Efficient, friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions regarding special dietary concerns. Was quickly served our food that looked, smelled, and tasted amazing. Would go for dinner again anytime.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The covid/social distancing rules are enforced really well and everyone inside the hotel was obeying them. The rooms were decent but not great for the price. They are defintely a bit dated now for a 4 star hotel. My other gripe was the fact that you have to pay $24/night just to park your car at the hotel. When your paying upwards of $400-500 a night for a room it should be included. Overall, if you can get a good deal I would recommend this hotel due to its proximity to everything and service.
This Hotel is really. We will definitely go back there. The location is very convenient. The room is really nice like the picture I took and posted here. The balcony has amazing lake view.
We enjoyed the bikeride that we got from hotel complimentary.
Great location , friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, not outdated and had everything we needed. Paying $24 for a days parking (not valet) felt steep. Breakfast not included is always a downside ;)
Excellent location by the waterfront, great views of the pier and provides easy access to downtown Kelowna and the associated dining and nightlife, just a few steps from City Park and the beaches there
Had a fantastic evening with friends and family at this beautiful Resort. Immaculately well-kept service was fantastic and I'll definitely be attending again thank you folks at Marriott!!
A very good hotel. Clean facility, professional staff, great restaurant. Location is superb. Right on the water. Worth paying extra for the lake view. If you're in the towers you'll want to be on the eighth floor or higher in order to get a view.
Horrible experienced, don t know what happened to this hotel, it used to be amazing.. I was up all night, between the extremely loud A/C unit and being able to hear every time someone closes their door, this hotel is run down, I will not be staying again.
Was a little disappointed not the standard or Quality I felt it should be Too many little things to name but one that stood out was the cost of parking. Most I had to pay anywhere. Even in Vancouver where parking is a premium it is cheaper than here.
Went here for brunch, server took way to long to make first contact, very slow service afterwards, came with the wrong order at the table, food was average and on the cold side, drinks were okay, overpriced.
World class hotel and restaurant in the heart of Kelowna. I've stayed in this hotel 7/8 times, and attended events and breakfasts, lunches and dinners dozens more times. Definitely worth checking out the waterfront restaurant Oak & Cru when you're in Kelowna, whether or not you're staying at this fabulous hotel.
I've been staying in this hotel for almost 30 years. It seems to be suffering from a continual decline since the Royers owned it, even though it's gotten bigger. Front desk staff are borderline rude just for basic request and it seems like they feel that they're always doing you a favor.
My boyfriend and I had dinner and wine at Oak and cru, I have the mussels in the green lime curry sauce and my boyfriend had the black bean and chickpea Burger, I love muscles so very much when I got to the bottom of my dish that there was a lot of muscles that were not opened and we're still raw
Location is right on the lake, room was clean and large. Shower pressure not amazing but fine. Very expensive for what and where it is. Overall good stay
We came here for a spa day. The property is gorgeous, the spa was refreshing and the patio was the best we found in The okanagan. We were pleased with the service we received in the restaurant. The spa services themselves were relaxing. We were however shocked to find out none of our services were provided by an RMT and the property only employees one RMT who must be requested when booking. This information was regretfully not given to us until the end of our visit. If looking at this site for anything outside of a therapeutic massage, make sure you request an RMT at booking. Most shockingly however, at the end of our visit a guest locked her key in her locker. The front desk staff handed the guest a ring of keys to potentially open her and all other lockers in the room. The guest then went into the locker room unescorted with the keys believed to be for all the lockers. This definitely made us question the security of the spa and judgement of staff, even when leaving our valuables locked on the property.
After months of planning for a local COVID vacation, it was so disappointing to see how the pool staff and management treated certain guests. I will not be recommending this hotel.
Nice place for a casual meal. Lots of seating at the bar or restaurant. They have an indoor brick pizza oven and open kitchen in the back corner. Good service, very attentive to our table.
I also reviewed this spot as the Royal Kelowna. It's the same place. We stayed during the low season in the winter. The staff was congenial and helpful, the place very quiet (except for a couple of guests) and the room was as good as advertised. The off season rates are really good, it's hard to think of staying anywhere else. Despite the snow we went on walks into old downtown area (full of shops and restaurants) and walked to a nearby trendy restaurant for dinner. I hear Kelowna is overrun during the summers, this experience was sublime.
The hotel service was very nice. Emma and Sophie were very helpful and upgraded our suit as we are newly engaged. I loved the stay and hotel was great. The oak and cru was absolutely delicious!
I was here for a wedding reception. The location is great, with a great view of the lake. The space was very open and private from the rest of the hotel. We also stayed in the hotel. The room was okay. We had a view of the parkade, which was a bit disappointing. I wish there was a couch in the room and more towels in the bathroom.
Fantastic location right on the lake. I'd like to visit during the summer months to get the best out of it, ten minute walk to great restaurants and amenities. Hotel room is clean and spacious however I had a corner room which meant a lot of noise from doors as they slam. Be nice if they had slower releases on the door as I was woken up multiple times a night
Very nice hotel - the staff are some of the nicest people I've met in any resort I've ever stayed. We had an issue with our heat - that's why I couldn't give it 5 stars - however the staff fixed it and made sure we were happy. I wish there would be a local store nearby for quick grocery purchases, but in terms of the room quality, service and location it can't be beat. definitely recommended!
This was quite possibly the worst service I have ever received at a hotel.
First of all, whenever we attempted to call guest services it took multiple tries and no one answered the phone for a good 10 min or so.
Second, when we asked for towels and tampons it took over 45 minutes for them to bring it up which is absolutely ridiculous.
Third, the service at the pool bar was terrible. It took forever for us to order drinks and food. It was most definitely not busy, there were about 7 or 8 groups there and not everyone was even ordering. We also told the server we would be charging everything to our room and as we were leaving the guy chased us and was basically accusing us of dining and dashing. We had already signed multiple receipts with our name and room number.
Fourth, when we received our final bill the pool bar charge was $20 over the price I was shown earlier. When I called the hotel to ask what the items I was charged were for they kept transferring me to a voicemail system and said they couldn t do anything about it.
Fifth, one of the managers sent us complimentary wine but we had no clean glasses or even a bottle opener. We tried to call guest services and it took 30 plus minutes for us to get clean glasses. I had to call twice just to ask for glasses and the manager himself ended up bringing them up because it took so long.
Sixth, we left our room at about 12 and came back around 4 and our room had not been cleaned. This was extremely disappointing as we were hoping for all the dirty towels which we had arranged in a pile to be picked up and we wanted the beds made so we could come back and relax.
We paid just under $1000 for 2 nights and it was completely not worth it. You re better off staying at a motel or air bnb.
Amazing views, wonderfully close to the vibrant downtown, and right on a boardwalk along the water that leads to all the best shops and restaurants of Kelowna. The restaurant inside the hotel is easily one of my favourite places to eat in the city, the atmosphere is classy and hip, and the patio on the water is stunning. Nicest place to stay in the Oka
We have stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott for several years over the past due to it's closeness to Armstrong where we live. Always stay in the vacation rentals as they have complete kitchens as well as laundry, most of the units. The staff has always been friendly and most accomadating whenever we have spent the week here. The location is very central and within walking distance of the downtown core plus the boardwalk around the lake in summer is second to none. Kelowna as a city has much to offer, but staying at this incredible facility has always been the highlight of our stay each year. Truly, this has to be the best stay vacation we have ever discovered in all of our travels! Wayne and Ginette.
