Excellent place and by far, probably the best location in Kelowna. Great ambiance and friendly atmosphere! Amazing service from this very knowledgeable and courteous staff! Very clean and updated rooms good bathrooms in the rooms and amazing views of the lake. Close to all of the great places to visit in the city of Kelowna! Centrally located so you can walk to most places and fantastic restaurants and bars in this town. I highly recommend Delta by Marriott.

The original hotel we had booked with lost our reservation and had no rooms available. At a loss, we continued our drive along the lake and found the Delta. As the front desk clerk was checking availability for us we told her what had happened at the other hotel. She found us the perfect room, at a better rate, upgraded us for free and comp'd us a bottle of wine.
What started as a horrible evening turned into a beautiful one. Thank you!
The lobby/foyer area was clean and lovely. They had a great protocol in place due to Covid-19 (masks required in facility by all guests, floors marked and sanitizers available). The room itself was basic, nothing spectacular about it, not for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was small but adequate. Unfortunately our mattress was busted, we woke up with sore lower back (we do not have lower back injury). We mentioned it to the guest service and luckily, they were able to replace it. Overall the service was good, the locations is awesome but the price is questionable.
It's a very nice hotel with a nice, tasty restaurant inside. The rooms are clean, spacious, and look great. There are also ping pong tables around the hotel with paddles and balls that are free to use. I overall greatly enjoyed my stay here.
We stayed on the 8th floor facing the lake which was spectacular. Was very happy that we got rooms that were fully renovated because the outside of the Delta is a bit outdated and the pool/ spa area is a bit old to really enjoy your spa experience.
The bar at the hotel is very good and have good food which is definitively a plus. This location is so central that you can walk anywhere and enjoy downtown Kelowna to the fullest. Will be staying here in the future if the price is right.
Haven't had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. We have been for a few functions and dinner at the restaurant a couple of times. So far we haven't been disappointed
We arrived yesterday Feb 21st just 30 minutes before closing and were greeted by a lovely server. Very generous and helpful. Definitely a fabulous place for a long lingering bevy or a quick nip before they close. Thank you!
Nice clean rooms, great atmosphere, oak + cru restaurant is delicious , but if too pricey for breakfast, there is a cute little coffee shop which also has pastries and sandwiches, I would love to stay again!
The hotel is beautiful. Been staying here twice a year for the past 5 years. It was my favourite Hotel. The Gym use to be amazing with machines and cold water bottles.
Although the last year they changed the Gym. For 380 bucks a night and just free weights and cardio, same as a sandman, no bottles of water. Made me a little sad this morning. But I ll be back
Stayed at the Delta this past week, besides the location and hotel restaurant staff, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were basic, old and not worth the upgrade. Maid services barely cleaned the rooms, surprised they hadn t noticed the stains on the pillow cases prior to displaying. They would empty the garbage but did not put a new bag, left that task to me. Went to the bar downstairs to ask for wine glasses, they provided plastic cups. Thanks but no thanks. They double charged for room upgrade and both amounts were different. Thankfully copious amount wine, beautiful wineries and Raudz helped restore our trip!
Good restaurant and great location. However, I was with a group of 6 and when we got the bill there was an added gratuity of 17%. A couple people in our group added a tip on top of that not realizing. It left a bad taste in our experience bec we were never notified that at the beginning. Im used to seeing the added grat for large groups (8+) but for 6 people it was a little strange. Plus the rest of us would have tipped more than 17% from the start so they kind of ruined it for themselves....
My truck was broken into in the parkade of the hotel on March 16, 2020. I realize the break in is not The hotel s fault; the reason for this negative review is because of the behavior and response of the hotel management and staff: At all levels management and staff exhibited neglectful, abhorrent, uncaring behavior to an extreme extent: The hotel security guard walked by the scene at some point in the morning before I did, took a video of my ransacked vehicle and contents on the ground, and then walked away, and did nothing did not report the crime, secure the scene, or locate the owner. They were happy to provide me with a copy of this video in the hopes that it would help! I still had to wander through waterfront park on my own looking for my belongings, some of which I found. In response to this matter the hotel staff have not responded. They have refused to reimburse me for any of the items stolen, or offer to cover my damage deductible, or offer to refund any part of my stay, notwithstanding that I left a day early (because I was upset) and ended up paying for a night that I did not stay. For a four-star resort; not only do they lack regard for the security and wellbeing of their guests, they don t even seem to comprehend the concept of common human decency if I saw a vehicle in a parkade that had clearly been broken into, I d do something about it, and I m not a security guard! In particular, the hotel operations manager, Jamie, feels that an acceptable personal effort is to allegedly forward my emails to her superiors no follow-up; click forward, click send, done apparently this is how the security guard was also trained. Other than that, the hotel is clean, very nice and the location is amazing.
Located in a very nice location right by the water. The rooms were very clean and service was quick. The only problem that I found was that the cables provided did not work with the TV and the Chromecast seemed to be casting to the wrong room...
I was there for a half marathon package pickup, so I don't have anything to say about the staff or the rooms, but the location is beautiful with a great view of Okanagan lake and a boardwalk along the lake with lots of site seeing, and many restaurants and bars nearby.
