First time buying a car can be quite scary. Josh, Joey and the finance guys made it such an easy smooth process. My deal didnt take long at all and it went exactly the way I wanted. My payment is exactly where I needed it to be. Very happy with the service I received at Dennis Dillon. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and coworkers. Tim was Awesome! we just got an 2014 acadia for $1500 LESS then what we could have gotten in our city! We drove 6 hours to get it and it was well worth it. It was very fast and out the door! Time did a great job at communicating with me before we drove up. Thanks!

Jake was my salesman and went out of his way to take care of us.. He meet us at the airport on his day off. Spent three hours explaining all the myriad of options. I feel that he was one of the best ever and I have bought fifty new vehicles. I would recommend him to my friends.

Misdiagnosed my issue. They insisted it was a fuel injector. They had it a week. I picked it up and went 10 miles and it did the same exact thing. They then insisted it was another fuel injector. I took it to another dealer. They diagnosed it correctly. Wasn t an Injector. Problem fixed. Entire waste of money. Wouldn t go near them. Zero trust in what they say.

We drove over 5 hours one way, to shop for our new Acadia, we didn't arrive until late afternoon (on a Saturday!) and by the time our paperwork etc was all wrapped up the dealership was closed. No one made us feel rushed, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, relaxed and approachable.

My experience at the service department/Auto Shop ...

My experience at the service department/Auto Shop at the Dennis Dillon on Orchard has been unbelievable. And I don't say that in a good way. What a disappointment. I originally bought my car from the Kia Dealership on Orchard. When I had a small scratch that needed to be repaired and painted on the hind quarter of the car, I took it back to this dealership since they were so great to buy from. The auto body shop has not been good at all. I'm very disappointed. My husband and I have talked to the manager and it seems he doesn't even care.

We have it there now for the fourth time. The first time after fixing the small scratch, the area they painted had a clear coat run. They "didn't notice it". They tried buffing it out but of course burned through the paint and needed to keep it longer to repaint. When we went to pick it up the second time, the entire door was a different color. At this point I couldn't be car-less any longer so we took the car and was told to bring it back when we had time. After having it some time and people asking what type of accident we were in because the door was a different color..... I finally found the time to take it back in. This time they gave me a car to drive (A filthy car by the way but they said it's because of the rain and snow) while it was being repainted. They had it for a week, I didn't get a call when they said they were going to call and I had to call them. Asked if my car was ready to go and they said yes. I talked to the manager of the shop and asked if he inspected it and was sure it was done right this time since it was the third time. He said yes. We went to pick it up today and sure enough..... there is over spray on my window molding on the outside of the car in two different places. Austin went out to look at it and said it would only take 10 minutes to clean it up. Why didn't he see that originally when I called about it? When you see silver spray on black, it's not hard to miss.

Sure enough...... there is another problem. He tells us that the paint must have been still wet enough that there is a mark where they tried to remove it. How hard is it to remove from a molding? Most likely they had someone who tried using a buffer and went through the paint. or...If the paint was wet enough for them to do that, why were they sending it home? So I wasted another hour of my time after I already had called to verify. Unprofessional and crappy work. You would think being a dealership they would take pride in their work. So for the fourth time...... we are waiting on our car. Hopefully the paint matches, there isn't over spray, there isn't a clear coat run and that they actually care. If they can't get it right this time, I will suggest they take it somewhere professionally to get it done right.

So frustrating! I grew up around the auto body business in WA state. This would have never happened to a customer. The car would not even be ready unless it was right and detailed. I will not ever go back to this dealership as they don't seem to know how to do things or make things right. The manager has a "I don't care attitude". I thought I was taking it to the right place to start as this where I bought my vehicle but I was obviously wrong.

Couldn't make it work the first night because some banks were closed but I know they went to bat for me with the banks and got me financed on the truck I wanted as opposed to settling for something I didn't. Thank you both and love my GMC Sierra!!

Well there's a couple hours I can't get back. They wanted us to go through their in House finance company and make money on us by charging a whopping in interest rate fees. When we would rather go through our finance company and the dealership would get a cash deal. They didn't like it. They can't make money on it. The sales manager gave me the most dirtiest look ever and made me feel small. He's the tall one that sits on the elevated desk in the manager's office.Like we are a waste of their time. They played the waiting game to see if we would buckle. We will be going somewhere else. If you want a great car loan go to Murdock finance. I only pay $100 a month for my 05 Chevy Trailblazer. And it was only $400 interest.

Dennis Dillon sold me a car for $12k that had 103,...

