Came what I bought, and surprisingly quickly came home. About one week from order.

My 4th order. Both large SUV tires and differently sized smart tires were delivered quickly, correctly and always correctly. Even for the Smart, where two orders have to be placed due to the different sizes, both came simultaneously in Ticino. Even depositing at home, if the delivery cannot be received personally, worked perfectly. . Top service provider!

Didn't expect to receive an almost two year old tyre. My fitter pointed out the date. Bit disappointed by this.

The winter wheels were delivered quickly, but not in the ordered and
confirmed execution (color). I have not received any reply to my e-mail complaint so far.

Good prices, good tires but you can't write that you send me the tires the same day and then they are shipped after 2 working days !!!

The BEST prices , the BEST service .As far as i'm concerned these people are number ONE for customer service . I've bought a lot of tyres for both car and motorcycles over the years and DELTICOM have NEVER let me down . 100% a happy bunny :-).

For some reason, the tires were not delivered at the same time.

I don't want to go twice to the tire company to put on the tires

First tire was delivered on 3sept
The second on Sept. 10

It's 18 days !!

It is far from the 7 days that stand as delivery time, on the deckline's website !!

Free tips:
Do not use post north as a delivery partner in Norway.
They are known to be extremely sluggish.

Poor communication regarding delivery date. There is no response to inquiries by email.

Delivery was carried out quickly - contrary to the selection - to an assembly partner who cannot mount motorcycle tires.
This is of course counterproductive!

Saftladen! Never again! 1. Delivery did not arrive. 2. Delivery = tires older than 3 years. After returning the tires, still no money back! Emails are not answered or the content is ignored. Incompetent call center agents without authority. The process has been running for three months.

Great prices, but delivery took longer than I was led to believe by the marketing.

As always, the tires are shipped quickly, were also for this brand the cheapest. Unfortunately, the information on the Internet was not correct this time. Since the tires would have a C C rating, but on the sticker on the tires stands E C. For a star deduction.

The purchase was very easy and it was delivered to my workshop in a few days.
A small point of criticism: it would be nice if the assembly costs could be explained better.
My workshop stated 15 francs per tire, in the end I paid 4x50. That's probably totally ok, I only buy tires every 10 years and don't know my way around.

Bad service, they never reply to emails, although they sent me a wrong article and I advised them, they didn't answer me and I don't know how to make the return and I don't know how to get my item that I paid regularly.

Thank you for sending a tire with a different design than the one shown in the photo during the purchase, not chosen by me, size 6 x 16. Unfortunately, mounted on a tire rim that did not know anything about the design of the tire, so not returnable. These tires are unusable for me on a 4x4'll have to remove them and buy new but certainly never from this site. I also discovered that they are not approved for cars (obviously not written on the site)

First choice when it comes to buying tires online. Clear pages let you quickly find the right tire. Prices are always up to date and can be different every day. Order confirmation and shipping of the tires took place within 24 hours. GLS took a little more time because of the corona crisis and then delivered 2 tires on one day and the other two the next day. Logistically not great.
If you order the tire guarantee you should note that the guarantee runs immediately regardless of when you put the tires on.

Satisfied with the quality of the tires and the speed of delivery. I absolutely recommend Gommadiretto. Unfortunately I have to make only one note, the assembly prices must be indicated more clearly. I also selected a tire dealer in my area on the basis of the indicated assembly price, but at the time of paying the bill it cost me exactly double. I heard from the shopkeeper that this has always been their price list. Perhaps it would be useful to indicate the correct price immediately, instead of putting notes on the site indicating that the price could be subject to variations by individual partners. These are details that the customer always notices too late.
