He takes your money via Zelle and you'll never hear from him again. When you call him out he will give you only an arrogant unprofessional excuse when he's taking your money. Don't get duped like I did by this fraudster. He's a rip-off who teamed up with this other called credit stacking. BEWARE

Problem tenants are given a slap on the wrist, even after multiple complaints from a variety of people. Devon properties care only about money. You pay stupid amounts of rent for basic accommodation. I will never, EVER, live in a Devon apartment again.

I would really like to see a section on the Devon ...

I would really like to see a section on the Devon Property Management site that recognizes the onsite building managers. The onsite managers are every bit as important as property management companies. I've been a tenant at the Emerald Green Apartments for several years, I've seen different managers come and go. I was so pleased when Paul became the manager of this building. He made it a point to go around and introduce himself to everyone here, which was really nice. Paul is an excellent manager, he puts his heart and soul into this building and he strives to make sure that all of us are comfortable and happy. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has taken this building and made it a community within itself. He's such a hardworking person and I really do value and appreciate him for taking such good care of the building and tenants. He ensures that we all have a safe and functional living environment. He's an extremely attentive manager and always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He truly is an asset to Devon Property Management and to all of us that live here. A big thank you to Paul for making this place feel like home. Thank you Devon Properties for putting such a good manager in my building and thank you for being such a good property management company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Had money stolen from me and had mould in two separate Devon residences I stayed in. The management is some of the worst and they all have an arrogant attitude. You will regret renting any of their residences, be warned. (Devon will ignore all negative reviews as well, much like they ll ignore you if you need something during your tenancy)

My partner and I rent at V1488 and we have had no help dealing with the gym that opened in the commercial space below us. We are woken up every single morning at 6am to constant banging and this has been going on since Sept. 10th. Devon Properties continues to ignore this major issue and has only come up with unreasonable options for us. The way we feel we are being treated, as tenants, is disturbing with the amount of money we pay to live in a "luxury" building.

I have been living/renting at Lakehill Villa on Quadra for 2 years now and happy i chose this Building to live in. It is located within walking distance to many amenities. Building is kept clean and secure by Joe Russell and he is very easy to get ahold of when issues arise. The Management is quick to resolve any issues i my have and the rent is reasonable.

Devon took over management of our building on Doug...

Devon took over management of our building on Douglas Street last year. It is one of the "infamous" Starlight buildings, with renovations that have been completely mismanaged. I thought that perhaps Devon would make a better effort than the previous firm, and would keep us informed. Instead, it is worse. They respond to any question with "we hope to be able to give you an update soon". I won one RTB dispute last year, and have just submitted another. I can't believe that a firm that supposedly cares about their reputation would take on Starlight as a client, and then do nothing to improve the situation. I won't rent from Devon again, ever.

Had an amazing experience with attentive and friendly service by our landlord, Mark, at Woodridge Manor. The place was so nice and clean when we moved in and Mark was easy to get a hold of, quick to do repairs and very communicative. Would rent from properties under this management again!

My wife and I are both military, and we were posted to CFB Esquimalt, and needed to find a place for the 111th of April. We came across Crossing at Belmont a month before we were supposed to be going to Victoria for our house hunting trip, my wife contacted Devon Properties as this property really caught our eye. Jordan Black was quick to reply, gave a lot of valuable information in regards to The Crossing at Belmont, and when we wanted to apply he made the process so quick and seamless, when the application was submitted he did the reference check, and within about 24 hours we had our acceptance letter!

I would like to thank both Jordan and his excellent customer service, and friendly demeanor, and I would like to thank Devon Properties in making our transition from Ontario to British Columbia!

I ve renting with Devon Properties for more then 5 years and very satisfied with their professionalism and quick response to any issues. Managers live on site and are always here to help with maintenance or other questions. Apartment building is quite old, but rooms are very spacious and bright.

Just terrible, overpriced everything and appliance...

Just terrible, overpriced everything and appliances that look like they were installed before women had the right to vote. I spent a terrible year in the apartments at lochside in saanichton, and got in several disagreements with the property management who has no regard for tenants rights. Now that I've moved out and seen other reviews I feel pity for the on site manager since it's pretty obvious that the company gives them no support or money to work with. If Victoria wasn't in a housing crisis this company would probably be belly up by now. Stay away folks.

