Overall much better experience than I am used to at dealerships and I m very happy with my purchase of Brutus and look forward to many years with him.

Overall good service considering I didn t have an appointment. Not pleased that I was told replacement wipers would be $25 with no charge for install and ended up getting charged $61 for two wipers and labor. I could have easily gotten wipers and installed them myself if I knew that would be the final price.

I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Bluebonnet Jeep a week ago Saturday. The experience was great from start to finish. I was trading in a Patriot and thought I might want to purchase another although I was open to other Jeeps. The salesman, Rolando Terrazas, was instrumental in helping me choose the Renegade by showing me the advantages and disadvantages of the Cherokee, Patriot, and Renegade based on my requirements. He was very knowledgeable about all the Jeep products.

Once I decided on the Renegade, the financing was easy. Steve Fekos walked me through all the different forms and did not try to pressure me into purchasing anything that I did not want.

Both of these gentlemen, as well as several other employees, stayed later than normal hours to make sure that my trade-in was assessed and my new Renegade was ready for me to drive home that night.

I plan to use the service department at Bluebonnet Jeep to keep my Renegade in the best working order. I have used them in the past with my Patriot and found the service department to be friendly, efficient, and professional.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bluebonnet Jeep and ask for a print out of the codes. I did not revive a copy of the codes, but was told it was just the tire air pressure. I was not offered any warranty for the vehicle. After purchase I took it to my mechanic... Who said there were NO CODES. For a used vehicle this is only possible if the codes are cleared.... intentionally! Very shortly after (a week or two) I started having transition issues. In the end I ended up having to completely replace the transmission... This was 1/2 again the cost of the entire vehicle!
Do not purchase from this chain!.... I thought I would get honest dealings from a larger Ford Jeep dealer... Nope! When we tried to reach out to the dealership, they just gave US the run around!

I purchased my Jeep Patriot from John Joseph. He worked the deal until he got me exactly what I wanted. The easiest car deal I've ever made!! Thanks to John and Bluebonnet Jeep; I love my new car!

If you want a prompt oil change expect to wait 2 hours or more for it. Even during a dead time. I figured while I had so much extra time to wait I d might as well add a review.

In addition they are not organized, they DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, I REPEAT THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED. You would be better off changing your own oil seriously.

Called 8 months ago for a recall repair (FCA recall T56). Talked to a "service manager" and exchanged info and was to get the part in and schedule repair. still not happen, still no call back, still no repair. The liability is on this dealership for failing to make a recall right.

