I thought it would be safe to go there given the reviews on google and how helpful she came across on messaging me, I was proved wrong. She stained my shirt (was replaced by them), she was chatting up a storm with a friend who popped by talking about the new no frills clothing line that was coming out and the friend was showing her pictures of it as she dropped a bunch on my shirt. She said I was wearing a cape and that I shouldn t be texting???

I left with gold/orange undertones and green. She said I was okay with it not being guaranteed for colour to show up but never did I think I would leave with hot roots. I went and spent another 170$ so a total of 340$ because of the mistakes that were done. I went to a salon called Fiorio in Mississauga or go to my best friends salon called Dat Salon in Toronto. Save the time and discount and go to a salon that is more experienced. :(
