Horrible Marriott Experience. Charged twice for room and incidentals. Front Desk Mgr rude to us and staff. Power outage, 1 functioning elevator. Room- no bedding for pullout sofa, air conditioning didn't work properly. The room was so humid the bedding, towels, pillows and clothes were damp. Asst Front Desk Mgr was great but could only offer 10,000 pts, which isn't even a nights stay at this property. We will NOT return to this property EVER.

Don't park here if you have a Chevy truck, particularly newer model Silverados.

Frequently there are trucks stolen from the parking lot and they don't have security cameras!!

Two Chevy Silverados were stolen in one morning on 3/30/19. One owner recieved email notifications that the trucks systems were offline. A good indicator it went to a chop shop.

Be sure you check your statement it you used a credit card as payment. I was billed double but they explained it as someone with a similar name was billed to my credit card. My same card number!? ?? Not buying their explanation.

We had a great stay. The hotel had a complete renovation. The pool is very clean. The lobby is beautiful. Our room was very comfortable especially the beds. Best of all was the staff, who went above and beyond. They ran the shuttle earlier so we could make our flight!

Will not stay at this Marriott again. Scheduled a ride with the shuttle at 7am. Got outside at 6:57am. Waited till 7:05am and then asked where the shuttle is at. To which I was told to hold on. Then was told they left promptly at 7am which was now 7:15am as I was being told this. Taking a $45 Uber Black because all the other services were 20 plus mins away and I would have been late to checking my bag in for my flight. Manager just seemed irritated to address the situation with me. I got a very short and curt answer of schedule an Uber to the airport if your going to be late. I know it wasn't his fault about the shuttle but the attitude he had about it was his fault and not necessary. Stay at the Hyatt is my advice.

I loved this hotel. I stayed here on a last minute trip for my brother's wedding. The staff were very accommodating due to last minute changes in check in details. The hotel is luxurious and spacious with full amenities. I had a disabled room due to my joint issues. It went beyond my expectations for a disabled room and was actually on the first floor. I will definitely stay at this hotel, again.

Nice rooms overall. Though the new sliding frosted glass doors for the bathrooms are impractical. They look nice, but don't keep any sounds or smells out. Not ideal when sharing a room with other guys at a convention. Staff was a mixed bag between very helpful and courteous and rude and dismissive.

This hotel appears markets toward business travelers but I actually like to stay in business hotels. There are tons of meeting spaces and this hotel is close to the airport. Room was nice, and we got lounge access due to some error inside the Bonvoy app. Lounge was meager at best, but its quiet and the breakfast was decent. The staff are what give this place such good reviews though. Front desk staff are sharp, helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Newly renovated. Great front desk staff. Rooms were a good size and well kept. Lounge has great variety although not much in the evenings (don't expect it to substitute for dinner in a pinch)

Had to stay here on a layover and it was a little farther than we thought but still close to the airport. Plus they run a convenient shuttle to the airport. Rooms were updated that we stayed in but there was a sign saying the rest of the rooms and lobby were in progress of update. Overall a good Marriott.

Exceptional quality place, with outstanding customer service. Jonathan in the concierge desk is a super star. From check in, to my daily routine, he's always there to help. Same with the front desk. They show professionalism, and want to promote quality services. Great job Marriott.

Don't bother calling they will swiftly place you on hold with out even asking or transfer you to a voicemail box. Calls are never returned and team members answering the phones are 9/10 rude. Horrendous customer service.

I was there to sign up for TSA Precheck at the temporary enrollment center. The hotel was easy to find using Google Maps, there was plenty of parking available close to the hotel entrance, and there was very visible signage guiding me from the lobby to the conference room where TSA was setup. Plus I only had to wait 5 minutes before being processed by the screening company. All around a good experience.

Didn t have the room I paid for in advance and their solution was for me to sleep on a coach for 3 days. PLUS, since I had prepaid they refused to give me a refund!

I ended up having to find another hotel after midnight to accommodate me and my disabled mom.

This hotel and staff is wonderful. Due to an unfortunate family emergency we flew in suddenly and we're immediately taken care of. The entire staff was amazing and even had flowers sent to us due to the circumstances of why we were in town. The managers, staff, and hotel itself were amazing and incredibly appreciated!