I live in a DEVON building going on almost 3 years and it has been nothing less than fabulous. The new manager Jordan is a godsend - friendly, patient, helpful, always follows up - and the people in the building are always so nice. The building is spotlessly maintained and they allow pets which is SO awesome....it's nice to see responsible owners taking care of the building. Bless you all! I love it here!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

I started renting through Devon Properties recently and am very happy with my decision. Despite being a company that manages many buildings and units, I have been treated exceedingly well and always attended to promptly.

My leasing specialist; Jina Chai was incredibly diligent and helpful in finding a suitable unit for me in a great new build. She was able to assist with different options and accommodations.
Any other Devon employees like Property Managers (Audley and Blair) have also been great to deal with. Friendly and professional and they really give the impression that they care about your needs and happiness as a tenant which is not always the case in the rental industry.

I was impressed by the customer service before signing up, and have been even more impressed since moving in.

I would definitely recommend renting with Devon Properties if you get the chance.

We lived in a lovely building owned by a very atte...

We lived in a lovely building owned by a very attentive if sometimes intense landlord, but things were good. We were on this soon to be illegal self-terminating lease but the landlord always kept to the maximum legal rent increase each year, he only used the self terminating lease to get rid of disruptive tenants. Devon took over the building and everything changed. New tenants were not as well screened leading to the building quickly becoming noisy. Everyone's rents went up at least $150, normally illegal, but Devon was happy to abuse the move-out clause loophole. They even had the nerve to send a letter to everyone saying they are "only" raising rents by $150 a month while they legally could do much more, so we should be thankful they're so nice. The next year rents went up by another $100. Rules became less and less enforced, a building that was previously full of quiet long term tenants began to see huge turn-over. When we finally decided to move after yet another $100 a month increase we had to break our lease only 1 month early after years of tenancy. A new tenant was found the day after we gave our notice, only a single showing was needed and no ads put out, and he was paying $100 more than us. We had the unit professionally cleaned and there was no damage. Devon then wanted to charge us $500 for all the "admin work" and "hardship" for having to find a new tenant. Talking with other landlords and managers in Victoria they all told me this amount was way too high, so we disputed it. It was a final insult to us, that after jumping through every one of those hoops, paying increase after increase year after year netting them thousands of extra dollars, they would not budge over this unreasonable $500 fee. Looks like we will be going to arbitration over this, I don't care if we win or lose, someone has to stand up to these abusive crooks. I can't believe how petty and greedy Devon properties is. If they take over your building, start looking for a new place to live and assume they will abuse every loop hole and twist every rule to screw you over at every turn.

What I will add though that the actual front line humans we dealt with at devon were extremely nice, but they don't make policy, they have no power and can't help you no matter how nice they are.

Went to a viewing of a place thought it was wonder...

Went to a viewing of a place thought it was wonderful and called back a few hours later to start the signing process. Property manager had me send my details (name number email) to his personal phone # and personal email and didn't want to meet for me to get him the info.

This happened on a Friday evening with his assurance that on Monday our app would be submitted and no one else had applied because "they all go through me".

After failing to contact him all of Monday I contact they're head office and find our place had an application placed and nothing was submitted for us. This after being assured we had a great chance at landing this place and flying from Edmonton Ab to make sure everything was on the up and up. He didn't even place an application for us, didn't bother to check in after he says he didn't get the text I sent 1 minute after talking to him on the phone with the same #.

After contacting his manager they directed us to apply to other places. No wait one place as they only let you apply to one at a time. Also they can't tell if you if other apps are placed. And the first app if approved wins out.

Being led around the nose given hopes then given the "oops that didn't work, whatever my bad" has ruined the next few months to years of our lives.

The place cares nothing for anyone applying there and the managers and processes are inept. Avoid at all costs!

The level of service provided by Devon Properties ...

The level of service provided by Devon Properties has been great, in particular the interaction with Talina and Tasha. The move in process was seamless. Our building is well maintained and any issues that have come up have been actioned by our property manager in a timely manner. If the time comes to look for another property I wouldn't hesitate to work with Devon again.

My building moved over to Devon from David Burr, and I got a letter saying that Devon would be in contact with me. Nobody ever contacted me, so I left a VM asking how I could pay my rent electronically; because like most people, I have a job, and being open until 4 means I can't get there. Nobody returned my call or email, and they acted indignant when I did get a hold of them. If you can't be bothered to accept electronic payments in 2015, you shouldn't be in business.

