I called in the morning requesting a colour for that evening. I was booked for 7pm. I arrive at 7pm. I am barely greeted and then ignored until 7:40 pm when I eventually voice my frustration about being kept so long. The response was very unprofessional and she was very short with me saying she had squeezed me in and implied she was doing me a favour. I much would have preferred she tell me she was too full that night for another client or to come in at 8pm. There was no apologize. It was very unprofessional and an unfriendly environment.
