We drove over 5 hours one way, to shop for our new Acadia, we didn't arrive until late afternoon (on a Saturday!) and by the time our paperwork etc was all wrapped up the dealership was closed. No one made us feel rushed, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, relaxed and approachable.
Thank you Scott for your patience and thanks Paul for staying after hours to set up my Onstar! :)