Finally, when I did manage to get to their Office (which has a wrong address), they had no change because apparently you can only pay with Cash or Cheque. So, I had to go looking for exact change to pay my rent. Complete and utter incompetence. My grandmother knows how to accept an interact transfer. What kind of business doesn't have online banking? Pure garbage.

New Note: Having set up direct debit, they have now failed to take my rent out 2 months in a row, and when I went to pay at the office, they closed early with no explanation or sign. If you try and get a hold of your property manager through head office, they will not give out their phone number. Very handy when your furnace is on the fritz.... this place is a bucket shop run by inept fools. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Oh, and all the people who gave this place good reviews, are just marketers for Devon Properties. "Thank you very much Frances for your 5 star review!!"

Very professional. Looking forward to moving into our place in June.

I ve had the best experience with Devon managers at "The Haida" building on 1165 Yates Street, Victoria, BC! I wish to thank them for their swift action to correct a recent plumbing leak from our suite in to the neighbouring suite below. There has been a 6+ year history of excellent resident managers on-site for me, and they have been professionals that one can count on to deal with big issues like this promptly and thoroughly. The current manager, Ms. Taylor, was very communicative during the complicated 9-day repair process, and was receptive to hearing out our complaint about the sudden financial toll of finding alternate showering locations for this long. After providing a written statement to document our issue, Devon politely approved a monetary claim for compensation via a rental deduction in the upcoming month s rent. Previous to that we had a fridge die on us which caused food spoilage as well, Devon quickly replaced that and compensated our replacement food costs! Quite appreciate this kind of professionalism. Only outstanding issue now is trying to successfully evict some noisy fight club partiers that live above us that always pay their rent late...thankfully they are the only bad eggs in the building and tenancy laws are too lenient. Devon has been patiently working with us and other neighbouring suites to build a case to remove them. Four stars out of five for their above par service and when they effectively deal with the tenants above I will return to bump this to a five star rating. ;-)

Awful company. My suite was entered illegally without notice to start a repair then not completed. 5 months later the repair still hasn t been completed and when I raised this the manager was incredibly rude and defensive. Getting them to spend any money on repairs is like getting blood out of a stone.

If you are looking to move into the Lord or Lady Harley be aware the cars in the lot are commonly broken into and Devon refuses to put up cameras to protect against this. instead they direct you to the police who can do little without camera evidence.

Easily the best rental experience that I've had in this town. Our building has an on-site manager who is active and responsive. The building is well kept, and while it does show it's age the are constant renovations and improvements going on in the building.

I had a superb experience getting into an apartment with Devon Properties, specifically Leasing Associate Jordan Black. From the time I found the apartment online to when I was handed the keys, Jordan was absolutely professional, responsive, and perfectly accommodating. I was looking to move in as soon as possible and Jordan had us in our place in a little over a week. If you're looking for a place in Victoria, I'd highly recommend Jordan Black with Devon Properties. No complaints.

"Goodacre towers" (350-360 Douglas) and their bldg managers are slap in the face. Devon's slumlords apparently employ ex-prison guards as caretakers to intimidate tenants. These arrogant thugs who live off our rent will treat you worse than your worst employer ever did. The never-ending construction noise and dust destroy any semblance to a human dwelling. Too bad we can't choose negative values for the rating. You're much better off setting up a tent in the park across the street.

Building manager Joe is so very responsive to any issues I have and follow up to make sure everything is resolved. I am very happy with my unit and will recommend Devon and Joe without hesitation.

Absolute garbage. I was subletting an apartment after returning from a trip to Iceland, no Icelandic banks would deposit the money in the company's account. They threatened to evict the owner of the place I was subletting when I told them I could not deposit the money until I returned to Canada. They do not return calls, texts or emails. I was told to get the key from the offices which were closed so I called them and they told me I had to come in the next day to pick up the keys. Nice.They have many properties all over Victoria, and all of them should be avoided.

We rented from Pembroke 830 for almost 6 months now and have had an excellent management experience so far :) The manager, she is a kind and professional one trying hard to work out the problems I have as a tenant. The Broken fridge and leaking water were solved in no time! I want to Thank her for keeping clean around the property also! Keep up the good work :)

I did rent a Devon property and I had great experiences all throughout the process from application to paying the first month's rent and deposit. The property manager was wonderful. The property is excellently maintained.

I have to say it has been absolutely a positive experience dealing with Gordon Wilson and Devon Properties. They have made me feel welcome and individually important upon any request I have made. I feel as though they actually value my tenancy. I see Gordon frequently showing other suites. Always remembers my name and is truly genuine in his conversations. Truly refreshing to deal with real people while still retaining incredible professionalism.

