I realize AlphaCare is Senior Whole Health; just with a new name and now owned by Megellan. They bought Senior Whole Heath for $400Mil back at the end of Septemeber. I doubt if their CEO would want their kind of care. They have nothing to improve their services to NYer's. I feel for the elderly who don't have a family member and are left to the lack of services from "AlphaCare" Senior Whole Health.
