DPD did not find the address and the store triggered the order incorrectly. Then a follow-up order was triggered ... And again ... DPD again did not find the delivery address and asked the package then also incorrectly to somewhere else ... Several calls and now about 40 e-mails went into the country. I do not even want to mention the more than unfriendly staff ... (just hang up, e-mails are ignored, arrogant tone etc.) I have meanwhile ordered the second tire somewhere else ... Nevertheless, I have been asked for days to provide proof that I did not receive the second tire, although it clearly emerges from DPD's tracking and I do have already submitted the requested document. SAIL! NEVER AGAIN!