My building was managed by Cornerstone properties up until very recently when Devon Prop took over and since then I have not been able to make any contact with the new building manager despite 3 attempts, always leaving my name and number and asking for a call back, still no reply. I have found a new suite with wonderful landlords and will be moving out asap.

If you're not in Victoria, don't bother trying to sign lease with them over email, they don't take you seriously. I have done that many times with no hassle but not with Devon. Building manager asked my email address to send me application forms but never did, when I called back he never picked up for two days, and main office couldn't get anyone to help either. Then on 3rd day manager had finally picked up my call and said they had taken 4 local groups to view the unit already so there's no chance for me anymore, he also blamed me for calling the main office to seek assistance. They're extremely ignorant and not willing to help at all.

We rented from Gordon Wilson, a fine gentleman and a great agent. Gordon was punctual, courteous, and very professional; he had 6 or 7 apartments lined up for us to view and every one of them for our wish list . It was hard to choose. Gordon helped facilitate the application process while I was out of the country. We moved into Charter House and loved the great views of the Olympic mountains, mount Baker and the ocean. We loved living in the heat of James Bay, near downtown. Having a well maintained Olympic sized swimming pool was a major bonus as well. We had kind, considerate neighbours and our On Dite Manager, Nikki was a pleasure to deal with, who took care of everything we mentioned to her in a very timely fashion, Devon is a great company to rent from, and I highly recommend them

I live at 1022 Pandora and Donna is our manager. I have told her she is the best manager on the planet. Any and every repair she had dealt with promptly and efficiently, always staying in touch with me as to the where, what and when. I recently picked up an overpayment at the Devon Properties office and although it was a bit late, the reception and accounting staff addressed my situation promptly when they were able to. Perhaps my only complaint is the number of water turn-offs there has been, almost monthly the water is turned off from 2-4 hours but I think this is not our buildings fault, but rather because of the construction next door. When my fridge broke, Donna replaced it at no charge. It was in my apartment within 48 hours. I thought that was pretty efficient so I say thank you to Donna, the manager and smart to you Devon Properties for hiring her.

Purchased the building I live in currently, threw some stainless steel appliances in, and begins increasing the minimum rent from 900 to 1200. They did the same for the last building I lived in. (Also both the cheapest buildings in Nanaimo.) You would think having local owners would be an improvement but they're just another greedy, heartless property management company looking to put younger generations and the uneducated on the street.

Our building and grounds are kept up very well, everything is managed very well. I hope Devon continues to keep up the great work!

I've lived in two different Devon properties now, and couldn't ask for anything better! Everything starting from the renting process to daily living in the apartment is so smooth, uncomplicated and convenient - a godsend for someone new to the country like me. The excellent building managers Devon employs play a large part in this. They are friendly to approach but very professional and diligent and will go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Devon's properties are also located in accessible, convenient locations. Highly recommended!

Definitely did not have a pleasant experience. High rent for a low quality apartment, would not have been my choice if not for rushed circumstances. Poor cleanliness at the start, then they do their best to milk you for as your damage deposit. Would not recommend if you can help it.

Heartless, and don't give info to tenants, and treat there tenants like garbage, shouldn't say all of Devon mostly just the v1488 team. So unorganized they leave notice of entry on a suite thats empty, and promise to take the cost of move out of people since they never told anyone about the daycare and now its a fight to move out. Caroline Armstrong is the most heartless unprofessional property manager I've ever met and I work with most in the city. You know its bad when you ask to see other suites in the building and the leasing agent says are yiu being sarcastic. Not to mention ann Marie who doesn't know how to maintain a building to save her life and ignores any problem or inquiry she can.

I had a great experience with this company but more importantly the landlord! I rented from Devon for two years and my landlord was Paul Kirkpatrick. I never had a problem that he couldn't handle. He was an awesome landlord, always available when you needed him and just always around in general. If I rent from Devon again, I'm going to find Paul!

Looking for a new place to live is extremely stressful, especially near the end of the month. After viewing some posts online, I fell in love with a unit at 1488 Cook Street. I got in touch with a realtor named Jordan Black from Devon Properties. He immediately connected with me to set up a viewing the next day. He went out of his way to show me several units that he thought I would be more interested in. Jordan was extremely professional and provided all the information I needed. He helped accelerate the application and lease process making it seamlessly. Overall, my experience with Devon Properties was smooth and I have Jordan to thank for that!

