I have nothing but good things to say! Faiz Ahmed and his staff have been nothing but available and responsive. In a city filled with management companies, our experience with PMI has been amazing! Very very well run management company! I am impressed.

Faiz is a completely dishonest individual. He managed a property I was living at and not only refused to fix issues there, and lied about fixing them, but he never returned any part of my security deposit and dropped all communication after I left the unit. Now I have to sue him. Maybe he's great if you're an owner though!
