Stayed here for 4 nights and it was a rather terrible experience.(My employed paid for a group of us) POSITIVE:Room was okay and reception staff friendly. Park is lovely. NEGATIVE: Internet was down throughout my stay.Restaurant staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.I observed a waitress taking off her shoe to fix her socks. She then grabbed a plate and served it to my colleague. They looked like they HATED their job.Food was poor except for breakfast. We were all rather unimpressed. Will NEVER go back.

Stayed overnight for a wedding celebration which went very well and was well orgainised. Room was very basic and thankfully the rain held off as rooms are chalet style away from the main building. But fine for a night, and breakfast was very good, especially given the price. Pretty sure that golfers would really enjoy it here.

This awful so-called hotel is marketing itself as a spa retreat
The reality is that the hotel part consists of some wooden shacks with grotty, poorly maintained, pokey rooms that have the air and quality of a backpacker's hostel. These shacks are situated several hundred feet distant from the reception building, making a mockery of a cosy spa weekend, requiring one to go outside into the cold to reach the 'accommodation'. The main building contains a poorly-refurbished restaurant and bar area, which is chiefly the golf-clubhouse, and the 'spa'. The entire hotel is poorly run, the older receptionist was really rude

Really good golf course and resort. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to how hard the greens were making it almost impossible to hold the ball on them from any distance. They were great for putting on with good pace and smooth running of the ball. The food we received was good as well and served by friendly and helpful staff.

2 night stay in one of the "chalets" I have been in better caravans. In serious need of a freshen up.
Bed was comfy and it was warm in the room, these are the only positives.
Food was of Harvester quality, so not great, and the service was not great either.
Won't be in any hurry to return.

I had my wedding ceremony here in September and I cannot fault this venue whatsoever. Sue the events manager was amazing and was always on hand when needed. She was very reassuring and helpful particularly during this difficult time.
The venue itself is simply stunning. It was the best day of my life. Thank you Overstone Park Resort for making this happen.

This hotel was fine for a three star hotel, slightly lower quality than a premier inn. We were quite comfortable but we had a few issues that stop me giving a better rating. The price was fair for the room, breakfast and pool.
The room was small, but adequate for a couple but became too small once we had a travel cot (provided by the hotel) in there. The room was a little on the chilly side and we needed to use the heating even at the beginning of September, when we haven't had it on at home at all. The sheet didn't fit the mattress, but it was clean. The bathroom was clean and warm. The shower was almost too small, had some black mould around the door and the floor bowed slightly as you moved. There was a heated towel rail in the bathroom which was great to keep the room warm and the towels dry. It was however very hot and I was worried about my 2 year old touching it and burning themselves. The spa facility is a lovely addition. There are times when it's adults only or closed for classes, so that might be worth checking before your stay if you really want to make the most of the pool facilities. Breakfast was included and it was good with plenty on offer. Cooked breakfast (eggs to order), fruit, cereals, pastries, juice, hot drinks and cold cuts. Don't bother ordering eggs as whenever any of our party of 9 did over two mornings they never came out. Just enjoy the buffet of food laid out.
Plenty of parking and lovely views from the rooms our party used.

An excellent place for a weekend or more. Had lovely views and the suite was perfect for 5 of us. Came in a party of 15 and we all had a great time and they managed to accommodate us for all meals. Really friendly staff. Highly recommended :-)

The complex on the whole is excellent.

The complex on the whole is excellent.
I played golf and the course was in great condition.
I had food and drinks afterwards, although good quality I felt a bit overpriced.

Great for a couple night stay with use of gym and swimming pool. More like motel like individual chalets. Unless you are a golfer.

One draw back is ventilation, glad that heatwave ended. Had to keep bathroom window opened. I enjoyed my stay.

Room was ok but a bit dirty and tired. Obviously hasn't been cleaned very well. Bed was good though. Restaurant food was average but one waitress let the whole team down and literally threw the food onto the table and walked away. Disgracefull customer service. Rest of bar staff were great though. Gym and pool facilities very good.

I love it here, I use the gym facilities and sometimes the restaurant area, all the staff are lovely, the reception staff are great. It's a beautiful place overlooking a beautiful golf course.

Comfortable stay here recently. Room was small and bed on immediate entry from the door - room block was in the style of an outhouse. Room was a bit stuffy and could have benefitted from airing. Only real downside was the outdoor light directly by the door, yet only a thin net curtain to pull across the door... room was illuminated all night! Facilities were great - made use of the gym in the morning. Breakfast was buffet style hot & cold continental... nothing memorable but good array of items. Lovely setting and enjoyed watching the golfers when eating breakfast!