I terminated my lease early and had to pay $1000 even though my unit was rented out right away. To add insult to injury the cheque for the remainder of my security deposit was invalid. I have filed a complaint with the tenancy board as it now over 15 days. I hope to receive the money I am entitled to and hope that the company is not experiencing financial difficulties.

Devon took over our building a few years ago and continue, and even excellerated the improvements already begun by Proline. The building and suites look great and are very well maintained. The Manager is attentive to any problems reported and keeps the building in tip top shape.

I ve rented from a number of property management companies in Victoria over the last 8 years and Devon Properties is by far the most professional, fair, and quick to respond.

I m now in my second building managed by Devon, and the building managers in both have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with.

The buildings are well kept and pricing is quite fair in this crazy rental market. The managers are quick to respond to questions, and easily communicate any changes or times they need to enter. Not much more a person can ask for!

I even had to break the lease in my first apartment and it was a breeze. I highly recommend them!

I have to agree with everyone else, it's an awful company and their upkeep isn't great. Plus they hired a company that mows our lawn at 7:30 am every week and I don't know how others feel about it but for me that's way too early to be woken up by that. Luckily for me, my manager is a decent person but he has had to kick some of the sketchiest people I have ever met out of our building for awful things like drugs and vandalism on our own building. It makes me wonder if they just let anybody in. I caught a lucky break with this one but I don't think I'll even bother to call and complain about the noise because it seems like Devon properties doesn't give a damn about their tenants

We have had very good experiences with Devon. We have been in the apartment for two months and we got a new fridge, new kitchen facets with all new plumbing, brand new blinds for the suite, a refinished bath tub. The property managers act promptly to requests. They have just taken over this building and they are working hard to make it better. We hope this good service continues.

Only giving one star because I am forced to.

My partner rented in one apartment for five years, the final few years were managed by Devon and what a decline. When he first moved in his rent was just over $600, which made sense because it was little bigger than a broom closet and right beside the laundry room which shook his suite all day. When Devon took over his rent jumped like crazy annually, due to their fixed term lease dirty loop hole that allows them to raise the rent above the annual legal maximum of 4%. By the end of his fifth year as a perfect quiet rent abiding tenant he was paying nearly $1,000. Two months before his lease came due he decided to move in with me. The suite filled after two viewings, and the rent was raised yet AGAIN so they were set to make an additional $300 off his early move out. The worst part is they charged him $500 as their "reasonable" cost for filling the suite of which they had him sign off on in his last lease. This is unethical and I have never EVER in all my years of renting dealt with such an unethical property management group. They bend and twist the rules and it is wrong, wrong on an ethical and legal level. My partner does not like to fight things, so he just paid the amount in full. I was angry because we could have won easily in arbitration, I had already spoken with someone in Landlord Tenancy and have years of experience as a Paralegal, and because I feel that so many others without the means or ability to dispute this ever will. So PLEASE if anyone has been subjected to this activity by Devon: write the paper, write your government, write a review here, visit the landlord tenancy branch or phone line, or a free law centre (Justice Access Centre in the Courthouse), or consult a Lawyer free and advocate for yourself. My partner brushed it off as just $500, but to some people on the fine edge of poverty $500 (or more, as it may be) can be deeply devastating. Devon Property at a time of less than zero vacancy and rents priced through the roof - you can do better as a company!

PS from reading the reviews below I note that not only this company pulling in a tremendous amount of cash on the backs of those they are meant to serve, but both renters and the actual landlords are getting less value in return.

DO NOT RENT FROM DEVON. Extremely unimpressed with this company. Not only was I never given a lease upon move in (received it 35 days after my move in date), but every interaction I had with the building manager was negative. She was rude, condescending and malicious. I deeply regret ever renting from this company, and strongly suggest others do not get involved with them.

I have rented for over 10 years at Fernwood Manor ...

I have rented for over 10 years at Fernwood Manor and continue to rent at this location. Found the management to be very attentive. They have maintained the building to a very good standard. Recently all common areas were repainted and carpeted ( 2015). The sauna had the seating wood replaced (2016) . Nice. However, the sauna floors should be cleaned more regularly. Has a reputation as a quiet building and management is vigilant in this standard...so, late night revelers carry on your search. Beware...the quiteness depends on the location of apartment. Noisy on the Begbie St. side!

