Horrible experience which is surprising with the amount of positive reviews this company has gotten. I believe that my experience is the result of a unprofessional designer with a lack of organizational and follow up skills. I placed an order on April 2. I received an email on April 10 asking for a logo file. I responded with the file attached (one week later) and when I hadn't gotten a response or any preliminary design to approve I reached out... that was on April 30th. I believe I was more than generous with providing my designer with enough time to catch up on her work, etc... From that day I sent her two more emails asking if she needed anything additional and what time frame I should expect for an initial design. She replied ONCE that she had emailed asking me for something. Her email was not forwarded so I do not believe she even attempted to reach me. The two messages I sent after that she never replied to. I called today and requested that my order be canceled and she told the customer service representative who took my call that she just received my email today. Well, if it's June 12th and you just got my emails from May 7th and 22nd, I believe we have a HUGE problem. She NEVER followed up and failed to respond to my inquiries. This particular designer needs a serious performance evaluation or she shouldn't be in a position that requires time sensitive communication with clients.
