Nice and well maintained facility. They put us on the Building 1 at the end of the hall which faced some club near by. Couldn't sleep. Asked them to change the room and they did quickly. Have had a few other issues but every issues (parking, key card issues...) Were resolved quickly. I would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Delta! Great rooms, intelligently laid out with excellent amenities.
Alice at the front desk was especially helpful as I forgot some items of clothing after checking out and she personally went up to the room to retrieve them for me. It s service that always make the biggest difference and Alice ensured it was great even after we left! We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Delta Whistler Village ...

My husband and I stayed at Delta Whistler Village Suites in February 2014 and absolutely loved it. From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated like long lost friends. The rooms were perfect for our stay and I don't remember having a bed as comfortable and I am very fussy. I would love to know where they get their pillows as sleeping on them was a dream. Did I mention the amazing view from our bedroom window - to wake up in the morning to snowfall was just magical. This was our first time in Whistler and we will be returning next year. Thank you to the awesome staff at Delta Whistler, staying here was the icing on an amazing holiday!

Came here or MLK weekend. It was very nice. We didn t get in till eleven o clock and the concierge pointed us into the direction of a Domino s Pizza. The restaurant in the hotel delivered up to the room which was perfect for breakfast. They also had ski rental and storage on the main floor. All in all a good experience.

There for a conference. Booked ahead for 3 nights but realized on the first day that two was all I needed. Notified the clerk on day 2 I wouldn't need the third night. Was told cancellations were not allowed and that my company would be billed for the room anyway. Not impressed! Further, the buffet meals provided were very ordinary for a hotel of this type. The food seemed overdone.

Definitely disappointing, overpriced, staff were meh. Parking is an additional $32/$40 and buried in the basement of a choppy parking lot which coordinates well with the choppy rooms. I felt like I would get better service at a Motel 6 and far better like the Mountainside resort. Don t stay here unless everyplace else is sold out.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. Great amenities and staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great with our dog. The only downside is we were directly over a nightclub and it was extremely busy and loud all night. We got very little sleep.

We requested early check-in and were authorized for this. We arrived early, tired from a long drive, but were denied early check-in. Our toilet was broken, and out tv wouldn t allow movies. We requested a late check out and were authorized for this. Delta hotels then denied our late checkout. Why were we told one thing and then in reality nothing was passed on. Was it to make a sale on a overpriced suite? I encourage you to get everything in writing before you pay. Delta hotel whistler does not honour their word.

Extremely nice lobby and clean rooms. Hotel has a dry sauna 3 hot tubs (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) connected by an in and outdoor pool. Rooms were mostly renovated (everything except the somewhat dated kitchne cabinets) that gives off a confused vibe between contemporary and dated rooms.

Underground parking is expensive ($30/day self park or $35/day valet). You can park at the basement of the public library accross the street ($15/day or $5/night from 5pm to 10am) or for free at the main Whistler parking lots for free (from 5pm to 8am).

Stayed in a suite for 5 nights. Service was poor, however the hotel was busy for spring break. Coffee is available at the front desk via a coffee machine and it didn't work for 4 days of the trip. The pull out bed inside the room was in very poor condition and two exhausted 12 year old boys couldn't get a nights rest on it, they opted for the stone floor instead. The staff did bring two roll away beds eventually that were much better than the pull out couch. It was the only place available for our trip that accommodated 8 people, and I would only stay again if it was the only option.

The unit that we stayed has good space, the service was great, amenities is good.however, we noticed that the room furnitures needs an update most of everything are very old. Dirty carpet, ripped sofa, table is wiggled, non stick pan is very old and more. I would like to see a better change when we come back:)

Well appointed one bedroom suite with a great layout. Ample room to entertain or relax on your own. Views of the village from most rooms. Great pool. Only ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was just okay, but good bacon!

Great location, easy check in, very helpful staff. Has great restaurant options there as well. Room was nice, but it smelled a little funny when we came in, and it seemed like the cleaning job was rushed as a few things were missed.

I would like to give thanks to Laura and her team for going above and beyond in making sure our stay was not only comfortable but a memorable experience. Despite being a busy long weekend, Laura and her team were able to accommodate to our requests of having 2 rooms close together, late checkout and complimentary upgrade. We were really happy about how spacious, tidy and comfortable our suites were. The location is central and easy to get around. Will definitely return and recommend.

Maybe 3.5. great location for the village. Check in was easy and they gave a little toy package that the baby liked. Slightly dated rooms. Terrible parking directions that could be simplified with a picture. They offered the option to check out by sending a text, but didn't get the email response with the bill.

Good space and value for money. Comfortable beds. We were treated very well for checkin and the extra cleanings and other precautions in place made us feel safe and welcome. Pool bookings were a great treat for the kids (we'd assumed it wouldn't be open). Apholstered dining chairs could use a deep clean.

The hotel and it's staff are fantastic - top notch service from the time we arrived until we left. There were two things that stood out as being frustrating - first, on our floor, there were so many cleaning trolleys in the morning that it felt like running an obstacle course trying to get to the elevator, dodging four or five in the short walk. Of course I understand that rooms need to be cleaned but the hallway crowding was frustrating. Second, we were meant to have one room that we didn't get (they comped parking which was lovely) but the village was SO noisy at night. Now, I understand the hotel can't control that but if you are an early or light sleeper ask for a room facing the other way! Now the experience other than those two things was top notch and I will be back for sure.

This was our third time staying at the Delta and it was AMAZING!! We did have a bit of an issues at check in.When we checked into our room there was a heavy smell of marijuana that was coming from outside. This was what I assume was from outside pedestrians. I went to the front desk and informed the Manager, Kalek (probably wrong spelling of his name) of this. He was quick to apologize and offered to put my partner and I up in a different room. After a few minuted of searching he found the same accommodations in a different area of the hotel. I cannot express the high level of professionalism that the Manager demonstrated. I work in the customer service industry and I know how difficult it is with today's customers extremely high expectations and sense of entitlement. Kalek went above and beyond to ensure that my partner and I were happy and to apologizes for the inconvenience. We will definitely be repeat customers to this resort.

Amazing rooms fully stocked, with a large fridge and cook ware, a stove and dishwasher. Certainly expensive, but good if you can share it with enough people. Parking was an extra 30 dollars. Nice hot tub and swimming pool too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Might go back, if it's not 500 dollars a night.

Great room service fast and anything I needed was on point and fast, it's in the perfect location! 7 mins from everywhere, has garfs downstairs which gets busy every weekend and is always a good time! Worth the stay here!

Now you are talking. Absolutely fabulous suite with all amenities.
Whistler is another place in the Canadian rockies that shouldn't be missed and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are very good also.
If and when we go back, this will be the hotel of choice.

My family and I did not have a great experience at the Delta. We rented three rooms and had shower issues in two of them. It felt very amtuerish. I understand having to book times for the pool, no problem with that but some consistency with the people that run it would be great. The two women were excellent but the gentleman who sits at the table next to the coffee and water bottles managed to upset everyone in the pool. Some spots are just pool, some are a pool spa combination and some are just spa. Stuart was also extremely helpful with our stay but we will be looking elsewhere for accommodations in the future. We have been to Whistler several times but I would be surprised if we don't use Airbnb in the future.

Really like this hotel. One of the best places to stay in the village. It is right in the middle of the village so close to everything. As well if you want to get out of the village It is easy for here. The pool is great as it has an indoor part and a larger outside part. The staff is fantastic too.
