We've lived in a building run by Devon properties for 6 years. They're building upkeep is almost as bad as their coustomer service. At one point a building manager left my bathroom unfiniahed for 3 weeks. More recently we had a plugged drain and a unexperinced building manager showed up and spilled draincleaner all over our kitchen and food. She appologized and did not clean her mess.
