Love the zoo! The staff there is always so nice and helpful!
i recommend this zoo because of the great variety of animals like tigers a rainforest section with reptiles and great entertament for the kids.
Large range of exhibits with detailed information provided on the animals and their habitat. It's great to see a new tiger enclosure being built. The current one is not suitable for a large animal. Great indoor displays. Highly recommended.
Love the zoo. A little construction going on but still easy to navigate around and enjoy the animals.
Great to be back at the Zoo! They have lanes painted on the pathway to keep it one way, there's a short path and a long path. They are doing a reservation system for admission right now and they have it spaced out just right! Even tho most of the indoor facilities are closed they have haybale stations set up in front of most of the buildings and are able to bring out small animals to show folks on the path. Today we were able to get some good looks at the new baby rhino and rhino senior 'Rudy' we heard about lion Cubs but will have to go back to catch those guys!
I loved this zoo. Worth the price, but some of the enclosures seem a bit small for some of the animals. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Just a beautiful and amazing place and well kept! I could spend days there and still not want to leave.
Cool Zoo but phone line said they close at one hour & website said another. Had to leave unexpectedly without seeing all of the animals
Got to feed a hippo. Best day ever. Denver zoo is the greatest.
Large, well maintained, and growing zoo. Animal welfare is highly regarded. Very knowledgable staff members are at the major exhibits to answer questions and to give insight. Reasonable admission cost.
The Denver zoo does an outstanding job. It's always a pleasure to attend.
Was a great day out after so many in. Everyone was wearing masks and did a great job distancing. Thank you to all the zoo staff and volunteers for making this possible, you've done a great job!!
Usually we love it but many of the animals were not out today. :(
Great zoo with lots to see. Parking can be hard to find.
Great zoo. So many babies born there, a successful zoo
Of all the zoos I have visited..this was the neatest..great animals and size..very educational.
Lots to do, see, and experience. Highly recommend.
It was a fun experience . They have so many kinds of animals, birds .
I love this zoo! They have an amazing selection of animals and are currently completing an amazing expansion! The exhibits are amazing and in the winter they have zoo lights!
I haven't been to the zoo since I was a kid my favorite animal is wolves and Birds
My boyfriend loved it he took his girlfriend there, they had a great time
Nice place and visiting during the holiday lights is really fun.
Great family experience in the heart of Denver. We loved it. Absolutely huge!
The Denver Zoo is a must visit for tourists and Colorado residents. Visitors from out of town always comment that the Denver Zoo is one of the best in the U.S.
Great exhibits and reasonable prices. Fun for the whole family year round.
Not a bad zoo as far as zoos go. I personally feel the Cheyenne mountain zoo in Colorado springs is superior.
But it you're in the area it's a great place to take the family.
Love the Denver zoo- wonderful easy layout enables you to make a loop and see everything
The zoo lights was amazing. Remember to buy tickets early as they will sell out.
Always love the zoo. Glad we finally got to see the baby lion.
Zoo lights is kind of fun but some day can be pretty cold.
Reasonably priced, wheelchair friendly, and the animals were all healthy and clean pens.
Wonderful unless they have a fake drill an make u leave tthe ape area
Membership plus refill cups makes a pretty reasonable animal happy hour!
Nice for a Zoo. They're constantly upgrading the animals habitats.
Lots to see! Did tons of walking and managed to take most of it in.
It's a neat zoo and the staff are very friendly. Some of the animals weren't out and some of the exhibits were closed, but what I saw was enough to make the visit worth it. The food was really limited due to the virus, but that didn't ruin the experience. Would return once everything is open again
Remodeled a few times since our last visit. Social distancing rules in place and reservations required, contactless ticketing
Such beautiful animals, wonderful place to spend with your family.
Such a wonderful zoo. They are doing so many upgrades to make it better for the animals.
cool zoo. saw many peacocks just walking around with the people
Good trails through the zoo, large enough not to feel crowded. Lovely landscaping.
Who doesn't love the zoo.
Although not cheap plenty of things to see and places to rest.
The exhibits for really great lots of places for the animals to escape View very walkable and pleasant to
Completely different from the last time I was there
Love the Zoo! My family and I often come here for picnics and Giraffe feedings! They have awesome shows with the seals and penguins. The Elephant sanctuary is first class! I believe they are doing well, but they are also doing some real good.
Alot of excitement, fairly large place & the food is good
Bigger than it looks, diverse collection. Probably better during summer time.
I used to volunteer here in my youth, before the new enclosures of the Asian animals.. And all I can say is WOW. Our last visit here was fantastic, there was a volunteer collecting signatures to bring back the wolves. I can see from the many displays in the zoo, affection from trainers, s
Feeding, cleaning, they love and care about these animals greatly. I wish we could all do more to help!
This is a great zoo with a great selection of animals, a simple layout, and great learning opportunities. They have a lot of info about how to be a responsible consumer to protect wildlife around the world. The staff is all very friendly and love what they do. The zoo lights exhibit is great and the new addition of the 4D theater is cool. Recommend for all ages!
Neat zoo but was super crowded when we went. About half the animals were inside in the afternoon. Definitely get there in the morning during the warmer months. Not as good as the Omaha zoo but was still fun.
Been going here regularly since I was a kid. It's my favorite, even better than San Deigo imo. Love the layout and the upgrades they do every year.
Great zoo. Always clean and well kept. Kids always enjoy it.
One of the greatest places in the entire country!!!! So BLESSED to live in a wonderful city!!!
I went here over the summer and it's great!! The LEGO sculptures are so lifelike and so cool!!
My family went as part of my daughter's birthday party. The staff were friendly and helpful all day. We enjoyed two shows and my kids enjoyed seeing the animals so active over the morning. Bring drinks or purchase them on site. it was a great excursion. Parking is limited so arrive early or plan you'll struggle to find parking.
Love it can spend the hole day there. Great place for family an friends.
The only thing that sucked was that you have to wear a mask the whole time.
Great experience. The elephant show is a lot of fun and def worth it! Reasonably priced food and souvenirs.
Loved it but when we had the money at the time most of the animals were put up because it was winter and to cold.
Needs polar bear and other animals that people dont see at a circus
Great as always. They added dinosaur exibit. Parking is free. You can feed the giraffes, birds. Interactive and fun. They have wagon rentals
It's a zoo. Nothing really special. Zoo lights nice but way too commercial and over crowded.
Didn't see many animals. Zoo staff aren't very knowledgeable. Depressing zoo.
