Absolutely the worst service of any sign company we have dealt with in 20 years of business.
Hands down.
And it's not even close.

Took our order, received a confirmation, then when we didn't have the signs a week and a half later, called them only to find out they had cancelled the order, because they had "left us a message" over a weekend, with nobody in the office, to ask us a question about the order (the order that was already confirmed with approved proof), and since nobody answered, the order was cancelled and never shipped.
No follow up at all, just an unshipped order that we then had to call almost two weeks later and re-start.
After re-starting the order, we then had to wait an additional 10 days from the day we RE-placed the order, for the order to be shipped, and then we start waiting again. And waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting....
After over two weeks without receiving the package (AGAIN), we called Dee Signs to find the order, only to be told that the shipping service they use (ABF) cannot find our box and they don't know where the freight went. They won't take responsibility, but rather just passed the buck for us now being more than a month from our original order, still without the signs, to the fact that this "other company" lost our signs.
I didn't place an order with ABF, I placed an order with Dee Signs, and their inability to deliver this order, after multiple issues, and a complete lack of accountability, combined with complete incompetence, has reinforced them as the absolute worst, most abysmal sign company in America and you should avoid doing business with them at all costs if you want any level of service or professionalism or your actual product delivered as ordered.
