv, shower wand. Slow check in after reserving with app (resulted in double billing, promptly refunded). Breakfast is overpriced.

It was nice until they kicked us out of the common area for some stupid reception.

This hotel is very close to DFW and the staff is super friendly and nice! Loved the renovated room, which was spacious and comfortable. Their elevators are super slow though and their concierge lounge food is alright. Would still stay here again!

Nice clean hotel. The indoor pool was really cold. That is my only complaint. We booked here so my daughter could swim in the heated pool but it was just too cold. Nice fitness center, good location with everything you need right around you.
