On November 18th, I ordered four winter tires from 123Reifen (subsidiary of Delticom AG). Two days later on November 20, I received (after transfer of the invoice amount) by mail confirmation that the tires were handed over for shipment to the warehouse.

After more than two weeks, I am still waiting for these already paid a fortnight ago tires.

Repeated contact via e-mail has not been successful. On the phone one is appeased. Very bad company.

Under no circumstances acquire something there.

Update: Ordered goods could not be delivered after three weeks for some reason. The ordered alternative not now. The purchase amount already transferred more than four weeks ago will also not be refunded ....