Dennis Dillon sold me a car for $12k that had 103,000 miles on it. It never had its 100k mile tune up. Since it's purchase 13 months ago, we've had to put $16k worth of repairs into it. I only drive it maybe 3 weeks a month on average because it's always getting repaired. Granted most of it is covered under warranty, that's still an extra 250.00 in deductible every month. Then when they don't repair it right, and it ruins something else mechanically, they then want you to pay out of pocket. So far, the vehicle has had the power steering pump, the entire front end, timing chain, timing gears, a/c (that still doesn't work) trunk latch, cadeletic convertor, 2 ignition coils that they didn't replace right and caused more problems that they expect me to pay out of pocket. I was told the 100k tune up had been done when I purchased the vehicle. IT HAD NOT! If we do the math, I'm paying on average 600 dollars a month for a lemon. I could be driving a new rig at that price. They are either negligent in repairing it, or they are purposely deceiving customers upon purchase. You want to know how to improve? Actually treat your customers right instead of putting an entire family into an unreliable car. It must be nice to collect car payments for a vehicle that sits at your repair shop half the time.

Honest salesman's are hard to come by, I recommend going to ceaser next time any of you want a car.

I took my 2017 Denali for oil change and other maintenance that was recommended and since it was under the manufacture warranty , I asked them to check the wireless charger that's not working. I was told everything works just fine after 2 weeks, my sunroof and sliding window don't work. I troubleshoot the issue myself and I found the wireless charger harness had a cut from opening center console and over time it cut the wire ( bad design ) which caused short and blew the fuse which for some reason affect the sunroof and the sliding window. I unplugged the wireless charger harness and replace the fuse and my sunroof and sliding window work. Now after the warranty is expired , I have to buy the wiring harness to fix the wireless charger and replace it myself. I really feel disappointed. I don't recommend doing service in there

Great purchase experience, no hassles, and great prices! I purchased a brand new GMC truck here in February 2018. To anyone reading this, I live 550 miles away, but it was worth every mile to purchase here (as opposed to any dealer in California). Overall it was a stress-free, no hassle experience, and they had more GMC Canyon trucks in stock than any dealer in northern California. Alex and Beau in sales were great (personable and patient - despite me throwing a curve ball at the last second), and I guarantee I would confidently return to Dennis Dillon GMC (and/or one of their other dealers in the Boise area) for my next new vehicle purchase.

You guys set a great example for the car industry - fast, fair, up-front, no hassles, no attitude, no smoke and mirrors, great selection, and great prices. What more could anyone want? I have purchased around 20 new and used vehicles in my life (mostly from dealers), and this was easily the best experience ever. I would personally recommend this dealer to anyone within a 1,500 mile radius - YES it's worth the travel.

I am completely offended and frustrated after my f...

I am completely offended and frustrated after my first and last time with this shop. I took my vehicle in for a recall issue, there were no actual notable problems UNTIL I got the car back from being "repaired". Now I am noticing shifting problems, as well as a part from my indicator assembly is GONE. I took it back the next day and the mechanic noted that "the part was already broken and fell down into a crack during the recall repair and he couldn't retrieve it. He also stated that there was no problem with shifting". The indicator was perfectly in tact, the gear was functioning fine and the car was shifting smooth BEFORE THEIR WORK. To add insult to injury, the mechanic listed ALL things wrong with my vehicle, down to stains on the floor, as if I were there trying to scam them out of free work. I simply wanted to understand why my car came back broken. I am so offended.

I purchased a 2019 Sierra Denali 2500 4WD Crew cab from Dennis Dillon a few days ago.
I wanted to share how Awesome my entire experience was with my purchase from beginning to end.

I contacted them and within a few hours my salesman David Atwater texted me. I was on my way to Southern California as a passenger on a road trip. He understood what I was looking for right away, Dave started texting photos of the trucks with different interiors and options. I settled on two different interiors, then chose one of them. He texted the build sheet, I told him I was interested so to hold the truck I needed to place a $1000.00 deposit. He sent me a secure link, done deal. All in a few hours while driving..

Soon after the accessory department emailed with a list of accessory s I may be interested in. I ordered 6 of them, when I arrived at the dealer to pick up my truck, they had all been installed..
I had a trade in, Dave asked me to send him some photos, I did, he offered me very close to what I wanted to get for it. So I drove it from Turlock California.
Upon entering the lot, Dave greeted my wife and myself, we hit it off right away, remember by now, we had started building our relationship with many phone calls and texts being sure we were both on the same page with the Dennis Dillion Processes.

