The staf are mostly all nice, however the person in charge of sending the prescriptions is lazy, and conducts her self in a unprofessional manner.
She doesn't seem to care and doest not handle necessary processes for the patients ones you are not in person on an appointment. It's has being a very stressful and disrespectful experience to deal with her.