The hotel itself is amazing. Fantastic modern rooms . Don t have a quarrel with the hotel itself. Excellent location. The restaurant downstairs though. The food is of a high quality. But the service has a lot to be desired.
I ordered a burger it was delicious, however it took a good 10 minutes of trying to get the hostess attention. Finally I got up and went up to her asked o my order. When the order came my burger was already gone . And she took my plate , delivered the new order but did not deliver any napkins or a new hand towel. For the price and the sophistication of this place , I reckon the staff needs more training. This isn t a hole in the wall after all. They consider themselves a serious company and charge hard working customers serious prices

I understand that precautions are in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 but if a hotel is going to charge premium rates, most amenities should be available at least with a reservation or some controls in place. There was no concierge lounge, no use of the fitness centre, no housekeeping, no stationary or pens in the room. We had to reserve use of the pool with a limit of 1 hour and 45 mins. The only restaurant wouldn t accept a walk-in for drinks at 9pm (they were full) to order take out you couldn t call down from your room, we had to go down and wait at the counter. To get additional towels I had to go to the front desk as the didn t answer when I called. To say I was disappointed with my stay is an understatement. This was my one and only getaway this year and I would have preferred to stay home.
Great hotel in a fantastic place!! Loved the patio as well. This time had some issues with getting through to room service. A few things have changed due to covid and I would hope that hotel of this level would handle it better. For example, getting coffee refilled or garbage taken out was not easy and often front desk would not pick up the phone which means you had to go down in person. I am sure they will fix it eventually but for now 4 stars.
Hotel is top notch but so super pricey and what got me last Sat was the complete rip off on beer prices as a sky high new record of $10.75 for ONE single beer bottle at a Christmas party I was at! NOT RIGHT to rip people off like that!!! I found that really super petty of Delta so can only give a 2 star rating based on the BIG rip off in place!
Absolutely unbelievable, we were the ELITE MEMBERS of the day. We were going out onto the lake at noon and no one was there to operate the lift. We cluelessly stood there for a good 10 minutes and no one was there. Had to dock the boat, wasted 30 mins of our own time. Don t know what happened here but not happy with this at all. Wondering if anyone else had the same issue? I mean it was in the middle of the day on FRIDAY?! I ll be hoping to here back from the management team soon.
I was here for a family trip for one night on the way to Osoyoos. I booked a standard 2 queen room. I had high expectation from this place since this place is kind of a landmark of Kelowna and this place comes with a high price tag. Well the staff who checked me in didn't seem very happy or welcoming. I hold a gold elite status with Marriott and usually even if I book with 3rd party most places always tried to upgrade my room. Not with this hotel. I guess I technically am not entitled for it so not a problem. When I entered the room it only took me a second to realize this hotel is SUPER DATED. You would imagine for something like $300ish/night you would get a half decent place. This place needs upgrade and not worth the price. Plus I found a used spoon in the room under the table. Normally I wouldn't fuss about it because maybe the housekeeping missed it since it was tucked under a table. But this is during Pandemic and times of covid19. So I called the front desk right away and they just transferred my call to housekeeping. No apologies, no asking to change the room, just transfer the call to housekeeping. Housekeeping did not answer my call. At this point I had no hope in this hotel so I personally re-sanitized the entire room. The room came with a full size balcony. When I stepped out to the balcony there were so many fruit flies lingering there must be like food scraps or beer spills, or something that attracts fruit flies. It was disgusting I never stepped out to the balcony. When I checked out the next morning I addressed this issue to the front desk agent and she apologized and waived the parking charge and internet fee(this which i already get for free since I am a gold elite). I guess my expectations for this hotel was too high. They won't be getting business from me.
Also a note if you are a light sleeper, this place uses old fashion radiator so it will run super loud the entire night.
We went there last week with my family it was a good experience over all i love the location we get lake view was beautiful, the food was good will go again!
Incredible location, heart of the Okanagan, recently renovated King suite with priceless views. Staff was friendly, steps away from the lake front, Bliss Bakery, Tree Brewery, and the Station Pub.
Decent hotel for a stay, but it has a very small patio where you can barely stand to catch the view of the lake, washroom was also not that clean.! Certainly not a standard of a 4 Star hotel.!
Your average room is just that, your average hotel room. Prefer the Private Residence. Beautiful suites, lovely views of Okanagan lake. Great getaway. The pool in summer is marvelous, so nice laying there poolside. Happening restaurant inside the Delta, beach, restaurants & downtown attractions only a few steps away. Attentive staff.
We got a day-massage, and hung out in the pool/hot tub for a while. It was raining outside, so we swam out and hung out in the exterior hot tub while it was raining. HIGHLY recommend this.
5 star staff and location. 3 star rooms. Our room was on the 4th floor near the heating and cooling system and the noise was very annoying and disruptive. The ice machine was broke with a note from the hotel saying sorry for the inconvenience without providing a solution. We stayed at Christmas time and several of the shops including Starbucks are closed. The hotel seemed empty so it's odd we were given that room.
The suites are spacious and comfortable perfect when traveling with a few people. Very pretty view of the water and walking distance to shopping and good restaurants