Every detail of what Dave offered and stated was accurate, I was honestly a little worried since we were comming from out of state, The trade in was done, no haggling, just what he said, the truck price was exactly what he said.. By the way, the cost was $10, 000 les then my local dealers.

We filled out a few papers and Dave set us up with the finance manger. Dave mentioned to him our financial concerns, the finance manager took it into consideration and was able to get us financing we think was very good. So we are very happy he was able to help us out..

My summary is I am very happy with my Awesome truck and am happy Dave was our salesman. He took care of everything, he also worked with the accessory dept. to be sure our truck was ready when we arrived for our scheduled delivery..

I found out about Dennis Dillon from fellow employees where I work. I know of at least 5 others that purchased GMC pickups and Jeeps from them..

I wish I could write a positive review about this dealership. The first encounter I had with the dealership was not the best, they treated my girlfriend and I very poorly acting like we didn't know anything and were not professional at all. A few days later we decided to give them another shot and had a very good experience this time. Talked with the salesman, found out a price, and left with a very satisfied feeling. In the next couple of days I wanted to get a little more information so I called and texted the salesperson I was working with and received no response. When I finally went back to the dealership I figured out that I was simply being ignore and that the price they quoted me was no longer valid (even though I had it in writing and was told it was valid until the end of the month). I wish we could have made a deal but the unprofessionalism of this dealership was beyond anything I have ever seen.

I was completely pleased with the available pricing for my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate edition.

I flew from Vegas to purchase the car for the phenomenal regional pricing.

The highest point, other, than the very excellent pricing was working with Alex Grisham. He is an exceptionally well versed salesman and showed experience beyond his years. Beyond his depth of knowledge regarding the product, his only concern in the deal was achieving my satisfaction and interests were met in the purchase. I'm an AF pilot and went to excruciating levels of detail and questions before I purchased the car. Alex didn't show even the slightest hint of frustration, rather, he answered or researched every question I had.d He's also followed up with me several times to make sure nothing was missed after the purchase. I've never had someone follow-up after the car rolled away. I would highly recommend going to him over any other representative.

All other departments I dealt with were pleasant, and expeditious during the process.

If there were a minor deficit, I would only point out that the pre-inspection paperwork technicians did not accurately mark the paperwork. The tire pressure was marked with a standard value (35psi) vs. the actual pressure serviced (41 psi for the 22" tires). Second, the mileage on the pre-inspection was given a standard value (14 miles) vs what was actually on the car (4 miles). This to me reflects a potential lack of attention to detail by the person filling out the paperwork. This could give other customers the impression that the pre-inspection was not thorough.

Alex immediately dealt with the questions I had and immediately verified all the correct values.

Please note, though, this was not part of the official title paperwork or required documents--only the inspection checklist.

I would buy from this dealership again--especially if Alex is involved with the purchase.

Every time I go do Dennis Dillon I am treated professionally. On 3 Dec when I wanted to address routine issues, oil change etc, when I remember an issue my grandchild discovered, a "nock, nock" on the dash board. You KNEW what it was with my description, lol, (Chad) explain it, diagnose it, and get it repaired!(Joe H. my fantastic mechanic) Ok, so it was a costly piece but you addressed that also. (HVAC Mode Actuator, bad GMC) Still, there is not a thought in my mind that I would use anyone else other than Dennis Dillon for the care of my car, and my daughters, and grandson, I could go on...but, you get it.

I have been doing business with DD for a few years and I have always, without exception, have been treated respectfully, caring, professionally! These folks take care of ME every time. So, I get cookies and cakes and thank them! They are like family. I like that feeling. Celeste Q

I was having a hell of a time shopping for trucks going from used car dealer to used car dealerships and we were looking at a $4,000 to $9,000 price range having no luck mostly due to just the "Don't Give A S*** About You Attitude" That came from all the other salesman! :-( and a friend recommended we go to Dennis Dillon so we did and decided very quickly what truck we wanted all because of the salesman , Josh Holland, that gave us the utmost respect, listen to everything we wanted and what we were looking for without Any attitude or judgment And just as important NO PRESSURE! We ended up spending Two and a half times what our budget was all because of the service we got! And even the little things that needed to be adjusted after we bought it they got us in quick and not only repaired it quickly but gave us no hassle about it at ALL!!! Recommend Dennis Dillon and go talk to Josh Holland and tell him Bobby & Beth sent ya!! You won't be Disappointed!!
