UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES- BEWARE! I placed an order with Dee Sign and received an email confirmation immediately with one amount. Tax and Shipping were added after the fact. I can somewhat understand the tax, but the shipping charge was over $35 for a small box that contains SIX brochure boxes. I have ordered from Dee Sign for fifteen years, but this will be my last order. My order total ended up being $49.20 over what I confirmed. To top it off, customer service said I would be responsible for shipping charges back if I wanted to return the item. They said that they cannot quote shipping charges with the order. That seems pretty amazing to me considering the thousands of retailers that seem to do this just fine.

Dee Sign makes the best real estate signs. They are not always the cheapest but the difference in quality saves me money in the long run. Since real estate signs have to be outside I need signs that won't fall to pieces or get easily scratched up.
Not a good place to work. The welding shop supervisor is rude, lazy, and makes racist jokes openly at work. On top of that the pay is below average, the shop is in poor condition with leaks in the roof, bad ventilation, and old worn out equipment. They also lay people off during the slow season, so even if you can tolerate all of that, its not even stable! Its like working at a third world sweat shop, don't waste your time with this place.
Placed an order on Feb 20th, Called on March 5th to check status, said the were not processed and who ever took the order was on vacation. Asked to cancel the order as I could not wait that long for them to just now start. They said no problem. Had some made else where and Called back Feb 7th to have the credit card refunded and they stated the order was processed and shipped. Rep did not make any effort to find out who did not do their job. Pretty pissed
I had an excellent experience starting with Nar and ending with Joe. I was somewhat apprehensive about spending the amount of money I committed to but with Nar's suggestions and advice, I could see the value in what I could get in return. Joe was an absolute delight and professional to work with. He produced a masterpiece of adverting for me and I'm looking forward to great success in my EDD advertising. Thanks very much Nar and Joe! There is no comparison to their sign quality and service! I have been in the real estate industry for 34 years and have always trusted Dee Sign. I have seen other co-workers try other sign companies and the quality is not even close!
Great service......very efficient, hassle-free ordering process, and great product at a fair price. My company has ordered from Dee Signs on numerous occasions since 2001 and have always found their product and service to be consistently great.
Most recent $800 order of signs and riders was terrible. I was under the impression they were silhouetting my photo on a sign background. The signs come with a big blotch in the white space. The quality control process at Dee Sign should be catching things like that before printing. I reached out to both contacts from the company that I dealt with and neither one responded to my complaint. I m disgusted and will never order signs from them again. Beware if you use them.
Dee Sign has been our go to sign company for years. We have ordered panels, sign riders, directionals, push in yard signs, open house tent signs and I'm sure much more. They are always available, quick to respond and once they have your logo and information quick on re-orders. I would recommend Dee Sign to anyone in the Real Estate business regardless of how large or small your order is. We will continue to do business with them and appreciate everything they have done for us.
Your associate was very responsive when I realized that I ordered the wrong sign and without skipping a beat corrected the order. The product is great quality and I will order again from your company.
Absolutely the worst service of any sign company we have dealt with in 20 years of business. Hands down. And it's not even close.
Took our order, received a confirmation, then when we didn't have the signs a week and a half later, called them only to find out they had cancelled the order, because they had "left us a message" over a weekend, with nobody in the office, to ask us a question about the order (the order that was already confirmed with approved proof), and since nobody answered, the order was cancelled and never shipped. No follow up at all, just an unshipped order that we then had to call almost two weeks later and re-start. After re-starting the order, we then had to wait an additional 10 days from the day we RE-placed the order, for the order to be shipped, and then we start waiting again. And waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... After over two weeks without receiving the package (AGAIN), we called Dee Signs to find the order, only to be told that the shipping service they use (ABF) cannot find our box and they don't know where the freight went. They won't take responsibility, but rather just passed the buck for us now being more than a month from our original order, still without the signs, to the fact that this "other company" lost our signs. I didn't place an order with ABF, I placed an order with Dee Signs, and their inability to deliver this order, after multiple issues, and a complete lack of accountability, combined with complete incompetence, has reinforced them as the absolute worst, most abysmal sign company in America and you should avoid doing business with them at all costs if you want any level of service or professionalism or your actual product delivered as ordered.
It was so simple to order my listing and open house signs from the internet. My signs came when they said they would and they look wonderful. I will be using Dee Sign in the future and highly recommend their services.
Horrible experience which is surprising with the amount of positive reviews this company has gotten. I believe that my experience is the result of a unprofessional designer with a lack of organizational and follow up skills. I placed an order on April 2. I received an email on April 10 asking for a logo file. I responded with the file attached (one week later) and when I hadn't gotten a response or any preliminary design to approve I reached out... that was on April 30th. I believe I was more than generous with providing my designer with enough time to catch up on her work, etc... From that day I sent her two more emails asking if she needed anything additional and what time frame I should expect for an initial design. She replied ONCE that she had emailed asking me for something. Her email was not forwarded so I do not believe she even attempted to reach me. The two messages I sent after that she never replied to. I called today and requested that my order be canceled and she told the customer service representative who took my call that she just received my email today. Well, if it's June 12th and you just got my emails from May 7th and 22nd, I believe we have a HUGE problem. She NEVER followed up and failed to respond to my inquiries. This particular designer needs a serious performance evaluation or she shouldn't be in a position that requires time sensitive communication with clients.
I've been doing business with Dee Sign for close to 30 years, Dee Sign has the highest quality products at the most reasonable prices of any sign company that I know of. Additionally Dee Sign always stands behind their products. I am always comfortable referring them.
