I m confused. Up until 2 months ago,,everything about Devon was negative. In the past 8 weeks they must have had employees do reviews because it s been a 100 percent turn around in ratings. 5 weeks ago Devon took over our building,, what was once a very very clean pleasant building is now a dive. Not a thing has been cleaned since they took over. They don t return phone calls to try to talk to anyone. I see reviews from a few months ago and see a very definite pattern happening in our building. Time to start looking around to move. They don t deserve one star.

I had a wonderful time living in Devon Properties' Woodridge Manor. The 1 bedroom was spacious and clean with well maintained facilities. My property manager, Mark Pavia, was an absolute delight. He was incredibly friendly and always on top of things. The first thing I noticed when Mark was showing me my (then) future home, was how every tenant we saw in the hallways would stop and say hi to Mark and exchange a smile and some friendly words. I highly recommend Devon Properties and would do it again if I could!

I ve been living at Market Green, A Devon Property, for the last three years. The building is well maintained. I ve had no issues with fellow tenants and if any maintenace issues crop up they are dealt with immediately.
I appreciate the building manager Joe who can always be found doing something to make Market Green a better place to live.

My boyfriend and I recently got a place together, and thanks to Jordan the process was super seamless, quick, and easy. He was such a personable guy who never made us feel pressured or conned, in fact we really appreciated his honesty with what he thought would or would not be a good fit for us. He also seemed to be on our team and not just trying to make a sale (so to speak.) No complaints here!

Relocating from Kelowna this summer, I depended on Gord Wilson's professionalism, Devon Properties' office support, and building manager Nikki to inform, guide, and support me during the transition. This was 'long distance' service provided by responsible and committed 'Devon' employees! Collectively, you have helped me find my home.

Selling a house and down-sizing can be a very stressful life experience; however, we were very fortunate to have had a great realtor who sold our house and a great leasing agent who helped us find the right apartment. Gord from Devon Properties was so friendly and helpful, taking his time to show us apartments twice so that we found the right fit. Noele at Devon was also extremely helpful in assisting us with setting up the auto payment for our rent.
We have been in Charter House for four months now and love it. Nikki, the building manager, is delightful and always responds quickly if some minor fixes need to be done by Steve, the very capable handy-man. The pool in our complex is looked after by another Steve, who does an excellent job of keeping the pool and surrounding area clean. We love to joke with him that we now have our own pool boy !
In four months, we have gotten to know a number of residents who are always willing to stop and have a chat. We love the fact that there are so many friendly people in our building.

Very happy with my apartment. Devon Properties has been great for me. They are very responsive to any issues I have and follow up to make sure everything is resolved. The building is well run and they do what they say they are going to do. Every interaction with the company is friendly. I would recommend Devon without hesitation.

Devon Properties (and especially our leasing specialist, Gordon) made our move to Victoria (and house hunt) very easy! They put us up in the perfect apartment after showing us all the properties that met our criteria for what we were looking for. They even accommodated our odd move in times. We love our apartment and find that the property (Goodacre Towers) is very well managed!

Be wary of Devon. They do not care about their ten...

Be wary of Devon. They do not care about their tenants. They want your money, and allow their resident managers to walk all over tenants. Will tell you to 'move if you're not happy'. They will also take money out of your bank account after you move, then refuse to pay back bank fees. When it was reported that our resident landlord was harassing me, the response was "well he's a nice guy", and all requests for them to work with mental illness have fallen on deaf ears. They know the tenancy laws and ignore them. The bullying and harassment need to stop.

I would like to say that from the beginning & now after a year of renting from Devon Properties all has gone very well here at the Highlander. My building manager Mark Pavia has gone above & beyond whenever there was something that was upgraded in my suite or getting fixed.Thanks for keeping the building looking great from the lobby on up. I feel great when I come home, that is a feeling that matters deeply to me. I live in a great location as I have easy access to the many services offered nearby plus my family. There really is not much more that I could ask for!

I can not believe what Devon Properties has done to Christmas Hill Suites
They have completely lost any respect as a property management company,when they were contacted regarding the rudeness of their property managers Preet Gill & Lak Gill and cleanliness of building it was completely ignored.
There has been several complaints regarding these issues but nothing was ever resolved.
I am so happy to not have to deal with these issues anymore.I hope tenants still living there stand up for their rights and stop getting bullied by these managers.
They just want all the long term people out so they can raise rent
When I left This year I was paying $1475 and $20 for parking
The whole situation is sad and I truly pray for tenants still there.

I rent an apartment at Quadra Woods.
Laura is our Building Manager and in my opinion, she is the Best Landlord in the World.
Laura is keeping our building very clean and reacting on all requests immediately. I'm happy she is around.
The only cons - the apartments are pricey a bit.