Excellent, honest, trustworthy service and product from Bluebonnet Jeep. On 12/31/2018, I had the most pleasant experience getting a 2018 Jeep Rubicon. My experience actually started at another dealership in town, IPAC Auto Center in San Antonio. I would have come to Bluebonnet Jeep in the first place, but for some reason, when I researched online initially, I could not find the particular Jeep I was looking for nor any 2018 JLs. So I actually went out to IPAC with my dad (who is well experienced in the realm of vehicle shopping), to test drive a Gobi Tan Jeep Wrangler (it was the older model, JK 2018) and compare it to the JLs. I really liked the color online and it was the only Jeep available nearby, in that color. Needless to say, I quickly saw the difference firsthand between the JK and JL Jeeps and quickly became interested in a White Rubicon JL 2018 they had. Long story short, the entire experience was a debacle and insulting; the battery to the Rubicon was dead, and nobody there knew why. And it was pulling teeth just to get them to give the numbers on the selling price of the vehicle, which they were dishonest about in the first place (quoting the MSRP price and not the internet price they had posted online). Leaving there, I somehow was successful in pulling up a list of the 2018 JLs available at Bluebonnet, and lo and behold, they had the exact same Rubicon. We had actually test drove a few Jeep Wranglers a couple years ago with Jeremiah Kimball, and I was happy to find he was still there. I actually googled the staff and found his pic, to get his name (I couldn t remember it at the time). I did remember that he did not use the usual heavy pressure car sales tactics and was hoping he was available still. Called and was able to speak with him. He was immediately helpful and honest in response to my questions. He pulled the Rubicon, the only one left with the specs I wanted, and when we arrived, met us out in the lot. We took the mean-machine out for a short test drive, came back, and I asked to see the numbers breakdown, liked it, and went for it. From Jeremiah being gracious and knowledgeable about the deal to the finance manager, Sheli, being just as personable, my confidence and peace about the vehicle AND dealership were high. They were both patient and efficient and it took no time at all to sign papers, and drive off. In summary, I left with a beautiful Rubicon, through the simplest, no-pressure, but most trustworthy (and dare I say again, HONEST), car-buying experience. I love my new Jeep Rubicon JL, and am ecstatic to join the Jeep family. But hands-down, when it s time to get a new Jeep, Bluebonnet Jeep is the dealership. There is no question, and the 45 minute drive from where I live, is 100% worth it. I have full confidence in the vehicle and the dealership, and I look forward to continuing service with them and their employees in the years to come. Great job Bluebonnet Jeep. By far, this was the easiest and BEST car buying experience we ve ever had. I searched online for the vehicle we wanted. I found the perfect vehicle on the Bluebonnet Jeep website and sent an inquiry. In less than 30 minutes, I received an emailed invitation to set an appointment to come test drive the vehicle from Russ Schriewer. I told him I could try to come by the next day. When I arrived at the dealership without an appointment, Russ, who had customers he was serving, asked Jeremiah Kimball, an associate, to assist me. Jeremiah seamlessly took me on a test drive and went through the vehicle and its options. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Simultaneously, they developed a quote for my trade-in that I felt was fair. I made an offer and we were a bit apart so I decided to go home and think about it. There was no pressure and the discussion stayed very professional throughout.
Over the next couple of days, Jeremiah stayed in touch by text and phone calls to see if I had reconsidered but in a way that was respectful and without pressure. Finally, I made one last offer and he was able to gain approval for a very fair price for the vehicle and my trade. I immediately went to the dealership and this time Jeremiah was busy with a customer. So, Russ stepped right in and quickly and efficiently got me through the rest of the car buying process. EVERYONE I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, courteous and professional. This place was decent for a bit. I always wait awhile before leaving a review. Had a salesman named Bryan, and he was okay. I bought a used Jeep & tried to get a few hundred dollars knocked off the price, but he couldn't get it for me. That is probably the first time in all Auto sales that I was told no. Was kinda shocked, but I went for it anyway. I had to leave the jeep there because it needed some work done to it. Left it about 1 month because I work out of state. Bryan kept me updated but 2 or 3 weeks into that month, he quit or changed positions. Gave me another sales guys number & went to pick up my Jeep a week or so later. No issues picking it up. When I bought it, it had 69k miles & some change. When I picked it up it had 70k miles and some change. I figured the test drove it to make sure suspension & steering were good to go. Didn't think that they drove too much in it. Well exactly 90miles after picking it up, my check engine lights came on. I notified them & said I could bring it in when I can & just let them know. The truck constantly would not start & became a headache when I was out of state at work. It took me a few weeks, but I made it back & contacted them. Well I never got any response back. No call backs or texts. I ended up repairing it myself. 1 star is taken because they wouldn't bargain on price. Second star was because the jeep broke down & was not dependable. 1 star for not getting back to me in a dire situation. The last star I'm taking is for getting a tollway bill sent to me in the mail for somebody driving my uninsured vehicle, that I had already paid, through a North Texas toll way a week before I picked up my Jeep. This will also be going through the better business bureau as well. I'm blown away that somebody has such crap morals to take another person's vehicle for a really long joy ride & think it's okay. I was told that the jeep was uninsured while it was going to be sitting & I officially got insurance for it about a day before picking it up. They could have crashed it & blamed me for liability.