We lived in 1488 Cook for 2 years and we've had nothing but negative experiences with Devon. When they schedule blocks of time for maintenance on suites they almost never show up, fire alarm tests were all over the place, our main point of contact was incredibly rude, the rental team continuously lied to potential tenants about the building. The only positive thing I have to say about Devon is Shannon at the front desk is lovely. Hire more Shannons.

I am a new tenant with Devon Properties and so far...

I am a new tenant with Devon Properties and so far I have been very pleased with my experience. From the leasing agent Gord Wilson who has demonstrated professional approach, was responsive and sensitive to the personal situation and went well beyond my expectations, to the Property Manager, Gord, at 350/360 Douglas Street. Gord is always around and is there to answer any questions that I have, send in a repair person to fix what s broken immediately, respond to my emails and more importantly he is a pleasure to talk to. Even though the building is going through renovations, the location and the friendly folks living and managing the building are hard to beat. I am happy with my new place. Devon is a great company to rent from, and I highly recommend them!!!

The tenant next door to our professional office blasts music during work hours. We have complained dozens of times to Devon, and nothing has been done. Our lease forbids disturbing noises, but obviously Devon does not care. Terrible building managers.

Incredibly poor and unprofessional service. Devon Properties was slow to address issues occurring in my rental unit - at times taking up to two months to reply to phone calls or emails. When they did finally address an issue, they'd opt for the cheapest and shoddiest repair possible. Furthermore, Devon Properties withdrew $1600 from my bank account after the end of my tenancy, and 50 days later have yet to return this money - despite frequent phone calls with them. The one thing Devon Properties is good at is excuses. At this rate I'll be taking them to court. Renters beware!

Devon Properties has a big variety of suites in Victoria, but I guess I picked the wrong building. The manager at Christmas Hill Suites off Quadra is a maniac. She is always yelling at us about something, she gets really angry and out of hand. It is not just myself and husband, she yelled at the young woman next door, threatening to 'throw her out on the street'. We are glad we are out and away from this lady-manager.

If you're a renter considering a Devon Properties ...

If you're a renter considering a Devon Properties building - do yourself a huge favor and move on, because despite how good the place may seem on the outside, you're in for a world of stress and frustration once you sign that lease. This ownership group is incredibly disorganized and will completely ignore you if you have any legitimate issues that require landlord/building manager support.

Our apartment building was bought out by these guys back in the summer, and since they've taken ownership, the garbage hasn't been taken out, we've been given less than 24 hours notice of suite entry regardless of if we consent or not (tenancy act requires three days written notice, one day of verbal notice), there have been no communications to any of the tenants about any building work despite being woken up at 7:00AM to crew workers outside of our rooms making no effort to be quiet, and not a single call or email has ever been responded to. We've never actually met our landlord (I believe she is also the landlord of 3 other large apartment buildings). These guys are one big enigma.

Need more reasons to walk away? We had a police incident in our building that required us to evacuate our rooms last night, and when we called the Devon "emergency" line, we waited for around half an hour before we gave up. The police couldn't get a hold of them either so eventually just knocked some holes in the wall to do their thing. Don't count on them to be reliable should there be an emergency in your building. You're on your own.

Obviously ownership groups are in the business of making money, which I completely understand and won't complain about, but Devon Properties doesn't even make an attempt to seem like decent building managers. They have bigger fish to fry, apparently.

We've lived in a building run by Devon properties for 6 years. They're building upkeep is almost as bad as their coustomer service. At one point a building manager left my bathroom unfiniahed for 3 weeks. More recently we had a plugged drain and a unexperinced building manager showed up and spilled draincleaner all over our kitchen and food. She appologized and did not clean her mess. If youre looking to be treated as a second class citizen, Devon propertis is for you!

Been living in Pandora Heights happily for 4 years now. The manager here, Andrea, has been extremely attentive and helpful, often going out of her way to solve problems for me. Definitely the most enjoyable landlord I've ever had.

I have had some noise issues with other tenants but Andrea worked with me to get the worst offender evicted and things have been pretty great since then.

My experience while living in one of the rental building of Devon properties has been superb! I would like to especially mention that our building manager Joe Russel was responsive and accommodating. We always got prompt reply and action for any problems or questions we had. Our fridge was making small noises, technician was called in very quickly and fridge was replaced promptly. One of the closet door came off which was replaced with a new door promptly as well. The building was clean and well maintained. The building manager vacuumed every weekend. Our experience was very smooth while moving out of the unit. I highly recommend Devon properties.
